Animal Medical was my primary vet for the last 3 years and I cannot say enough great things. My dog has seen them for routine exams, boarding, dental, and a surgery. The Drs. and staff are friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their boarding services are top notch, and I always felt great knowing that my dog was in great care. I will miss them since I'm no longer in the area, but they have my highest recommendation for all areas of pet care. Thank you!!!

They saved my baby. S’more had pyometra, which is when females(dogs and cats) go through multiple heats cycles without getting pregnant and can cause the womb to become infected. I couldn’t find a place that wouldn’t work on her without full payment and I was running out of time since it won’t go away without being removed. Thank goodness I found them. I did a portion payment and they have been letting me pay in payments as much as I can each time I go by. They were just amazing and answers my questions and concerns. It felt like they actually cared for s’more and not just my paycheck. I’d recommend them to anyone that asks for a location.

The Dr's and nurses here are very attentive and go above and beyond in helping you/your pets. Personally, the nurse stayed late and called on my behalf to set an appointment and surgery at an out of town facility. The prices here are one of the cheapest in the area for the same procedures.The only negative I can think of (but I won't dock stars for) is that they are so popular that it is difficult to book appointments on short notice. Usually, it's 1 or 2 weeks' wait.

Tuesday morning my pitty gave us the worst scare of our lives! We thought for sure we were going to lose him. They got us in right away. They took the best care of our boy and worked with our needs. Staff was very caring, understanding, and patient with us. Explained every test and step of what they were doing and home care after. My dogs are not just pets, they are my children. They saved my child! Will be transferring my others to their care going forward. Thank yall 100 times from us and hades!

My dog was vomiting blood so I took her to the vet. The front desk lady rolled her eyes at me. I understand the high pressure of working in a healthcare setting for animals, however, I don't think this kind of behavior should be acceptable in the first place. I work at a clinic and I have never had any of my coworkers do this kind of behavior. Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

I was unsure what to do with my dogs when expecting my baby. Giving birth is kind of hard to plan around. They went above and beyond to ensure that when the time came, I had somewhere for my dogs to stay. They even ensured that I had a quick drop off by forwarding paperwork beforehand and a drop off backup plan. I cannot thank them enough.

We were not a regular patient of AMCC until today. My doxie hurt her back very early this am. I called my regular doctor, who couldn't see her until late this afternoon, and suggested we call here or that OTHER vet on Staples open 24 hrs. I have been to the other place many times. Regardless, we went to AMCC expecting long waits as a walk-in. We were called to a room within 5 minutes of arriving and were told by the vet tec the doctor would be in as soon as possible as we were a walk in and have patience as there could be a wait. Surprisingly, the doc was in within 5 minutes or so. We were given our options, and based on her age 13, she understood our choice to be conservative. There were no unneeded x-rays or lab work like the OTHER would have done and a huge bill with the same outcome. We were in and out within an hour. We'd probably still be at the OTHER place. Our bill was $113 with meds! All staff was kind and courteous. I highly recommend this clinic for all fur babies. They are excellent!

The entire staff, top to bottom, are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and super great. Though a little pricier than some others, their attention to detail, attitude and commitment make it 1000% worth it. Everything from handling a broken paw to grooming and bathing, they take so much pride in. I couldn't be happier.

$550 for my healthy female kitten to get spayed/neutered at Animal Medical Clinic. No quotes for service were provided prior to them finishing the surgery. Price gouging veterinarian clinic, ask for final prices before you hand them your pet.

Seems drastically in need of up-sell. When a business is doing well its reputation will be less “capitalistic”. Quality wins out. They are obviously climbing up-hill.

We take our cavaliers there. The vets are very helpful and knowledgeable and the front office people are very nice. Their prices are reasonable but sometimes it can take a while to get an appointment

Our dog has had eye surgery here and they made her both eyes look great. We called around and this was the best place price wise as well. She is always remembered when we take her in for her shots and check up.

I haven't used them for anything major yet but I'm already VERY impressed. Very clean, organized facility in all aspects. The staff seems to have great communication and works well together. I found the prices to be reasonable, especially for the overall quality I've experienced so far.I really like the Televet system they use!! My parents own a vet clinic in another state && I've suggested it for their practice.Looking forward to bringing my pets here!!!

Excellent, fast service. I’ve never owned a dog, brought in an abandoned one for a surgery. They explained everything to me in a way even I could understand. They made the whole process extremely easy and I can confidently say that’s the least amount of time i’ve spent waiting in a medical office. Prices seemed fair and reasonable. Staff were knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and patient. Every dog in the waiting room was well behaved.
