I went to this HEB garden sections and they display those plants that have blooming flowers that caught my eyes so I bought 16 pcs of them with different colors of flowers that are so beautiful perfect to plant for spring colors. The lady who worked there was so helpful and advised me to not put too much on a full sun because those plants don't like too much sun or they'll die. I always like these employees at HEB in Saratoga, location because they are always helpful. The good thing about buying plants on this location was that they are super cheap. I got each plant for a $1.25 which you cannot beat anywhere.

Had my groceries delivered. Took nearly an hour longer because they refused to give my order to the first driver for not having a stupid cold bag for my frozen items. Instead they gave the order to another driver which took even longer. Ridiculous, your policy needs to be revised.

Just drove in an hour round trip to pick up curbside from the H‑E‑B plus at Saratoga and staples. I can’t serve this. Either H‑E‑B tells its partners to just pick the newest date regardless of how it looks or they have people who have no common sense. The date on these is the 19th. Today is the 11th and these are already rotting. They would be totally rotted in another week.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the kids are always polite while they waste your time and money.

Very disappointed with bakery today!!!! Picked up my son's cake cracked and with writing bleeding over frosting. The excuse given....it was due to the constant opening and closing of freezer. WOW!!! LAME EXCUSE!!!You can't remake special occasions....therefore will NOT buy cakes from this HEB again!!

Everything to me about HEB plus is exceptional. Beginning with the management on down to all their employees. From the moment you walk in with greeting and even if it’s to buy flowers. Every department works with excellence. Everyone is helpful and kind. We never have to wait in line too long because almost every register is open to make their customers shopping more pleasant! I love to shop at HEB plus! My grand child doesn’t tell his mama, I want to go to the mall, he will say, I wanna go to HEB. They have everything we need! Even clothes! It is a very pleasant and fun experience to shop at HEB! Thank you to all who work there, you all are doing an amazing job! Especially in this crisis. We are praying for you and your families! I pray God continues to bless you and keep you and give you peace.

My daughter uses HEB curbside all the time. I decided to try it when I had been sick for a few days and needed quite a few groceries. Grocery shopping online was easy and kinda fun! It was very easy to find the things I needed on the website, probably easier than in the store! There is a small shopping fee and a 3% home on everything, but sometimes it's worth it for the convenience and time savings. It was very fast and easy!

It's nice HEB offers a delivery service that doesn't cost a yearly membership especially when we are sick. It's also appreciated that they brought back free curbside/delivery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I'm sure the drivers appreciate the extra tip we can leave since we are spending less for the service! They are very good about reading notes we leave or calling about substitutions that are needed. I definitely recommend curbside and delivery!

HEB is awesome! Curbside pickup is done within a reasonable amount of time. The app allows you to indicate if you want substitutions or you can leave notes such as how you want lunch meat cut or preferences on how you want your produce or package sizes of meat. The only thing I could not find in the app was the bins of nuts and fruits etc. that need to be weighed.

My order is always right. The staff is always super polite and helpful. They let me pick up early. They load up quick, make sure I know about substitions, and take stuff away I may have marked by accident. This is a real time saver between school and work that takes a huge load off my mind.

While sometimes they leave out something, or they have to substitute something you wanted with something you didn't really want; its pretty nice not to have to fight the store crowds and try to find what you need. In addition, far less impulse buys happen because we typically order just what we need. Order online at your convenience throughout the week and set one day and time for pickup. We love Curbside.

The curbside service is quick and the staff are friendly and if that were all that need be said, it would be a five star rating without a doubt, but unfortunately HEB feels the need to charge its customers for what once would have just been considered good customer service so because of that, the rating is just three stars. Hopefully businesses like HEB may rediscover what customer service actually is in the future.

HEB Plus at Saratoga curbside keeps dispensing meal simple meals that are expired. This happens all the time. When we get home, we check the dates and have to throw away three meals every time. The others, we have eat that weekend because you only have one to two days and we dont have meals for the week. We are not buying them anymore!

My Corpus Christi HEB Plus demonstrated the utmost kindness and service when there was a mix up with my curbside order. Curbside pickup is the best. Store will notify you if items sold out. Staff are polite, majority wearing masks. No contact pickup. Open trunk and they load your groceries!

Fantastic service.... when I arrived at prime time, all ports were full & a line forming. Even still, the wait time was minamal. All groceries were delivered...produce selections Perfect, bagging organized, young fella delivering was cheerfully polite & precise.

Got to HEB curbside at 815 pm a worker came out at 825 i told her my name and she said they are getting a few more things and it'll be 20 min. At 855 i ask how much longer and they say they have to get 1 more thing and itll be 5 more min. I ask at 915 and they tell me its on the way out. My order comes out at 925 and there is only 20 items. I was just picking it up through Shipt to deliver so i dont know how big the order is. Obviously HEB employee lied to me from the beginning instead of being truthful.

This is definitely a great idea. Place your order online. Groceries are picked up by Favor and delivered to your home. The Favor Runner even gets the groceries down and placed where you wish. Its awesome!

Very good service. Love it. I think you pay less tax with the order for some reason but the fee for your grocer and 3% price increased make up for the tax as regular shopping anyway

Serious lack of thought at the Corpus Christi Saratoga location. You added many new spaces but not enough room to get a cart between the cars. Most employees have to go back and forth from the sidewalk area to the car.
