Fast, friendly and extremely professional is how I would describe Puppy Love Pet Salon. As a First time client I can’t praise this place enough! They accommodated us last minute, and on a Sunday no less. And They gave us a first class experience from start to finish!My boxer is a bit of a handful, especially when it comes to trimming his nails. But the team behind the scenes was as skilled as they come.Even though I live about an hour away, I will definitely be coming back from now on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend Puppy Love Grooming enough! They went above and beyond in taking care of my fur babies, Lily and Mia. Not only did they deliver impeccable grooming and pampering, but they also added a special touch by dressing them up for Lily's birthday. The cherry on top? The adorable birthday cake they crafted, which my dogs absolutely adored. Exceptional service and genuine care for our four-legged friends! 👏🐶❤️

If you're looking for your pet a friendly grooming location, this is it!I called the day before and received an appointment, I was told the requirements up front and the cost. Everyone was professional and Alex made himself right at home. I was told to come back and Mr. Brian had him looking good. They are always welcome and helpful. I was able to get them in short notice on a Sunday afternoon. One of my puppies sprained his paw right before his appointment so they very responsibly referred me to an actual vet instead of working on him. They were able to take care of my mini dachshund (who hates his paws being touched!). Nails are beautifully rounded and trimmed and he's a happy pup! Thanks for taking care of him!

Prior to moving to converse my pets were attending a grooming shop that was small, well priced, and had amazing staff that truly cared for animals. After moving to converse we tried a couple different grooming places hoping to find a spot where the staff had such an obvious love for animals as much as our old one. We finally found it! The staff was absolutely amazing and was not only engaging towards my pups, but loving towards them as well. They even took special care of my senior dog (I had disclosed she has a sensitive back) from the literal moment that I transferred her into their arms, making sure they watched her back. I felt so comfortable leaving my fur babies in their care and my babies came back relaxed and looking great. This will absolutely be our new regular grooming spot!

They were friendly, and my boy smelled all good. Yet, the new people being lost didn't help my anxiety. Neither did the small chaotic feel at the beginning. I already gave them his vaccinations and they still questioned about them as in they needed them until they finally found I gave them his vaccination record the day I walked in to set the appointment. However, a bath and nail trim @ a total of $95 including tip for MOST of my pup's nails done is not what I paid for. The back right paw was missed and now I'm doing something I paid a good penny to be thoroughly done. It's the reason I stopped having Converse Animal Hospital doing his nails when I take him for his appointments. They too charged for a nail job not thoroughly or properly done. Then carried him out like he was a 64 pound briefcase in his harness. I mean, they are longer now than when I took him in on Sunday. I'll just battle him myself from now on. Why do I keep seeing half done jobs where people want paid in full for a service that's supposed to be complete in its detail? Maybe it's the military in me. Don't schedule people to all bring their dogs in and do volume over quality. I know he pulls his paws away, but I paid to have ALL of his nails done with the bath. I gave this rating based on more than how friendly people are. I don't care for reviews on how friendly people are only.

We love puppy love , Jessica is an amazing owner she truly cares for what she does . Brian usually gets our Gracie she is a Cane Corso and they are able to handle her Brian is usually her groomer and he is great with her . The Grooming salon is clean and smell great when you walk in. My number one plus for them is they are all natural organic, I’m huge on natural products I own a hair salon and I use organic product at my salon 3P Beauty in Universal City so that made me happy to see the same. We took Gracie to Pet smart twice and she reacted each time so that was it for use. Since she has been coming to puppy love her fur is soft and she comes out smelling like Heaven if I can give 10 stars I would ..

Puppy Love Pet Salon is a Wonderful place to get your Dog Groomed!Nicole does a really Good Job on my Fiance's Family Dog Pebbles! She comes out looking so Adorable with all of her Bows and she always smells Amazing! Amazing service, knowledge and care. We will not go anywhere else!!First, this is not my first time to a groomer, but my search for reliable, trustworthy, honest and genuine professionals is over. My spouse and I have just taken in a husky/Aussie, we didn’t know temperament and how he would take to the experience but we were confident with how he was comfortable in meeting the staff. He had matting issues, and a bit stinky, and needed his nails done, but the biggest concern was a cut on his back (happened before we had taken him in) and how grooming would work. We were given instructions to wait until it’s fully healed- about a week post our conversation, and brought him in on an adjusted scheduled time. When we picked him up, he was so freaking beautiful, happy and playful - he was playful before, but this was like he could finally move!!They worked with us on understanding his care of his coat, and helped us feel comfortable in what we can do next to alleviate these issues now that he is our newest fur baby.I appreciate the work and help so much, we will be back for sure!!

