This is an average Family Dollar. It’s usually pretty messy although they do have the basics. Customer service can definitely be improved. Every time I go here the male employee acts like he hates his job and like customers are an inconvenience.

This store doesn't keep a good inventory day after Christmas they say they need to make a bank run but they spend an hour standing at door looking out with customers waithing in the cold a n d it took another hour for them to open doors very unprofessional you have posted hours but it's OK for us to wait for them to get around to doing there job management should be more thorough day after Christmas you have one person working and they ain't even doing that there standing around watching the customer line up to get in and she made no attempt to tell them she just kept pointing at a sign for 20 mins rather then get her bank run ready they have no concern about the customers there never on time opening and there inventory is getting worse I'm to the point I'll take my business to the other stores see how they like it when everybody passes them by then they will have all the time in the world to stand around if this is a corporate store you need better management and there prices have changed but they still have old prices posted that is false advertising

This stores inventory is out of control! It is a disaster waiting to happen with isles littered with merchandise, boxes, and baskets full. The one lady working was trying her best. Wow. Just wow!

There r boxes & carts in just about every aisle, makes it hard to get a shopping cart past, never mind when there were 2 people with shopping carts in the aisle. The place is not well stocked, I guess everything is still in all the boxes that are everywhere. The store is pretty messy, and it stinks of cigarette smoke, but that's probably from the 3 employees I saw outside the building all taking a smoke break at the same time. I guess considering it's a small town prices are okay.

Staff helpful. But way understaffed. I would like to be able to get a shopping cart down the aisle. So many stock carts that you can't move.

Good place with good prices just not a very good stock inventory if your a brand buyer like me it will have product one week even high selling items then you won't see that item again for months then they will get one box which sells out in one to two days then it will be months before they reorder item again good selling items should be recognized and reordered promptly other then stock problems it's a good store

The NEW Manager and her TEAM have done AMAZING work (lots of hours and lots of work) to turn this store and it's reputation around!! Great place to shop and the staff is always very helpful and respectful!! Definitely recommend going to check it out!!

I decided to go to Family Dollar to see if they were wearing masks I found one worker was and one was not that was disappointing to me. With the pandemic growing worse everyday they should be more diligent about wearing masks. I do still like many things Family Dollar has to offer.

Some of the stuff is rude, then you do got the staff that are great. Not a bad place could use some better organization in certain areas of the store but not a terrible place.

I HAVE DECIDED TO EDIT MY REVIEW. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD THIS PLACE HAS GONE FROM 5 STARS TO WAY BELOW 1 BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER WHO IS NOW THERE. SHE IS RUDE AND SHE DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBLY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS AT THIS STORE. THE STORE IS FILTHY AND LOOKS LIKE A HORDES HOUSE.

Again cash only? Need to check at the register first unless you carry cash... They do have a lot of stock that still needs to be put up daily but it is clean in the store.
