When you go to the store be sure they are quoting you on the right price. Be sure the price adds up to what they say. I went to the tmoble store feb. 21 2024 in cleburne some lady named Skylar took over like she knew what she was doing said my bill would be one thing. I get my bill and it's $50 over then what she quoted me. I tried to go up there and discuss the situation and they want ME to CHANGE MY PLAN to fix there mess ups. I've been a tmoble customer for over 5yrs and they act like I'm a new customer. They don't respect there customers when you have a issue. They try to make YOU change your plan instead of them fixing it on there part. Goodluck be sure to double check their work because some of them up there don't know what they are doing.

I went in on March 17th to switch to t mobile.Bruce was the one who took care of me.He was real polite and explained everything to me and made sure everything was working before I left.I would recommend Bruce next time you visit t mobile Good job Bruce,Keep it up.I also went on March 23 to have a screen protector put in.Bruce was the man

Just be careful. We talked to Skyler, she wrote numbers, gave my husband and I quotes, promised us one price on our bill and that was just not the case. She lied. Highly disappointed and they are doing nothing to fix their mistake besides telling us WE HAVE to make changes to our phone plan.

My T-mobile account was set up through a 3rd party Vendor. They did a terrible job. I returned to the actual T-mobile store, and they were able to fix my account and give me the discounts I was promised. I went from paying $230 for 3 lines on the minimum bundle, to paying $226 for 4 lines on the maximum plan they offer. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and got my service fixed rather quickly.

I absolutely hate dealing with T-Mobile - the website and calling support - but at the Cleburne T-Mobile, Amy is the best and makes everything easy. I canceled my coverage weeks before by calling their support line but for some reason T-Mobile did not cancel the lines for my two watches. Amy helped me out and treated me no differently from any other customer. She was fast, friendly and very professional- she really knows what she is doing.

Went there recently with my mom, in order to get her a new phone. The employee who helped us out was very friendly and offered a couple different options that were in our price range. He was good at explaining what they could offer and he helped us transfer all of my mom's data to her new phone. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

By far the best in store service I've ever received from ANY phone company. Maddie and Brandon were a huge help and turned a bad stolen phone situation into a new phone, new home internet for way cheaper than what was being paid before...AND it's a million times faster!! They were really awesome, friendly, had amazing customer service, just all around good people. This will definitely be the go to store for any issues!!

Ty is a excellent sales rep, his knowledge about phones and equipment was excellent as well. It did get a little busy and both guys was trying to make sure they helped everyone as quick as possible. My only complaint is I have to get my phone shipped to me because it was not on hand but with all that's going on I understand its hard to get stuff these days.

Ty and Brandon and Andrea and Damion at the Cleburne T Mobile store were great had issues with e Sim not working and porting number from other carrier. They were terrific worked for 2 days to get service right. Ig you to to store ask for one of them!!!!!!!!!

Maria is amazing, & was a lot of help. She took care of my needs, & had me out the door in no time. Andrea also helped me as well. She was very informative, & polite. I went in today and was greeted immediately. Ty was the agent who helped me and he was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions with no hesitation. When I left he assured me that if I had any problems to call and he would walk me through setting up my internet. I will definitely be returning.

The ladies we spoke with were very friendly and knowledgable answering all the questions we had. We only signed up for the great deal for unlimited 5G internet but we have also been discussing changing our mobile service too. Our internet speed has jumped up by 75% and we couldn't be happier! Setup was easy too. Highly recommend this for anyone who streams as we do or who needs faster speeds for gaming.

I can't thank Ty and Maria enough for all the help they provided this evening! We came in to see if they could help resolve a major problem that was created at the Overton Ridge T-Mobile store. Immediately they took over and were willing to do whatever needed to be done to resolve the problem for us.It took an hour and a half for them to get it all worked out which required them staying half an hour after the store had already closed. Not once did they express in their attitudes or discussion that we inconvenienced them. These two employees definitely deserve an extreme amount of credit for going above and beyond in their customer service. I will recommend to anyone who lives in Cleburne to go in and speak with either Ty or Maria. Again, thank you both so very much!!-The Frayre's

Was greeted, information was taken, and was told someone would help me when a rep was available. I waited 45min just to be skipped over. The rep didn't even ask who was next. She just went to the couple after me and started helping them. I left and the Burleson store helped right away. I recommend them.

Best Cell Phone Store by far!!! I have said it countless times, employees make the business. This group of employees specifically, Maria and Pablo worked so hard to get me my dream phone for almost half the price I'm paying with Verizon for the crappy phone they tricked me into. My deal was difficult but they spent a week putting it together. While I was there, I watched them work just as hard for everyone who came in. They told me repeatedly, that is why they are called the Uncarrier. In the end, after all that, my new phone would not work at my house in the middle of nowhere. I brought it back the next afternoon on 08-29-2018 and they were just as caring undoing the deal. They made sure all my needs were met. I know that could not have been easy. They went above and beyond and I recommend them to everyone. I mean specifically the T Mobile gang at 1502 W Henderson St unit B, Cleburne, TXI never got that kind of treatment with Verizon or ATT.T Mobile's Motto is,"We are the Uncarrier"According to my experience with them, it seems to me that the Motto of Verizon and ATT should be,"just give us your money and shut up"

I am going to speak to the manager today but the employee told me it's no use, she won't help me either! I guess we'll find out
