Yesterday I shopped at TSC for the first time & was so impressed by the service I received. I’m physically disabled so I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage getting the 40 lb bag of TSC pine pelletized bedding I came to purchase into the car, much less, out of it once home. CJ happily split the bag into two then loaded the two 20 lb bags into the trunk for me. Nowadays it’s often difficult to find the kindness, friendliness, & willingness to help that I saw in CJ. It may have been a little thing, but her warmth really did brighten my day.

Customer service is top notch but I have a huge problem. The "4 health" store brand line of dog good the puppy formula. It took me a while to narrow it down but both my dogs have gotten sick at the same time 4 times in the last 3 months and it's every time I get a new bag of that food. I've come to the conclusion that there is a consistency issue somewhere and something is making them sick from that food idk if there is a difference in batches or what but carefully narrowed it down to that after spending a ton if money at the vet and other attempts to mitigate the issue . They have been perfectly fine and just got a new bag and same stuff both having stomach issues again the exact day I open the new bag. I wouldn't put this on here if I wasn't sure but at this point there is 0 else it could be nothing is dif in their regimen except new bags of food. Also there was a 2 month period where they didn't get the big bags at all and I was forced to get the smaller bags which they happen to make more money on I was not super thrilled about that and I requested and brought it to their attention each time I was there and it was still over 2 months with no big bags. These pups getting sick at the stomach at the same time every other bag of food I open is wild and I can't do it anymore. I'll and since thise place is out of my way I might as well switch it to something I can get to easier and don't have to worry about the unknown inconsistencies. Which is a shame because the staff are always attentive and friendly. Buyer beware of the "4 health puppy formula"

My first time in that place they recommended it to me to look for products for my new puppy there is a great variety of them, very efficient staff it was a good experience I bought all this for my new puppy, there were several products in particular, I could save money

Really a great store. Very clean, well kept and stocked. The staff greets you as you enter and smiles all around. If I ran a store, I would want it as ship shape as this one.

Exactly as many other reviews say - they never have anybody to actually fill the propane tank. I arrived at this location at 7pm and I was told that the person will be there tomorrow morning. Of course I'll never come back here.

Great store. Charlie welcomed us and pointed us in the exact direction to purchase dog food. Plus he was very welcoming of the foster dog I had with me. I’ll be buying my dogs food there from now on.

I'm sure they have a great variety of stuff and things, but calling the store has been dismal. I've called 3 different times and each time the women on the other end is RUDE. Short, abrasive and clearly not wanting to assist customers. Every other TSC I've called have been kind and Customer Service oriented. NOT this location. Terrible Customer Service

We got there 20 minutes before closing and immediately we heard over the loud speaker the store was closing in 13 minutes. We found that odd but continued our shopping. My husband asked for help with something outside since the door was locked, the employee said they’d already closed up the outside and he would need to come back. That was annoying. Then we were finishing up our last item and an employee came over and asked what we needed help since they were closed. There was still technically more than 5 minutes before their sign hours. She was really irritated with us. No one was helpful. Won’t go back to this location

Went into store looking for a fire pit cover. I asked an employee if they had any after I could not find any. She said they were in the outdoor section, not exactly narrowing it down for an outdoor store, I asked if she could point me in the right direction to which she replied and pointed I can see them from here. I went to where she pointed and all I could find were grill covers. I asked again if they had any fire pit covers and she replied they are basically the same thing as long as it covers it. I pulled up and example Tractor Supply has online and she scrolled down and said “this says on line only, that means you can only get it on line.” I told her I was aware of what online only means and told her I was showing an example of what I was looking for. She again informed me the grill cover will work just fine and walked off. Grill cover is 4 feet tall and oval shaped, fire pit is 2 feet tall and octagon shaped. Not the same and will not work. Entire encounter she was irritated I was even asking for assistance.

I went in with my mother today to look for a chicken coop for her flock. Devin not only asked if he could help us, but repeatedly checked on us throughout our time there. He took us out to the barn where they kept the coops and made sure that was what we wanted, followed us up to the register and made sure the price scanned correctly (it was on sale) then loaded it up for us all the while telling us features of the coop!! He made our visit today so pleasant, he was just so helpful. What a great employee! Thank you Devin for all your help and hard work.

My wife and myself went there for a dog kennel and the staff was so, super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful Mariah , Amanda and the 2 young men who loaded my truck. Employees like these are very important for returning customers. I left there satisfied please give them raises they deserve every cent of it. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Tractor supply is awesome. I get my dogs food from here and all kinds of gardening supplies. Even though it’s not a big store I can spend 30-40 minutes looking around.

Nice friendly staff. Only negative is their baby chick set up. The really need to get more organized on what breeds they have. Maybe a print out that shows them as a chick and an adult with the name of their breed? Otherwise, love this store.

Try to get my propane tanks filled and the guy says "I don't have anyone here that can do it". As he was smoking a cigarette. Ummmmm you did it a few months ago for me! I didnt say that to him but its what i was thinking. I would have rather heard..I dont have time or I dont feel like it!

Good place to get food for animals. They also have trailers for sale along with certain tools a d parts needed around the home. The prices were decent and staff was friendly.

This place is always great. It's clean, well lit and easy to find what you are looking for. Sales Associates are always available to help you if you need help finding items, carrying your purchases out to your car, etc.

Don’t go here for propane. They very rarely have anyone to fill tanks. I bet I’ve stopped to get propane or called to check about 20 times this year and maybe 5 times have they had someone on site to fill.Please take the sign down that says “We fill propane”. It’s a waste of people’s time.

Today Tuesday May 8th around 7:15pm: It really shows that the employees do not like their job! The girl that assisted me getting the vaccines from the cooler was rude and her face showed it. She didn't greet me just said what do you need? I wanted to ask her where I could find the de wormer but she just walked off after giving me the vaccines. Then when I found it the store was out but I know sometimes they have some stocked. I took a picture and asked in the counter. I was told it showed that they had 2 but that if I didn't see it that they are probably out. I guess help here is not as good why bother asking. Real customer service would try and check again even if it is the same place you looked. I don't understand people that get a job that they don't like. If I hired people like that to work for my company they would reduce sales.

Some stores I just like going into. Employees are friendly and helpful. It has the aura of a feed store and you can always find cute knick-knacks and clothes too. My favorite pj's were bought here.

My fiancé dragged me into this store for affordable dog food. I was insisting on Petsmart, like usual. Taylor made it an amazing experience. He greeted us when we walked in and checked us out. He was so funny and laughed at all my sarcastic and so-not-funny jokes. He even signed us up for rewards! We will definitely come back. I am a new customer!!! Also the other guy working with the chickens and ducks was great too! I didn’t catch his name, but he laughed at my jokes too. They were both knowledgeable and friendly.I don’t know if Taylor was the manger, but he should be. He carried himself in that way and has the personality! Wish you well on your engagement! 😊

After dealing with rude management at the porter store I decided to pick up my order here. Staff was incredible. Very friendly, very knowledgeable on company policies unlike Porter management . Thank you ladies for all of your help you will now be my new store.
