Only went once but they did a great job with my shelties (ages 6 and 3) that have never been groomed before (besides at home paw trim and nail cuts). Reasonably priced and only thing they didn't do was the nails on my 3yr old male (wasn't charged for it either) which I understand. Shelties can be a pain to groom and they got a great haircut and came back smelling nice.

I take my almost 2 y/o mastiff mix here and have had great experiences. Service is great, the staff is nice and it’s pretty quick to get an appointment. I’m always happy with how my dog comes home :)

Just moved from Florida. I typically go to Petco, but wanted to try a local groomer. This place was super friendly, fast, my dogs looks great, and their prices are excellent. I will definitely be going here from now on!

Decent groomer. Seem to genuinely like dogs, and I see fancy cuts when I pick my dog up. They do a decent job usually. Not the best groomer we've ever had, but we've taken our dog there for over a year, so not bad. They did clip a bump on my dog once, cutting him, but I had forgotten to tell them about it, so I didn't blame them for the incident. However, I was a little annoyed they didn't tell me, and I only saw it when we got home. Never happened again, so we let it go. They could have a better record system.

They didn't do what I ask to be done. My dog came out chopped and they refused to return my money for destroying my dog looks. I'm calling an attorney and the BBB and the news about this business.

This woman is so ignorant, I said not to trim tails or ears, she didn't even bother brushing them. It's people like this that have damaged the reputation of Corpus Christi providing poor services. They won't bring your dog(s) out without paying first, and they didn't cut nails but charged me for a nail trim as well. She didn't even bother cleaning up the face on my older dog, she still has gummed up hair from hunting lizards. When I first called, she hung up then didn't answer when I called back, the third time she answered and started out with "I did exactly as you asked me to", which is a load of poop.

I have been taking Charlie there since they opened. it's the first groomer he's been to that he actually walks in and has no anxiety! They do an awesome job with him. From cutting, to getting his nails done even brushing his teeth, they always have done a great job! I highly recommend Bow Wow Spa to anyone who loves their dog. I would give it a 5 star but no facility is perfect and that would be unrealistic.Everyone is so friendly, does great work and most of all they do a great job of getting my fur baby out very quickly. My fur baby smells and looks great! I highly recommend this place.

Walking in to this establishment made me so comfortable. I was extremely happy with the job done with my pup! I would highly recommend Bow Wow Spa for all of your pet needs! This place is great! Its cute, affordable, & they are really nice! My miniature schnauzer jack looks great & he even got a cute bandana, his brother noodle did not get cut for his bad behavior. But that is Noodle's fault I appreciate them for trying their hardest.We will be back soon! Thanks for a great cut.

Highly advise anyone looking to take your pet here to think twice. Owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unapproachable.When questioned about how I was talked to on the phone she was immediately defensive. I’ve never had any problems with any groomers at all. But this one here well she’s something else. Immediately tried to turn the narrative into something it wasn’t.I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. God forbid you question them in anyway.And whatever you do don’t leave your dog there for over an hour once they are done. As if people can just immediately stop what they’re doing and run to go pick up their pet. Which I had never had a problem doing, but there is definitely a way to talk to customers but this place has absolutely no clue on professionalism.Let me reiterate, this had to do with the way I was spoke to, not the picking up policy that had never been mentioned before. Wish I was recording so everyone could see her behavior screaming and yelling and waving her hands around. That’s what you will get at this place once you question their professionalism. Showed her true side that’s for sure.Don’t say I didn’t warn you.Have a blessed day.

ZERO STARS!!!! Terrible job with my 2 small dogs. Nail not clipped correctly, even missed 3 nails completely! Faces were not trimmed. Don't recommend that place to anyone!!!And now they are LIARS!!😂 They responded to my review stating my dog was sent home for aggressive behavior 😂😂 They we're kept there, not sent home and my pets are very UNAGGRESSIVE. Take your chances with this place. You get what you pay for. And here is truly a waste of money!

I’m fairly new to the area and I’ve been trying different dog groomers. This Spa is very nice, exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and my baby came out looking like the princess she is. I have 5 dogs and they had not been groomed since Sept. I took all five of them in and they look so look much better! I prefer a business that takes appointments versus standing in line with so many pets. Christine helped me load and unload everyone. I wish I had taken before/after pictures! So Happy! Thank you Bow Wow, Christine & staff. Support this small business because the do good work and they really care!

New to Corpus & decided to take my fur baby in to Bow Wow Spaw! As soon as I walked in I was comfortable with leaving my baby there. Such a welcoming environment. When picking up my Yorkie, she explained how everything went and what was done. My fur baby seems like she loved it there! I WILL be returning! 10/10 recommend!

I took my female mixed breed dog to get her groomed, the owner said it would be $25 dollars .I said that was great. When I returned she said everything went great, she gave me her business card with a free nail clipping for my next visit.so I called to make an appointment a month later she said she changed a lot of things and she couldn't cut her any more because she gave her a hard time last time?? Very unprofessional business.

I am so happy I tried this place! Bow Wow was a complete lifesaver. My place is covered in stickers and my poor babies were covered head to tail. Bow Wow made my girls look amazing. Now they are sticker free and comfortable again. I have found my new go to place to take care of my girls.
