Went in to buy sheet vinyl flooring. They asked me to go to lumber and get a cart which was no problem. I went and looked for the cart and did not find any. I asked a lady at the desk down in lumber where I could find a cart? She said they are usually on isle 24 (which she had seen me just walk by) but if not they would be outside. It was raining. So I went outside where it seemed every cart was located and grabbed one. After that I checked out my vinyl and asked the lady to call someone to help me load it. I waited. No one came. I’m amazed I didn’t have to cut the vinyl and wrap it. SMH. I guess it’s my fault for expecting more, there’s no such thing as customer service anymore. Do better folks.

Always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. Even if what I want is 'not their department' -if they can't find the right associate, they are going above and beyond to help me in a very kind way. I had an awful experience at another home improvement store and will never go back because of it. I am glad Home Depot associates take pride in their work and are such kind people. -

In general, I like Home Depot and I shop there frequently. However, I recently had a garage door delivered (too big to fit in my vehicle) and it was delivered on the day they said they would. The box did not have any damage and it was not mishandled when it was dropped off or unpacking by my installer (the whole thing is on my Ring). Upon unpacking, it was discovered 3 of the 4 panels were damaged. That’s where the problems started. Home Depot has scheduled a pick up twice and was a no-show both times. They won’t replace the door, refund the delivery fee, or credit my card until the damaged one is in the store - the damaged door they won’t pick up. After my 5th or 6th phone call to the store I checked to see if delivery was available to my house on a different item and had no trouble booking delivery for the following day, yet they can’t schedule the pickup. Won’t be shopping Cleburne Home Depot again any time soon

I’ve been a longtime committed customer to Home Depot spending hundreds of thousands of dollars as I’ve used them through several of my house builds and remodels after dealing with the lack of and lies from the manager on duty with him telling me to get a police report to access camera footage due to a hit and run on this property and the officer that came on this investigation tells me they won’t release it to him and my truck was 15 yards from there main camera I feel there is a reason for this almost as if it was a employee that hit my vehicle so going forward I’ll never do business with Home Depot and I’ll make sure all my contractors will do the same!!! realize you’re putting your self at risk in there parking lot as the camera systems won’t be used

I love the convenience that is Home Depot. I can get refills for my water dispenser, and the store has a similar layout to all other Home Depots. I always receive great service and the associates are super knowledgeable.

We went to rent the insulation machine and no one at all mentioned that you needed a deposit. We had a receipt that said we got the machine for 24 hours. We come to pick up the machine and they say there is a deposit, $250. We live paycheck to paycheck so I go out and get out $300 cash that I had for emergencies and come back in and they say it can’t be cash. So I go to put money in the bank and send my S.O. the money on Cashapp so we can finally get this rental process started, and they HAVE to have a debit card. We get the deposit back, so what’s the difference? Needless to say, they don’t tell you a lot and I was a very angry customer. Very disappointed in this visit.

The store is a total mess. The isles are full of Pallets and carts full of products not stocked on shelves. Almost impossible to get around the store because of the clutter piled everywhere. Let’s talk about the Curbside pickup. What a total joke. We’ve placed at least 4 Curbside pickup at this Cleburne location and it’s a total joke. You call the number to notify them you’ve arrived for the scheduled order and you get no service. You set there waiting till finally you go in and get yourself. The employees at the service desk are absolutely useless. Corporate needs to visit this store and investigate why it’s a disaster. Terrible customer service. The employees are lazy and don’t care. Most of them have no product knowledge at all and have no clue what’s in the store or where it’s located. I’m sure the management is the same. Sad part about this company is that they hire part time employees with no benefits. There’s no incentive for the employees to care and it shows. No training and no customer service at all.

Employees are always making sure we can find what we need and if we can't they personally find and walk you to the product. Great customer service.

Plainly they do not care about the customers here as much as in other stores. Saw over 30 people in store without face coverings and employees with their masks down within a couple of feet of other. Won't be coming back here for a long while.

If I could do zero stars I would!!!!! We ordered a freezer 21/2 weeks ago. It was suppose to have been delivered last weekend Saturday, we rescheduled all of our activities so we could be home for pick up and it didn’t come, in the time it was supposed to arrive. I called the store and was told be the Store Manager Rick Hood they were sorry for not calling, he did let us take a payment off our bill, so I was ok about it. But, this morning it was delivered and very damaged so we couldn’t except it!! The delivery drivers didn’t even care. I am over HOME DEPOT CLEBURNE! Please if anyone is in the market for new appliances or freezers please go somewhere else. It’s not worth the headache.

Most of the employees here are wearing their masks incorrectly. What is the point of having them if your nose and/or mouth is out? Do betterAlso the customers are not wearing masks and/or not wearing them properly. Does no one here care

Always preferred Home Depot to Lowe’s until recently. Employees have gotten increasingly rude, don’t actually care to help you anymore. The guy tonight in the lumber section was extremely rude. It’s sad, everyone used to be so kind and helpful.

Jay the night manager (acting GM) is useless. Home depot missed my delivery on July 5th because they had an employee call in and my items were not loaded. They did not realize till I called them asking 3 times if my items made it on the truck. Rather than fix the issue and deliver on July 6th they set me up for a July 7th delivery because “I waited too long to let them know about their issue.” I had taken time off work to work on my project and scheduled for workers to be on site.Completely unprofessional. Will have to take my money else where.

I was told the person in the flooring dept was on break and wou9be back for 30 min. So after loading $3000 worth of laminate flooring on my cart I Went to the register up front nobody was available to check me out. Needless to say I left the cart there and I'll never go back

The staff was wonderful! They were very friendly. There was a new girl there the other day, but she did her best to help us and for the things she want familiar with, she quickly had a lady who had been there longer come assist us. They were amazing and helped me find everything I needed.

I love coming to Home Depot, whether we have a project or a remodel or just need something for the house. There is always someone around that can help us with our questions. And they have some pretty good sales through out the year.
