Extra long line. We waited out just before we go to the front they opened up a side checkout and called us over, but they were unable to check us out farm exempt and said we'd have to go to the back of the line and start over..lol too many other places to shop. Don't come here...

Went here looking for a front tractor tire. Didn't find any. You'd think at a place called tractor supply, they'd at least sell tractor tires.

I will say that it is fun to explore. Lots of things for women to explore as well as for the men. I can tell you that they were less expensive than "Wally-world" in the everyday pest control items, hummingbird feeders and some of your everyday tools. Definitely worth the time to check it out!

I cant remember if I have ever received the type of service from anywhere that I just got today from Mike and Will at Tractor Supply in Cleburne. These guys should get 10 stars for making something happen today and paying attention to customer details from two separate phone calls.I purchased a zero turn (toddler) electric lawn mower from the Granbury store last week. I had to take it back due to some battery issues, but telling that to my 3-1/2 year old son didn't go over well. This Cleburne Tractor Supply had another one in stock. So I called and this store shot me straight that it would be faster to order online to be delivered than transfer between stores. This was at 1 pm today 10-02-2023 and if you order before 2 pm you got same delivery. The possibility of it coming from the distribution center was more likely so I wasn't too worried about it as long as I got it sometime this week. Nope.... the order came in, Will and Mike got the order, recalled my phone call not wanting a open box item, threw it on the delivery driver, and I got it literally 2 hours later. My son will be ecstatic! Thanks for caring guys!

This place is awesome all the workers are amazing. I also love the fact I can take my dog to help him socialize. The ladies st the online checkout and at the register are great.

You go around Kroger pass a couple doc's on the left then you'll see a gymnastics sign that's where you turn left watch what ramp you take Theirs to one that has a pretty big tip that might rip your skirt off the trailer. There is a very old trailer with a ladder a step ladder that they used for storage there is a dock to the left of that trailer that's where you back into.

I spend a lot of money here and usually they are very helpful. Today they would not exchange a broken hose 4way splitter that was only a couple months old. They said they only have a 30 day warranty. Obviouslythey are sellingjunk at a very high price. Take your money somewhere else, customer service should come first.In reply, if you actually cared about customer service you would have resolved the issue while I was there, not ask me to call customer service to cover up the issue

I had a package to pick up today. No link to confirm my arrival in the designated pickup area in my e-mail, so I called the number on the sign. Phone was picked up immediately and the store clerk said one moment and put me on hold. I was put on hold for 10 min and then disconnected. I walk inside to find said store clerk busy on her phone. I ask about my pickup order and she goes and pulls it out of a cabinet 5 feet away from her. I asked why she didn't just tell me over the phone to come inside and get it, and she responded that she didn't know whether the package was in the front or back. No apologies for having me wait, for putting me on extended hold, for hanging up or for providing horrific service. Unbelievable!

This is the BEST TSC that I've ever been to! The manager Troy has a smooth running store with wonderful staff! They are always so friendly and so welcoming. We choose to shop this store over any of the local competitors because the staff is just so friendly and really know their stuff. It's obvious that Troy keeps a smooth running ship because it reflects by his kind staff. 😊

You can always tell where the good stores are. The parking lot is shy on places to park and there are many many people inside the store. Store staff here is so friendly and helpful! They're certainly managed by someone who cares about the customers!

Bought a trailer from them had a few issues with it talked to the Mgr Troy and hr was very pleasant to deal with went way beyond what he had to do to take care of problem. Alyssa also helped so very much to get the parts I needed to fix problem nice to have a business that still has great customer service

Amazing customer service every time we go, but especially this time! The staff are considerate and very knowledgeable and always willing to help! The store manager, Alyssa is fantastic!!!
