A great store to buy craft items, they had a few but good selection of knitting pointer protectors. This item could not be found at Walmart. The label on the packages were fairly easy to figure out, especially for a beginner like me. In my way to pay found a book I have been wanting to buy. Customer service was good at the counter.

Lots of cool stuff on sale. I bought fake flowers and some cool pictures for my wall. I also bought a nice 10 drawer little cabinet that is super cute. Love the fun items they have to redecorate my home.

I absolutely love this store. They have really cute home decor and craft supplies. If you watch their sales, you can get some really good deals. Also, if you download the app to your phone , it gives a 40% off on one item.

Love my craft store! This is a pretty great store with attentive workers who actually care about their customers and try to accommodate them as best as they can. Especially Maria and Adriana they are very attentive..They also have pretty sweet deals and don't forget to get your coupon on line for a 40% discount!

The people here were completely disinterested in customer service. No one asked me if i needed help and the few employees i saw gave me ugly faces as if they didn’t want customers. And the cashier i had and older lady named Rose spoke completely monotone until she handed me my receipt without looking at me and angerly told me thanks for coming. I hate online shopping but i will be moving to Amazon for hobby needs

I was just in your store March 1st 2023. I was buying beads and came upon 3 sets, 2 with one price and 1 with another. The cashier said that she had to scan them as they were even though they were all the same item because some prices and tags are old and some new. She also said that there were many items in the store like that. I said there are many people in the store to handle that...I said that i wanted the cheaper price if that's the case and if she doesn't know what the actual retail price is supposed to be. (mind you the manager is sitting there doing nothing). I decided against paying for the higher priced item. And I said maybe someone should check on that more thoroughly. She said that there isn't much to be done about it.I disagree. Part of retail is that people work in departments and take care of their own departments. When associates front face and stock the shelves, part of that procedure is to make sure the tags on the shelf match what's being displayed/sold, common sense would tell anyone to make sure the prices match, even on items separately hanging. Get it together or i am going to start going elsewhere.

Item I needed didn't have a tag or couldn't be found in the system. So the employee just came up with a price and when I asked how she came up with that price she just gave an attitude. With the item being poor quality and was only able to use once, I thought the price was high. Then, when I asked how she came up with the price, her attitude got worse, and I was already getting annoyed. I went ahead and bout it so I could hurry up and get out of there. Employee was very unprofessional and very rude.

I went to this store and saw a woman being yelled at by a worker to go throw trash outside when there was a trashcan in the store clear as day. The amount of disrespect employees have towards costumers is ridiculous. What seems to be a trend is that this lady has been rude on several occasions.

The new Hobby Lobby is lovely, and the employees are as helpful and friendly as always. I dashed in 5 min to close and needed help finding something. They did not have what i needed, but even that late, they were willing to spend the time to help me out. Much appreciated.

Love the new store! Much larger and more items. Wish there were more USA made items. Alot of the long time employees are friendly as usual. Tho I tried to make eye contact with some newer employees to just smile at them and they literally seem to be intentionally looking the other way. Several. But overall a great store! The displays with different themes/colors are helpful.

Great place to shop.they place all their x mas stuff at 50% off and keep it that way till almost x mas then it's 60% off and then 75%.who else does that.we had a Great 9 ft x mas tree that was 20 years old bought there for $200.the wife decided it was time to replace it.we got another 9 ft tree for $359 on sale from around $1,100.this New tree is not as bushy but is LED and great.and no we did not throw the old one away.there is still about another 10 years left on it.we donated it to a school where they were eladed to have gotten such a big beautiful old x mas tree.
