Spent Easter weekend here with my boys and my extended family. The rental cabin was amazing and peaceful. All 3 boys caught fish in the river (catch&release) and then jumped in the freezing river. The cabin and the beds were all clean, as well as all appliances. Dryer worked well. The grilling was great, and there was plenty of space for hiding Easter eggs for the kids. Ben and Suzy were very courteous and helpful, even with trivial things. We’re going back soon.Rooms: Accommodations were great and what you would expect for a higher end cabin.Nearby activities: Garner state park is less than 5 miles awayWalkability: Wheelchair might be difficult, unless it has outdoor wheels. But beautiful trails.

We just loved staying at 7 Bluff! The staff were so wonderful, the smiles ever present and always time for a chat. The grounds are magnificent with buck, squirrels and the most beautiful bird life. The river is most definitely a spot to take a book, a chair, and spend time at (or in!) the water. The RV facilities were great and amenities were all in good condition.Would highly highly recommend a visit! :-)

When we first arrived at 7 Bluff Cabins, we couldn't believe we were still in Texas. Surrounded by panoramic limestone, you can't help but feel immediately present in the beauty of the property. What we loved most about the grounds was being able to walk straight to the Frio River during lunchtime for a quick dip or an afternoon float. The setup of the cabins around a courtyard of Pecan, Cypress, and Juniper trees make for a very comforting, neighborly feel. As an added bonus, the pool is gorgeous, and the onsite check-in store has all the things you may have forgotten for your stay. We can't wait to come back!

This is a RV park in the midst of a pecan orchard along with multiple cabins for rent. Office staff (Autumn) & support staff (Chad) were awesome in accommodations and service. Pet friendly & Dish service is rentable. They provide tools to clean the BBQ pit. Nice walking trails and access to the river. The pool is nice. We stayed 5 days with great relaxation! Make reservations a year in advance is the only negative!Walkability: Nice walking trails and access to river.

Worst experience ever on this property. Waited around for hours to be checked in after being told before our stay we could check in early. My family and I were stopped more than once from other guests at the river, on the same property, telling us it was private property. I had to show them our wristbands to let them know we were with 7 bluffs. Just seemed weird because I wouldn't stop anyone telling them this is private property. The cabins were nice, the views were nice. Customer service not good. We waited around from 10 in the morning thinking we were able to check in early, till 4 pm to get our group of 14 checked in. My 7 year old was miserable as so was the rest of us, waiting with no where to go. We were 5 hours from home and no where to go. The manager knew this and did not care. Instead we were offered ice-cream for the mistake they made. Worst experience ever.

I was blown away at how clean and beautiful everything was. From the grounds to the cabin. Nothing broken, ni furniture from the 1940’s, no needed repairs or updating anywhere. The pictures for this place does not do it justice. For the family’s who grew up coming to Garner, know all the resorts have hit a desperate need of updating. Seven bluffs made us want to stay longer. The store they have is impressive. I recommend this place 1000 times over. Thank you for loving your place and having employees who have great customer service. Only down fall was we weren’t given the WiFi password in the envelope and only shown the password.

We looked forward to our trip all year long. We might come back in the summer if we are able to.If you have an opportunity make it a priority to visit this place, you won’t be disappointed. The staff are amazing and sweet as well. Beautiful and peaceful place. This is my favorite place to vacation to.

This place is great to spent some time with family and relax, it is very close to the river just walking 3mins. They allow dogs. I would just suggest a small dog park or area where they can run without leash to spent some energy. The houses are beautiful and really clean. You will have everything you need to spent a value time with your family.

Our stay at 7 Bluffs could not have been more perfect. It's so peaceful this time of the year. When we arrived you see deer and turkeys running all over the property. Kitchen was fully equipped with all supplies you would need for cooking! Front desk staff was friendly and so accommodating. Thank you Autumn and LC.

We stayed a night at Seven Bluffs campground this past weekend and it was wonderful. We booked last minute so we were only able to reserve one night. We will definitely book earlier next time. The grounds were clean and they have curbside trash service, which is awesome. They do allow dogs, which was great for us. The sticker burrs were brutal, I had to remove so many from my dogs' fur. But that's not Seven Bluff's fault. The river was beautiful and super easy to access from the campsites. The atmosphere was very family friendly and the camp store was well stocked. Thank you!

