I was shocked to see all the bad reviews I can't speak a whole lot on the pharmacy end but all the cashier's and store employees are very nice always happy ,smiling and helpful always. I want to say something to people who are always leaving bad reviews everywhere they go and don't get what they want as quickly as they would like. Everyone deserves the same service as you. It takes a lot of time to verify insurance I have recently learned and if there is only 1 patient a day that needs I prior authorization it can all by itself cause a hour and a half delay. Trust me it sucks for anyone having to wait but be grateful you can go home and come back later and your not the phone on the phone fighting for the patient. And maybe you have never needed a prior authorization but one day you might and I hope that they work as hard as they do for everyone else for you

The people working in the pharmacy are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They’re always acting like they’re doing you a favor. No clue about customer service and they have a bad attitude. They don’t know what a smile is!!! Maybe someone needs to draw a smiley face on their faces. Never again going back especially when you can’t get them on the phone. You have to go in person while you have Covid exposing people in the store to find out their excuse every single time saying that your doctor didn’t send in the prescription only to find out hours later they filled it. They’re all need to be FIRED!!! Taking my business elsewhere!!! This is what you call a waste of space between their ears.

If you are on long term pain management and need schedule II prescriptions, forget about it going to this specific Walgreens. Pharmacist talked to me as if I was a crackhead and denied me my medication even though I’ve been coming to Walgreens since my incident in 2019. Now when I try to send anything there they remove the pending prescriptions and proceeds to hang up on me when that pharmacist realized it’s me. It’s very unprofessional. This is my 1st review ever. That pharmacy needs a entire staff change. Since I live here with no car, makes it extremely hard to get transportation to any other pharmacy.

For the last 5 plus years I’ve had the same problem. When you call the pharmacy you get put on hold. And after so many minutes they don’t even ask if you could continue to hold. Someone just picks up the phone and puts it back on hold. Well today 01/15/25 then after almost 20 minutes the line was disconnected. I get to the store and no are in the line outdoor, and I come in and NO ONE WAS waiting. I literally was just hung up on and I get to the store a couple of minutes later. This has been a problem at this location for years. I was living in pasadena Tx and I never had any issues what’s so ever. So, this will be the last time I get my prescriptions at this location. They don’t even deserve one star but that was the only way to leave a comment.

No wonder all the bad reviews. It’s like Walgreens hires the worst bargain basement pharmacist they can find and hires them. This pharmacist refused to fill because they “felt” like I have been on this particular medication too long?!?!? So this pharmacist thinks they know more about my health than my doctor does? Where do you guys find these pharmacists that want to play doctor but don’t want to go to school to actually be a doctor? Filing a complaint with the state.

Worst ever don’t get your prescriptions here! Drove 45 minutes because I was told two prescriptions were ready for pick up get there with two lines, one inside line and one outside line. They’re seeing one person on the outside line two 6 people on the inside line on top of which both prescriptions were not ready.

I was on "hold" for 40 minuets!!!!!! No Exaggeration! 40 minuets! I finally gave up and had to hung up. In that 40 minuets my call roller over from "hold music" to a 'ring' 19 times!! And in that 19 times, NO ONE actually answered the phone. They would just put me back on hold. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!

by far THE WORST pharmacy around not once but now twice “we never received your prescription” two different doctors. If they did receive them they don’t even start filling until you get there to pick it up. Wish CVS never closed down. Corporate needs to deal with this pharmacy because it is terrible!!

I have had three different medications called in at different times and all three of them they have said they have been Autumn stock how are you Autumn stock of medications that are common and most people are on I don't understand I am highly highly disappointed in Walgreens and therefore have pulled our names and will not be back and there was five of us were so disappointed in this company so therefore we have switched to somewhere else and will NOT BE BACK if you need them for a pharmacy please go somewhere else we own a business and this is not how you do things also when we have a medication sent there they say there's a few but we have same medicine sent elsewhere and it's free and we tried it at 3 different pharmacies. And only Walgreens charged us

The truth is, this pharmacy is useless. They call you to tell you that your medicine is ready. You arrive and you don't have things to do to waste time. I prefer CVS in Houston. I work there. The service is good.

I stopped coming here because the customer service was HORRIBLE in the pharmacy department. I decided to give them another try and it has definitely taken a turn for the better. It's not great but has much-needed improvement.

Terrible customer service. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Was told over the phone it would be an extra 10 dollars for them to fill my perscription today even though I put it in 2 days ago...I get there and now it will be Monday. A wasted trip and the pharmacist couldn't care less. Do not use if you have a choice

The staff here is horrible. From getting medications ordered, filled to customer service. Walmart has been trying to get in contact with them to get my prescription transferred and they keep hanging up.We came in Monday to get the prescription filled and they only had 1 pill available, so we got a partial fill. They were supposed to order more to arrive by Wednesday when the next dose was due. They NEVER ordered it!!! That it didn't show in the system. Now, Walmart can't even get the prescription info so they can fill it for me since they do have it in-stock.

