4J RIVERWAY PARK IS THE CLEANEST AND FRIENDLIEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT NEAR GARNER STATE PARK. THEIR RATES ARE FAIR AND THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.THEY MAKE FREQUENT UPGRADES ON THE PARK.MANAGER "GLEN" AND HIS RT HAND MAN "HAROLD" ARE SO ATTENTIVE. We just completed our 4 day stay with 4J Riverway. We had our family including a 9yr and 2 yr old. My in laws stayed in the cabin across, and our friends stayed in a camper under great shade!The staff was very sweet and friendly. The site was meticulously clean and maintained daily.I am very pleased!

We are VERY happy about our 3-night stay. The river was just a short walk from our cabin, and Garner State Park was a quarter-mile drive. The cabin itself (Lonestar) was SUPER nice; clean, cold a/c, comfortable beds. The premises were well taken care of, and customer service was terrific. Great rates, too. I know where we'll be staying on our next trip. Thank you!

I had my wedding at Garner State park this past weekend and all my guests, family and wedding party stayed here. The camp host was very nice and accommodating. One of the cabins had a septic issue and as soon as we told the host about it, he made sure it was fixed. He checked in with us daily to make sure everyone's stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. My husband and I will definitely be returning to make this a yearly trip!

Boyfriend and I came out here to celebrate Valentine's weekend. We had a fire, enjoyed the view from the front porch, and walked down to the river. And, the owner is very nice and accommodating. I can't wait to come back. We stayed in the Rio Frio cabin.

Wanted to update & share that we were there this weekend…stayed at the Rodeo Cabin!!! My family & I had a wonderful relaxing time. We will be back soon!!!This was our very first experience staying at a cabin...so thankful we stayed at 4J Riverway Cabins! Once again, a great place to stay.We’ve visited 3 times in our travel trailer. Easy in, easy out.Very friendly staff.Easy walk down to the river.By a Garner state park day pass a week or so early online to visit for the evening dance. A great Texas experience.

Our family 2017 Labor day weekend was awesome at 4j cabins... looking forward to coming back!! Cabins are clean and roomy. Only one thing DON'T USE THE FAUCET WATER For your coffee for some reason our coffee came out greasy, but other than that awesome and beautiful...

Some friends and I just had an amazing time at 4J Cabins! We stayed in the Patriot, and it was perfect for the 5 of us. Very clean and staff was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed the covered deck overlooking the Frio River and the easy access to the river as well. My only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back! Thanks 4J, for the awesome memories.

We only spent two days here, but plan on returning and spending more time. The cabin we rented (Maw) was well constructed and in good shape. I was impressed with the cabin before I even walked in the door. The patio and built-in grill was an added bonus, and I think the cabin we rented had the best view of the river. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely clean and friendly park. Very well kept and quiet. Even the bath house is immaculate. Located 1/2 a mile (just across the river and the street) from the entrance to Garner State Park. Icing on the cake ... WiFi and a well stocked camp store with ice and ice cream. Bluebell on top of that!

This is a great place to stay. You can rent cabins or bring your RV and they have full hookups for them. It is situated in a perfect spot right by the bridge and by the river. Several great swimming holes are located near here. The campsite is clean and it is quiet as well. What we thought was a big bonus was that there was a shower and restroom facility here.

Very friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. 4j staff was easy to do business with. They also offer a shuttle that drops you off at a 1120 Bridge . The float is fun and you float right up to the camp. Bring a small fishing pole...

4 J Riverway Cabins are the best in the frio river area. We enjoyed are vacation there this year and we will be back next year. The staff is very helpful and very professional. A whole lot of fun! Cabin is right by the river! Perfect to get away from the city! Heed my warning: there is no WiFi! The TV is outdated in the cabin and so is the interior. But for a weekend away. It will do perfect!

They charged us full price & stuck us between 2 cabins that wasn’t a travel trailer sight & not a bit of privacy.Also charged for a pet... not sure why I have to pay for a pet that stays in my travel trailer!?No military discount eitherBe honest with your customer, let them know what they’re getting & don’t charge full price for those sights when the people across the road were paying same price for a bit of privacy & actual rv/travel trailer lot.Won’t be back

Off season price much lower than regular season. TV programs are shotty (Direct TV).Direct TV breaks down often, at times freezing out programs altogether. Would be nice to have taped written instructions for window ac/heat unit, on the unit. Excellent attitude from attendant.

Very nice RV park with a variety of different size cabins for rent too, limited on 50amp services available for RV spots, only has three "pull through" sites. Close, walking distance to the Frio River.

Great family friendly place! Very clean. Minutes from Garner and other Frio hot spots. WiFi is not the greatest and cell service is very limited. Private river access, perfect a lot on the river. The cabins are super spacious.

NO TOWELS OR SHEETS! and when we called within business hours no one answered or called back. Who doesn't provide sheets and doesn't tell you!?
