Bathrooms are horrible in the men's this was all over the floor and no paper towels but the women's were clean. Had a good selection of drinks and seem to be decently organized. Seems a little understaffed but they helped and got us a burrito check us out asap. The food that they had ready was decent

My family and I came here and asked an older lady cooking the food what kind of meat it was. Politely, she ignores us over and over again after we say excuse me because we thought she couldn’t hear us. She yells at us and says “what “ and points at the sign to order at the register. We wasn’t trying to order we were asking what meat it was. Then the cashier decided to tell us she was busy and she can’t answer any questions because she might “ burn the food “ which didn’t make no sense at all. These workers are very disrespectful and I’ve heard this has happened to a few people that I know personally. Very unprofessional and rude. I didn’t get their names but they need to be evaluated I came here today on September 21st, 2023 at 9;00 am. I will no longer be shopping here anymore. I wish this review had 0 stars. They don’t deserve even half of a star.

Be careful at this location. They will overcharge you. Ask for a receipt. I have always loved an Allsups burrito. They keep going up in price tho. I noticed a big pack of cold tamales for $7.99. It was a great deal. I took a package to the register. I also had other food from the hot bar. The clerk gave me a price over $42. I asked how much the hot items were because there were no prices posted. She told me the packages of tamales were $22. I told her the tag says $7.99. She said it was last months promo. We are September 26th. I told her to remove them from my order. I ended up paying $20. I asked for receipt. As you can see, the cold tamale pack rings up $7.99. She rang it up twice plus was charging me for 2 hot tamale servings that i did not have.

This is the worst restroom I have seen in the past twenty years. Doors don’t have locks and the sink faucet has been removed Tells you all you need to know on how much they value their customers. Pitiful

I'll give it three stars because my family and I shop here for the things we need and it's fast and easy to get in and out. My reason for deducting two stars is because they never seem to answer the phone and I've been trying to call them and ask about working a graveyard shift here for about a month now and no response. I've even tried calling all different times of the day multiple times a day and can't get an answer.

Worst gas station ever, went in on my road trip just for some chicken strips ended up waiting over 20mins to get no chicken, and top of that the cook decided to cuss and use racist worship to a child that was Hispanic due to the fact that the cashier wasn't doing his job correctly, absolutely horrible you business will no longer get my money ever telling a child to go back to his country? Really old lady really so disgusting!

Both the ladies on cash register are stupid don't even know how to do there job owner should train them first before putting them on resgister they don't know difference between credit card and fleet fuel card they wasted my 15-20 minutes arguing about that

You figure a store that stays open 24/7. No matter if I stop going to my destination or on way back all they ever have is hard chicken bites or burritos. Use to stop and get a patty melt or hamburger or poppers or something other then a burrito or chicken. But seems like they can't teach their people how to cook other stuff then that. I know not all alsups is like that. But if that's your snack then this is your stop. It just gets old eating burritos and chicken everyday. Miss the old people that cooked there

I was out of gas and had to stop here. I will go down the street to one of the smaller stations next time. Dirty bathroom, both urinals are broke. Long line to use one of two toilets. I had to go to three different pumps before I found one that would accept my card. Burritos were pretty good though.

Bathrooms were disgusting, as well as an "out of order" sink. I didn't eat any of the food, it looked like it had been out all day. May have been good but I wasn't about to sacrifice my stomach to try. Decent amount of truck parking, and a pretty well stocked selection of stuff inside.

Not sure why they modeled the new store after the ugly one they knocked down. The bathrooms are also mediocre, like most stops in Clarendon. You're better off waiting 30 minutes and stopping in Claude or Memphis.

Stopped in for a 10 hour break, ran in for restroom, water and some tea. Everything was easy to find and stocked. Estevan was on point running 2 registers getting things and in good spirits doing it, he deserves a raise for sure.

Clarendon Allsups is by far the WORST location EVER! 4 people "working" with a line of 15 people waiting and only 1 register open. And it was the slowest person. Smh

Truck drivers, lots of hair and urine on the toilets. Some food in the hot box. The poor woman in front of me wanted something that wasn't yet cooked. The 1 cashier lady can't handle 5 people in line and simultaneously asking the cook to come help her customer. No, she'd rather be hateful to the poor lady and move to the next customer. Unfortunately, I won't be back to this location.