What an amazing place to spend our week in Concan. Close to everything we wanted to see from the Frio Bats to Garner State Park and Leakey for groceries and beer. Definitely rebooking as the views were outstanding and the cabin was perfect. So peaceful and so quiet as they don't allow golf carts and buggies. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

We stayed at Seven Bluffs a few weeks ago in one of the RV sites. We really enjoyed the campsite. The nights are beautiful, deer and axis everywhere. Just a few miles from Garner State Park. Highly recommended!

Quiet, tidy getaway along the Frio. RV sites are level with full hook ups. Though the sites are close together, the open area behind the parking pad provides a spacious campground feel to enjoy nature. In addition, each site has a picnic table and enclosed oil-drum style grill. Trash pick-up (daily) at site is a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. River access is a bit of a walk down an easy path, with no vehicle access. There is a swimming pool that appeared clean and well maintained, though we didn’t get in. Since 7 Bluff is very near a river crossing with public access, the security gate provides a feeling of safety and seclusion here. Lots of deer and turkey roam the campground, so be advised to use extreme caution if arriving after dark. Definitely one of the nicest RV Campgrounds in the area. Recommended.

The cabins are located at the foot of the 7 Bluffs and the entire property is a picture perfect example of Texas hospitality. The cabins are simple yet functional especially when used for the purpose of hitting the river all day and resting up at night. The staff was extremely helpful and the grounds are extremely well kept. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils as well as an assortment of appliances. The river in front of the cabins, known as the 3rd crossing, provided ample spots to float, swim, or launch a kayak. This was my 1st time, but I will be back again with my family and friends to enjoy more great adventures at the 7 Bluff Cabins.

Just spent 3 nights and 4 days here. I was in cabin #1. I was highly impressed with the spacious and clean cabin. It had everything you could possibly want. The park was very clean, maintenance and groundskeepers we’re constantly seen and available. Stunning scenery. When I checked out I immediately made another reservation for next year!

My favorite place in the world! It is a family tradition to go to the Frio River every year and our family has been coming to Seven Bluffs for over 20+ years now. My husband and I got engaged here in 2012, we surprised my family with news that we were expecting our baby last year and brought him for his first trip to the river this year. They have always taken great care of us here and we will always be loyal campers here! Can't wait until next year!

This is a favorite place of ours. Stay in cabin 2 as it has a lovely view of the bluffs! It's has direct access to the river to play! Lots of wildlife including wild Turkey, whitetail deer, Axis deer, etc! Fire rings outside the cabin are perfect for Dutch oven cooking. Bring your bikes! Fun to ride around! Peaceful place and totally family friendly! They drive around on golf carts patrolling so that no silliness/noise is going on.

A Quiet Corner in the Texas Hill CountryReview of Seven Bluff Cabins on the FrioWe found this place when we were scouting RV parks in the general vicinity of Concan, TX.As full-timers we were looking for a place to spend winter and Seven Bluff was prefect for us. We spent a few months and went through the 100 year winter storm while at this park.Curtis, Dawn Ann, LC, Todd and the staff could not have been more professional and a pleasure to work with. This is a small, well run G&G (gravel & grass) facility that also includes several upscale cabins. This is great place to relax, not a place to get loud and crazy. If you want to do that, there are several places down the road you will like better.Sites were level, spacing decent, water was fine and electric was consistent. They also provide Dish TV at no extra cost.Cell reception here was good on T Mobile. This tower is about a mile away.Laundry room was fine but the washing machines have seen better days.If you like nature, the Frio River is a short walk and the area has plenty of deer and turkey. All in all a great place that has several seasonal full-timers. We are coming back next winter.....so don't take our spot!

First-time at this place and is simply awesome. We missed the first week of spring break which was great as we get the full peace & tranquility of the end of the 2nd week. Great view of the bluff that's right behind the campgrounds & beautiful scenic river within short walking distance. Simply awesome & staff is very friendly.

Thank you for a great relaxing stay. The size of cabin one was great. I was happy that the depth of the river was shallow. The people working in the front were great. And thanks for all the emails prior to are stay.
