this random pharmacist was rude and very very unprofessional, talked to her technicians all types of crazy, gave attitude to the customers including me who came in for their prescriptions. she was very unhelpful and just unkind all the way. this is not the cvs i used to know and love.

When picking up prescriptions, if there is any discrepancy in price/insurance, you are pulled to another pharmacist to resolve the issue then made to get to the back of the line from when you just came.Initially on line at 5:37 pm; finished check out process at 6:23 pm.

Worst Pharmacy EVER!!! I switched to brand name drugs only because they switched my generic on me! They make me wait DAYS!! Oh hell no k switched to Walgreens!! My brand name drugs are not a problem there. The Pharmacist made an executive decision and denied a 3 month refill of Lexipro because I was not done with the generic, then I was out for 3 days and miserable! To hell with this place the Pharmacist cares nothing but shoving generic drugs from INDIA down your throat. Oh yeah and she is if Indian nationality. She’s doing a HUGE DISSERVICE to this pharmacy at CVS! Get her out of there before you have no more customers. Which is what CVS deserves. They care NOTHING about your wellness!

Poor Customer Service!Hung up on by Sara after not being able to dispense medication for over 10 days.Tried to tell me that the prescription “just came over” and hung up on me after I challenged her statement. I had received text messages from the system 2 days prior that they were working on it.I take my healthcare seriously. They tried to suggest I take a different dosage that they can find more easily.Can’t trust them anymore.Recommend anybody but CVS on Everheart.

Great neighborhood pharmacy, but the store is smaller than most CVS stores, so they are limited in those last minute grocery items you might need to pick up in a pinch. The employees here are very sweet, especially the ladies who work the front registers.

Wow, I’m shocked at all the negative reviews, although most people don’t bother to take the time with the positive ones. Sad but true. I recently moved to this part of CC, this is now my CVS. I have been nothing but pleased with it. Yesterday being Valentine’s Day topped it off. I went in rather bummed to buy myself chocolates being that I have no valentine this yr. As I searched for my debit card, cashier John pulled his out, scanned it saying “no ma’am, Happy Valentines Day, these are from me!” I was so touched I wanted to cry. Talk about a guy making my day. God bless you John & staff. For the person who has issue with pharmacy taking a short 30 min lunch break. Have a heart, geeze, not even time to scarf down a sandwich. Enjoy your lunch everyone, won’t hurt us to sit and catch our breaths & be happy to be alive for 30 mins.

Pharmacist said he’d call me when prescription was ready, that never happened. Was looking for sewing needles and associate ignored me and waited on someone at the register. I don’t think they care much for customers. I’m not from here my cVS in Houston has excellent customer service.

I understand taking a lunch, but closing an entire Pharmacy, to take a 30 minute lunch, during a busy time of day? Everyday? Scheduled? The high prices at CVS warrant us, counting on a national chain, to be open to get the medications, we need. I saw the name changed to CVS Pharmacy y más. Más what, breaks to discourage our lifelong relationships, with CVS? We fully expect better service than this, as this is abhorrent and pitiful, to the relationship we've established, with this company, for decades. Bye.

CVS Pharmacy located at 6601 Everhart has a declining customer service attitude. Reminds me of the attitude that is occurring throughout the United States. People just are not happy with their employer. The exception is CVS employee, Roberta at 6601 Everhart Drive. She is a valuable employee at CVS Pharmacy and CVS is very fortunate to have her as an employee. She loves her job and it shows. Thank you Roberta for caring about your customers.

went in looking for a certain item the lady at the register was too busy talking to two other male workers. i understand you want to talk it’s not too busy at 830 am but don’t ignore your customers over a conversation you can have at lunchtime.

Dropped off a prescription at 10 AM, apparently during the day the systems went down so none of the drop offs were processed. So I walk up to the pick up and the lady takes my name and tells me I have nothing for pick up so how can she help me, I told her the situation and she sent me back to the drop off area, by this time it’s already 5:30 PM and I’m due to take my first medication. The lady looks through a stack of drop off‘s they still haven’t started and finds mine and tells me it’s going to be an additional 15 minute wait. A courtesy call is a good process that can be put into place when things like this happen. Sometimes medications have to be taken a very specific times. In addition to the inconvenience whatever Girl is working pick up has dreadful customer service, to begin with none of them can look up at their customers or even apologize for what’s going on, just act like we are the crazy ones....

This CVS was nice. Very slow but nice.Went to see if there was any mickey Halloween stuff but nope. Their Halloween stuff was only 3 four foot sections. Not very big.Just went to browse but was not successful.

It's literally 15 minutes till closing time and this location is closed. They always close early. I work late and get home late. I really need medicine for pain and this is a huge inconvenience.

Called for a fax number to the pharmacy and was placed on hold at least 19 minutes. Then, they wouldn't give me the fax number said they couldn't give me the number that my doctor had to call.
