We were visiting out of town, traveling and If I could give this location zero stars I would. The most disgusting HEB I've ever visited. The women's bathroom has plywood for walls, hardly any lighting, broken toilet seats and broken locks on doors. The smell was horrifying and dirty floors. The bathroom experience was so horrible, we left. Not to mention the sketchy people shopping there and how dirty the store is. Outside looks ok, but inside-bad. Shop elsewhere, drive to a better location.

They good employees that are always to help you. They are NOT like others stores that tell u if it's NOT on the shelf WE DON'T HAVE IT. H.E.B. employees actually take the to check for the item n help n they DON'T have it. Their VERY APOLOGETIC.

Not sure if the store carries what you need? Just make a quick call to your intended store and the partners will answer all your questions! HEB is all about customer service and it gets 5 stars from me and my family all the time. HEB also gives customers variety of their own products and wide price ranges to choose from; from Hill Country, HEB, Central Market and of course many major brand name others. Products deliver quality no matter the price difference. Discounts throughout the store are displayed in yellow coupons hanging from shelves where products are stocked. This is truly appreciated in these struggling times!That's why I trust and love my HEB!

If you wanna go to a need to be with an exceptional customer service and friendly staff. This is definitely the cheapest to go to even if it’s out of my way and make it a point to only shop at this location. When you want not only exceptional customer service above and beyond any other ask for Miranda in curbside. had a little bit of a situation with my order, but she was fast to jump on getting it fixed and situated just to make me happy. Miranda should definitel someone that should be considered for management position if not one already.

I don't really like this place at first the security guards would take pictures of you which is awkward. Then I noticed they would have a security guard following me around or radio him to the front because I'm wearing a jacket and looking for a basket but as soon as I'm done paying he's gone. Don't think I'll be shopping here anymore. You shouldn't shop from a business that treats you like a thief. I recall asking for those banana boxes before and when I was leaving with empty banana boxes the manager with glasses looked through them before I walked out like really empty boxes with a hole at the bottom of them.

Just like the Heb in Rockport, this HEB in corpus is great. Stop the super. Nice, the store's super clean, and everything runs smoothly. Wait times are a little long. But with nobody willing to work these days. That is to be expected, so it is not hebs fault

This HEB is in the hood. It's extremely busy. Hold on to the important people in your life bc this HEB is huge. You can get lost in her quick. The staff is courteous and friendly. Parking is difficulty bc people drive reckless here in This HEB HAS EVERYTHING

Our deepest thanks to Jennifer and Kayla in the floral dept! Today was my husband's best friend's funeral and the florist hadn't shown up with any flowers an hour before the ceremony! These wonderful ladies had 2 beautiful bouquets and 2 Peace lilies ready in less than 15 mins and they were perfect in every way! I was out the door and back across the street before anyone knew we were gone ❤

It is annoying that it takes 30 minutes or longer to get the pharmacy to answer the phone, prepaid for meds and still no meds long lines in and out side of pharmacy this is a continuous issue and management does nothing smh I should have stayed with the pharmacy I was with before

Large selection of groceries, can get very crowded depending on the day and time. The pharmacy is always super booked with very long lines. They should definitely hire more people back there. The prices are pretty good. It's like a Walmart without the other departments. I.e. no electronics or furniture or hobby stuff. Sometimes they have clothing which is actually pretty decent quality, but it's mostly foodstuffs. Good store :)

Came in without a mask during the "pandemic" and the lady door greeter there was so scared of my super spooky germs she felt the need to run up behind me, grab me by the arm and radio for security because she wanted to force me to wear a mask. Was a completely ridiculous over reaction and certainly must be against store policy. The store employees haven't changed much since then, as they seem to find any reason to harass someone. Add this on top of the frequently rotting meat and produce you find here and there, it's just not worth the experience to shop here.What makes their overreaction to my not wearing a mask even more ridiculous is that later I bought a meal for a homeless couple and HEB employees felt the need to come to me to apologize for doing what our Father would want us to do, but they have no problem unapologetically stomping on my individual right to not hinder my own breathing by wearing a useless cloth.HEB really needs to do better.

Bought ground beef and understand a couple of bones now and then in 2 pounds of GB but dang! The ratio of a half of a pound of 2 pounds, I pulling out 3 to 5 pieces of bones out every half of a pound of serving of 2 pounds. Need to have the butcher backing off from the bone side a little more.Other than that, staff is helpful.Waiting on construction to be finished

Great option for grocery shoppers at Corpus Christi!This HEB is safe and clean. Well trained and friendly staff, and any questions are answered quickly. The only good thing about this H-E-B on Port is, not all of them only have like three cashiers that I go with and they are like top dog I mean they are good... They're fast professional friendly and always I need with a smile... As far as a product you don't have none of my name brands of after I've asked you to get them for the last ten years and because it's a food stamp place you don't get them I have to travel clear across town to Walmart to go get my stuff. Ridiculous

The new setup they are working on is just so inconvenient. The setup makes no sense. Why put the gift card shelf right smack in the middle of an isles by the register? The isles are too close to each other. Everyone is running into each other. Forget this store. I would rather drive to another location where the setup makes sense.

This grocery store has everything and if you forget it at a BBQ or a special party. All you have to do is take the label off and tell them it took you 2 hours to make it!. Home and to the store and back! Yummy food. Stuffed chicken motzerlla with jolepeno, green pepper, and seasoning.

This specific H-E-B location allows for third party vendors / service providers to accost you at the entrance in an attempt to sell you goods and / or services. Reliant Energy happens to be the individuals strong-arming customers on this location at S. Port and Tarlton currently. It really sours your shopping experience without a doubt. Hopefully this ordeal comes to an end sooner rather than later.

If i could give the Port and Tarlton HEB 0 stars I would. I needed a roast for my family and I for Christmas. Money has been tight and I could only afford a $10 roast. They only have $20+ packed and the butcher is putting them out. I asked to have one halved so that I could purchase a $10 one, they tell me they are shut down and cant do it. Merry Christmas. Go to Seans Meat Market if you need good clean fast servive. At as good or better a price and its right across the street.

They don't greet you , they will run over you with a pallet jack ( employee or vendor ) , they don't even excuse themselves for being in your way for those getting food order ready, Many carry outs outside playing with their phones - not paying attention , most cashiers dont count your change back. Pretty much everywhere. Not the same company if you ask . Don't forget about the animal policies they have abide by.