This place is the worst, I waited 45 min for rx that was sent 4hrs prior. Neither script was ready and there a question for my doctor that they hadn't sent. I called the next day, first the lady couldn't find both scripts. Finally found it, but finds no note for my doctor and says script will be ready in 90 min. Drove from Coldspring, 1 hr to pharmacy, and their at lunch. Waited for them to return just to be told my scripts are not ready and will not be ready until the next day. I'm going to be changing pharmacies which is horrible since I've been giving my money to Walgreens for 15 years.

This Walgreens could definitely improve on their pharmacy call line and the actual drive-through. It takes forever to get with the pharmacist on the phone (30+) mins and will automatically hang up, it’s seriously like a game of phone tag. The drive-through line is almost like an hour to two hour wait. I understand that there’s a lot of people and a whole lot of work for the pharmacy employees, however I feel like more people should be working the drive-through line considering every time I’m there there’s at least 3-4 people in the back. Although they might be short staffed but at the same time they know how many people their going to have to deal with and how packed they can get. I don’t know just I know there has to be some kind of improvement for this.

This is the slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. The drive thru takes way to long since it’s supposed to be “convenient” & the inside takes just as long. Why have both lanes open if you are only helping 1 at a time???

Great pharmacy. Super customer service. I tried fir three days to get a covid vaccine appointment. I went into this store unannounced and was treated like a valued customer. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I got my vaccination. The lady behind the counter was spot on. Answering the phone, taking care of the five through and serving walk ups my me. Wow you don’t get better that this team. The pharmacist had to fill the order plus make time for the vaccinations. Great job great team.

The absolute worse service I have received. Do not believe the Pharmacists lies. I thought they had changed since the last time I used them but I was wrong. They are still the worst. For your prescription, go to Cleveland Pharmacy, now they care.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They screw up our perscriptions every single month for 2 years and the bad part is our insurance makes us use them. They will sit on your perscriptions until you call them 4 or 5 times and each time it's a different excuse why it isn't filled. I would recommend bypassing this pharmacy if you can.

Horrible horrible to not give people access to the life saving medications they have been prescribed by their doctor. Sad and dangerous! Every time I try to fill a persfription I’ve been on for 8 years they cause a problem for me. It’s the same medication.same insurance. Same amount but even lower dosage over time yet they always block it and make me jump through a hoop to get it. I cry every month over this.

Long waiting line in pharmacy inside and outside. I went to get a prescription and was told it would be 2 days to being ordered. I said why when I called it in 3 days earlier. I said what if something happens due to not having my inhaler and she said well you can transfer.I have used this pharmacy for10+years.

Pharmacy staff. Make sure you are in the line for a Covid test 2 to 3 hours early. Because if you sit in the line for over an hour with no fault of your own, but just patiently waiting for all the vehicles in front of you, you will be RUDELY TURN AWAY. You will be given excuse that the Technician can not get your test ready. They have a mirror showing the long lines of cars in 2 lanes. But wil stil RUDELY scoff at you, stating"you have been in the line for an hour?" They went to get another pharmacy employee to look at you and Huff and puff that you should have been here earlier. Again told that person we have been. You clearly see all the vehicles in your lines. This was handled so unprofessionally. You are saying yall are here for customers and patients. But in fact was just trying to clock out for the weekend. Please do not waste your time or efforts going to this Walgreens in Cleveland Tx. They are only there for a paycheck and not your health or customer service. I got to tell you some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO BETTER, BE BETTER.

Let me start with I would give no starts. First and last time ever that I come to this Walgreens location in Cleveland. I had never had an issue with other locations. We were told yesterday that the prescription was ready to be picked up. We go and only one was ready. First excuse was that they were having issue's with the insurance plan that it wouldn't cover it. Secondly that the Doctor needed to send a request. I called yesterday afternoon to ask if it was ready and they said yes after I told them that one was picked up earlier and that the other would be pay out of pocket. We go today to pick it up and they say that it is not ready that the doctor sent the prescription today again. When we told them that yesterday we picked up one. They said okay give us 15 minutes. We go and make a long line again and they said that it wasn't ready. I go this afternoon after I called 3 times and they had me on hold for a looooong time after they tell me that is ready. And the lady gives me an attitude as I'm showing her my phone with the RX coupon. Only reason why we kept insisting with the medication in that location was because it is the closest one near home and my child was in pain. Never again. I am upset and so overwhelmed with this experience.

The pharmacy needs more training been on hold for almost 30 minutes. They deleted my prescription from their system causing me to have to have it sent back over. I had one call ahead of me for 15 minutes and the next 15 minutes is they are answering other calls. Can’t go up to them bc you have to wait I. A line for 45 minutes. Guess I’m going to find a new place. Also they disconnected the call just now at 31 minutes waiting

Great store and excellent customer service in the pharmacy. A young blond girl helped me greatly with my insurance and saved me hundreds of $$$ that I was about to give up and pay. I wish I got her name, many thanks. Only thing I would improve upon is more staff. The poor girl was running both drive thru and counter by her self but did a great job and was proficient.

This location is the most unprofessional location Walgreen has. They should get rid of all employees in the pharmacy including the pharmacist. You would do better going to New Caney or Humble than to come to this location. I’ve literally sat in the drive thru line for 15 mins without anyone answering the service bell then when someone finally answers they act like they’re not at work.
