This place is always a mess, out of stock & employees are hard to find. I also bought 2 gallons of tea from there that was out of date by nearly a month. I didn't have the receipt, so when I returned them, I had to find other items in the store. Even though the lady who sold them to me was the one returning them. I didn't like that either.

Very disappointing with the new remodel. The employees can’t even keep it clean and the employees are very rude and disrespectful

Definitely my number one spot here in Coleman. I love the app! The employees here are great!! Always cheerful and willing to help! It doesn't really matter what time of day you go in it seems to always have a line when you check out. So I love that the cashiers do their best with a smile on their face. It is convenient having the store here, I do miss HEB, along with our grocery store you can get pretty much everything you need without having to go anywhere. Have a blessed day!!!

The only reason why I am leaving two stars is because what little staff this store does have is friendly. I'm being generous by offering that. The store is always messy which makes it hard to navigate aisles & not run into other customers. Items are often out of stock or just haven't been stocked at all. C'mon Dollar General get it together.

When I was ready to check out I had a coupon on my phone for cigarettes. The manager on duty refused to allow me to use it. She said they have to send all there coupons in. When you scan a coupon from a phone it automatically stays on the stores paperwork. The lady should learn to speak to and help customers better. She's very rude and just acted like I was bothering her.

I go to this store often and usually have no problem. Recently I had a manager not only being rude to myself and other customers, but to an employee in front of customers.

Everytime we go in the Store in Coleman, TX, we swear we will never go back! It is a total wreck and more empty than full shelves! You can barely traverse an aisle due to stacks of up opened boxes of freight! Some aisles are so full of freight you can't even see what's on the shelves! It's nightmarish! Extremely short staffed with no management even in the store. The staff states they have a total staff of 3 peolle and a new Manager is coming. So far they haven't shown up. It has to be an embarrassment to the whole region!

The sales people are friendly and work hard, but the public restroom has long been a total joke. No lock on the door for a very long time, or maybe always (I was walked in on today while using it), and very often out of paper towels, like today, or other necessities. The owner must not have a clue, or care.

Store look dirty and run down. Couldn't get down aisles for their so much merchandise that needed putting out shelves are empty. The top shelfs are full. And still in boxes.

Oct. 19 7:48pmWent in to find the cashier not wearing a mask and coughing her head off. If she is sick she should not be there and if we are being exposed to Covid19 because she is refusing to follow state mandated regulations then the store should be closed.

Hateful company! Store is a disaster all the time. Never clean. Employees work hard for little pay. Haven't been to a DG in over 6 months and don't plan on returning.

This store used to be a mess-stock in the aisles, items offered for sale that were not in stock, etc.Now it's a clean, neat store with great staff.

Great place for small items and various sundries...home necisittess...paper goods..snacks and a quick in and out to deposit money on my debit card.

Don't know if I like this store or family dollar more but this store seem to constantly be crowded with boxes of new inventory and you can't get to half of the isle because of it
