Me & my 2 daughters went into this dollar general store one day cause we haven't been to it n a long while cuz we live n Tarkington so we usually go to the one closer to us out there, but we was getting out tha house spending time doing a mother & daughters day .. so we went n tha store & we was laughing & talkn looking at stuff & had a buggy full of stuff was maken our way towards the cashr register's fixn to leave n probably 10 mins or so plus my eyes r bad & my glasses had gotten broken n tha car so iv gotta really look at stuff to see it good witout my glasses on but all of a sudden a cop comes around the corner & said the girl that was workn seen us puttn stuff n our pockets looked like we was stealing actually my daughter was pulln her pants out her bottom & she even said it right n tha store out loud so I know everyone heard her plus them cameras can zoom n pretty good so I know they seen wat she was doing & heard her say it to.. but the cop made us pull up our shirts to check & make sure we didn't have anything n our pockets or waist , made us do a full turn around in front of everyone , looked n my purse & everyone was lookn too I was so embarrassed I felt so humiliated.. & like I told him we didn't do anything we don't have anything I'm payn for my stuff & they could go to the lil store n town & thy will tell em that one day I was getting some stuff n there & I had a small pack of cough drops n my hand wit my keys & I forgot about em so I walked out wit em & wen I got into my car I realized wat I did so I went back n tha store & told em wat had happened & paid for em the lady's at the counter was so shocked but I didn't care wat it was & ho much it was I didn't pay for em so I went & paid for em cause it was right... Well that day in dollar general I told the cop it wasn't right wat they just did to us & maken us pull our shirts up shown our stomach & treatn us like we was criminals & we didn't even do anything at all just having fun & laughing so I told him we was just gonna leave I didn't want anything from that store plus it was nasty in it also but he went & told the girl that called on us that we didn't have anything didn't try to hide anything & did everything he sked without acting suspicious or anything so he didn't know wat she thought she seen us doin but it wasnt stealing anything so we walked out &left everything n tha buggy & haven't been back to that store again.. that was tha first time iv ever been treated & done like that n a store..I still don't want to go to any dollar general stores my heart starts beatn really fast & hard & wen I go n I feel like I'm doin something wrong or ppl r following me around or a cop is gonna pop out in front of me or around the corner wen I walk around it.. I had anxiety before this happened social anxiety but now I have anxiety way worse I don't even hardly leave my house anymore even to walk to the mail box cause of that day it's affected me pretty bad especially wen we was walkn out the store & the girl just looked at us wit a smerk on her face she didn't even have the decency to apologize to us for being wrong & humiliated us so if u go to that store watch out cause they may call the cops on u for no reason

This is my favorite Dollar General in town. It has so many more options than the one on East Houston Street. I love it. The only thing I can't walk into is the bathroom. It is disgusting and the smell almost made me throw up. There are also holes in the wall which had toilet paper stuffed in them. The bathroom needs a good cleaning and fixing up.

Lora on duty manager and Ren the cashier are friendly and caring! Great customer service! They keep their store well stocked and organized! This great business plaza in Cleveland, you'll find just about everything you'll need at the same time. Couple doors down is Ace Cash Express for other financial needs, my wife Flora is the manager there go see her for assistance!

Great place to get my craft supplies. I've found the best time to go is later in the evening. The day time manager doesn't appear to care about the store. The girl that works at night is always working hard and waiting on customers.

Employees are the most helpful of any at other stores in area. I am 77 years old with mobility problems. I feel like they watch me sometimes for the moment I reach up for something an employee is at my side saying no, no, let me get that for you. Makes me feel cared for and loved. Therefore I Always go to Dollar General first, only going to other stores if DG happens to nit have what I'm looking for in stocks.

They are a great store. I do a lot of business with them. They have a company that their product. That is very good. I buy a lot of stuff from them . The store Dollar Generals. Is a clean place for shopping. If they were to pay their employees more. They really would be a great store. So the people who work there. Has a lot of work. With not enough pay.

I found what I was looking for right off the bat. That's good in a since, but if they wanted to sale me other stuff, they should have put this item on an end cap, that away it would make me go deeper into the store. All in all it was great for me. I got what u needed and got out.

It's a Dollar General. Definitely helps that they are every where. Keeps the little gas stations stores from robbing the public so bad with their ridiculous pricing. The 4 stars is due to it being a bit messy.

One cashier, stood in lines almost 15 minutes to pay for 3 items. Two items rang up wrong stood another almost 5 minutes waiting for the very rude manager to do an over ride.

Isles are to cluttered with stuff. My friend was in a wheelchair and could not even go down most isles due to all the clutter