I showed the first picture of how I wished her groomed. Her normal grooming. We just moved here so establishing a groomer. I was not pleased as you can see in thr second picture it is not the same. The second is choppy, her face and ears were not done correctly, her front chest is choppy. Very very disappointed. I paid for a very professional grooming with her old groomer in Kansas paying $55, I just paid $130 for this hot mess. Never again I will not be returning.

We love what they did to our furbabies. They also gave us details on what was going on during the process. Unfortunately, one of our dog kind of bit her on the hand. We took our Labrador here to get her nails cut since she doesn’t like for us to do it and typically most places besides the vet have a hard time doing it. I discovered this place through instagram and wanted to give them a shot because they seemed all about love and care for the pet.I called ahead to set an appointment and asked how they handle big dogs since our experience in the past, some shops don’t take them. I was comforted being told that they don’t use muzzle and go based off of the feeling and comfort of our dog and if she seems to stressed they’d switch to another tech to put her at ease.We arrived and wanted to add an ear cleaning and was offered a package they have that includes the ear cleaning, nail cut/buff and teeth brushing which was a really fair price. Although my dog was nervous, they handled her extremely well and she was done in about 10 minutes and even got a bandana with it. She was stressed in the beginning since it was a new environment for her but seemed happy afterwards so we will definitely be returning in the future to receive some of the other services10/10 definitely recommend this place as they make not only your pet feel comfortable but you as well

Been taking my standard poodle to these groomers since she was around 4 months old. They've always done an amazing job, were glad to give me tips on how to maintain her coat, how to improve her behavior and even help with training her to calm down at pick up. Brian does a fantastic job. They deserve every tip.

I normally don't write reviews but I'm so upset about how they chopped up my goldendoodle. This is not the first time this has occurred. The first thing the say is come back so we can fix the problem. How is that being chopped up with no hair. I even showed them a picture. Nothing like it. Chopped my dog's tail and ears up totally. They continue to assign my goldendoodle to a new groomer. Knowing it should be a more experience groomer from the past experience with me. For their prices they should be more efficient.

I usually never do reviews but I'm so angry with this grooming salon don't take your fur baby here! I have been here once prior to this terrible experience. I have a 8 month old French bulldog who hates getting her nails cliped and when she feels threatened she tends to act out sometimes but it's nothing untolerable. The first time I took my French bulldog here the staff was super nice and I didn't think anything of it. I also informed them how she is with her nail clippings and if she didn't like them clipped I rather them just skip over it. This time however, when I picked my dog up I immediately noticed she was acting very unusual the girl was saying how she had a long day but I know my dog very well and she's a puppy so she always has no chill. I figured once we got home then she would act her self and eat her food but still she has yet to act like herself all she's doing is sleeping and that's not like her. Puppy love pet salon really put my dog in distress and I will not be going back. Don't be fooled by there customer service we have no clue what happens in the 4 hours that we drop our dogs off no telling what happened to my dog. DO NOT GO HERE. They better not have hurt my dog that's all I have to say 🤬

Sometimes pet salons smell so bad like wet dog and make you want to rush out so it was nice to have a pleasant smell!

Definitely reccomend for your fur babies. We initially came for just a meet and greet to see how my grumpy dog would do, she put her on the table and started grooming her. I heard Jess sing to my dog while she groomed her and I wanted to cry. My dog is older and is can be difficult to groom, she's an old grumpy lady. I knew she was in good hands and will continue to bring my girl to her.

I am completely shocked with the customer service I have received from this business. Not once but twice they have screwed me over. The very first time I brought my 3 small dogs here they were supposed to be scheduled for full grooms to include bath, cut and nails. They were only scheduled for baths. The guys didn’t even offer to assist in any way. Told me they can do one groom and that’s it. Today all 3 were scheduled for full grooms again. Appt was supposed to be at 10, I had told the guy when I scheduled I may have to drop off a little early due to my mother having a doctors appt. The guys put me in for 930 instead. Never got the appt confirmation bc they didn’t update my phone number. I get there at 10 and the lady tells me they can only do 1 groom. No apology, nothing. Pretty much tells me my appt was at 930 and I could leave if I wasnt comfortable. I will NEVER bring my animals back again. I guess customer service has went down the drain

Took my puppers (11 yrs old) in and they took really good care of her. The girls are very nice and caring. My shadow took right to her and my shadow doesn't go to anyone. Will be going back each time I'm in town.They also do my moms dogs.
