I have brought it to their attention several times about the strip seal above the door not sealed enough. It is facing the produce section and each time we visit the pastry display case we still see flies and gnats on the pastries.

So, so, tired of H.E.B's discriminatory, CLOSED-MINDED Demographic marketing, and profiling. Can't shop without a manager named Julian following me all over the store ( i have running shorts, Black Socks, no bag, or backpack), and he still hugged me in every aisle; while people walk-out the front door with a whole basket. I have a receipt I'm going to take a picture of, to verify this is a present, and validated Review. And of course when I confronted Mr. MANAGER Julian, "hummm, what, I'm don't know what your talking 🤔 about (Not only cops wear body cameras Mr. Julian). It has me seeing you all over the store, at the end of every aisle, in the aisle, and more. If I'm shopping for only 5 to 10 mins, I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOU ALL OVER THE STORE FOR 10 MINS...REDICULOUS.

I avoid all fruits, precut fruits and especially the watermelon. Every-time I buy watermelon. The date says it’s good for another 4 days but when I get home to cut it I can see it’s already spoiling away. I have noticed that they just slap dates on and lower the price. Fruit is always mushy and sometimes even moldy and it’s not just the fruit. I don’t think they are strict enough with checking dates and damaging it out. Somebody is definitely slacking in that department.

The Last Time I will EVER!!! SHOP HERE!YOU NEVER ASSUME ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! but this Racist old white lady decided she is above me and can just fix things on her own when clearly she could Not! I went to help my mother get her medicine and grab a few things for her. I take care of her and help her shop from time to time. I tried telling her that my card need s to be entered manually and she trys a plastic bag over it and it still doesn't work..as I had already explained to her. But No she goes on to assume that I'm going to enter a different card number in or something and goes to ask her manager James to ask if they can do that but I'm only checking my balance on my card using my the app on my phone then comes to find out my mother had grabbed the wrong card so we couldn't get any groceries at all which was already embarrassing enough however we understand the rules that are being thrown in our face we have no problems with the rules it's the way you Assume or Discriminate and profile people because they aren't the same color as you or you "been working with this company for 9+ years so she knows a thing or two!" I wonder how many other colored customers she been Discriminating in the 9+ years she been with HEB!? you definitely Lost my business of 20+ years and will NOT EVER RETURN here again and will most definitely be telling my friends and Family not to shop here as well apparently we are Not welcome!!! What a way to start 2024! Guess I have to settle for Walmart Groceries.

Had almost everything I needed. Unfortunately, they've discontinued quite a few items that not only I, as well as friends, coworkers and family have noticed missing items as well.Couple examples, they no longer carry Pappardelle noodles, have to go to Walmart or Sprouts. Others, out of many, is Beef broth concentrate, specifically "Kitchen Accomplice" brand, reduced sodium.Prices going up, more items missing. Hmm.

I'm at the excellent service with the bank the Bank inside HEB and I was so happy that I sent you a drawing and I was wondering if the drawing was still kind of you know looking everywhere I know it's not an odd thing there that the drawings name I think is either I'm 8 years Iggy thank you I really like my bank card and I look forward to seeing you probably like 6 years 6 years thank you for your time.

Not sure if the layout at this particular store is the company's standard but found the produce section well laid and expansive. Uncommon varieties for those unaccustomed to patronizing the chain.

the delivery to our apartment is wonderful because we don't have transportation to the store and the items I buy are in bulk and I am not able to get them into my apartment because of my physical health so I don't mind paying extra fees when it's necessary we also have the pharmacy service at Moore Plaza and they deliver to the house for free H.E.B. in any county is good for the community and we are happy with the service thank you very much HEB keep up the good work !

My favorite HEB. I actually live closer to HEB plus on Saratoga but come to this one still. The staff is always friendly and they're always well stocked. Store is very clean too. And I always find something fun there.

Yesterday around 4pm my mom and i came in to send money at the customer service. Lady refused to send money for my mom and said that they can’t send money because i was there with her. I told them that i was just there to translate because my mom cannot speak English. How is she gonna come by herself? . She even lied to me that they cannot do it because its Western Union policy but we’ve done this so many times in the past with Western Union without a problem.

I don’t know why I use Netspend H-E-B always gives me the hardest time with loading my cards. One manager lets you the other manager doesn’t let you there’s always something with the Netspend card through H-E-B and the one on Staples always has the longest lines.

Being from out of town it was nice seeing different items on the shelves. In San Antonio The heb's cater to the Mexican, Central and South American diets. I also noticed a significant decrease in prices on most items . It seems living in San Antonio comes at an extra cost . Also this HEB was well organized and clean. Friendly and efficient cashier.

This HEB is alright. Although the shoppers here seem to be rude and snobby. They always park their shopping baskets in the middle of the aisles, they will run into you and not apologize. The aisles are too close together for being a busy, high volume HEB in the heart of the shopping capital of Corpus Christi. Good luck finding a decent parking space, too. This HEB does have some redeeming qualities that makes it okay. The workers leave you be, the aisles aren't confusing to read, and it's got a big selection of things. The wife and I only get frustrated shopping here because of the shoppers. 3/3 stars, both me and the wife just come here if need be.

This is an older HEB with a funky layout. The produce is sorta in the middle and the alcohol and chips and on the right when you first walk inTook a while to find things since it was so different from the others.Same friendly, well staffed store you get everywhere else otherwise!

Was great until we got to the checkout. Eli was our bagger and was rude and non-stop glaring at us. Guess he was frustrated that we were still unloading our cart onto the belt. Rude employees can ruin an entire experience in an instant!

This store is a good store, but I wish you was 24 hours like it used to be! It used to be one of the only places we would shop because we work overnight on base! Since the pandemic there's been no place for night owls to shop!

Unfortunately I have to tell a story of unfair treatment at HEB store outside of my home town. I am a loyal customer and enjoy all the HEB stores in my home town. But here was a different experience. When I first went in and made my purchases the two ladies at the register ignored me as one rang up my items and continued with thier conversation about drinking. I left, Had to came back in because I forgot an item. The lady at the self check out was staring at me and wrongfully assumed the Ballon I previously purchased was not being charged but said nothing. I asked her if the restroom was open and she said yes. But got mad and said I could not take the cart in. I had my boys in it. When I come out if the restroom she is there staring at us. When I turn to leave there is a group of workers blocking the entrance. They all looked mad as if they were about to do something to me and my boys. The lady who I assume was in charge asked me if I had paid for the balloon. I told her I was just in and had already paid for it. She did not believe me and asked for a receipt. I told her it might be in the truck and she insisted on seeing a receipt and became frustrated or upset. I dug in my pocket and pulled out the receipt. I asked her if she though I was trying to steal the balloon. Foolishly she replied that next time I show the receipt. Needless to say I will never return to that store.