Some customers are never satisfied with anything, because they don't understand the hard work it takes to work a job like this. Gas stations stay open no matter what, most of y'all can stay home and work or y'all aren't working honestly because all you have time to do is get offended by the way a small town gas station is run. This store is clean. The cashier's are as friendly as the customers are so think about your own behavior #1. And stop being impatient about the sanitizing. If you're wearing a mask obviously you believe in the urgency of COVID 19, so let that clerk take the time to clean the bathroom. It's 24 hours, it has to be done sometime. Be humble and take the time to think about someone else who IS doing the best they can with what they got. Most of us work our behinds off to make a small income while we listen to the same complaints about what really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things and actually has nothing to do with the cashiers. Everyday. It's exhausting!! Be thankful and patient.

Renee, who is currently working April 30, 2022. Customers were trying to order food and she rudley told them that she is not making any food and they can get anything out of the cooler. Customers asked why can't they make anything. She replied.. "and said, the only food that is available is what's in the cooler.. take it or leave it. Several customers chose the later and left the store. Highly rude employee.!

Over all a pretty good stop. A decent amount of truck parking out back. Had some hot food in the box at 8:45pm. We we’re going to walk to Sonic, but it seemed way too dangerous for a cheeseburger and onion rings. The chimichangas and flautas were ok. Not really my preference, but at least it was hot food. They have a good assortment of groceries for a truck stop. I bought some frozen tamales for tomorrow.After all the negative remarks about staff I was pleased with how friendly and professional the clerks were. They were both very friendly to my wife and I. We felt like they were happy we came in.

They wouldn’t give me a plastic spoon. They have them but they’re not supposed to hand them out. I bought pudding and ice cream. Spent 21$ on food and they refused to give me a plastic spoon. I had to buy a package of spoons for $1.29. That may seem trivial but I’m on a limited budget and didn’t need 40 plastic spoons. One plastic spoon seems like a small price to pay for customer service. What are the plastic spoons for anyways? And what exactly are they worried I’m going to do with a PLASTIC SPOON?!? Wow. Capitalism at its finest, I guess!

After a long road trip around the western portion of th US I was shocked at the attitude from the lady checking us out at the first place we stopped for gas and refreshments inside Texas, our home. My wife was asking me if I wanted anything as I walked the store after going to the restroom. And apparently she was in a big hurry to clean something and couldn't wait 2 seconds for me to make my decision. She told my wife she had to ring everything up at that moment. Upon hearing this I decided this will be the last time I will use an Allsups brand again what the heck happened to Texas hospitality?

Clean bathrooms but the clerk was rude. Sign says hiring happy faces. She did not have a happy face. Asked for a bag, she gave me one. I said thank you, i got nothing. I’ve been riding for 7 hours, it would’ve been nice to have a smile. I’ll never stop again.

Ran out of gas last night, spent the night sleeping in the car freezing my butt off , walked for miles. When I arrived there I had no feeling or sensation on my toes or my fingers I asked the lady at the register if she would be so kind and the new of any regular customers I would come in and lived in that general area if I could maybe possibly get a ride she was all too better than that my brother will take you which he did and I am truly truly grateful they went above and beyond God bless them oh also they got really good coffee lol, and clean bathrooms

Used to be one of my favorite truck stops to visit on my way home. I don't stop as much anymore because they do not have the chirizo egg and cheese breakfast burrito anymore. The mini tacos I bought last visit, the meat was cold, and two of the tacos didn't have meat. This place is now only a bathroom break or rest stop. Not spending any money here unless it is a bottle drink or lottery ticket.

Overnight lady was talking down on me to another customer (trucker) as I walked out of the restroom cause I had out of state plates not knowing I live in Texas and was in a rent a car. Either way it was very rude and unprofessional and all I was doing was buying gas food and water. Her exact words were “I don’t even know why they drive all the way from Idaho in the middle of a National emergency”. Like chill lady if you don’t want to work go home

A beautiful new facility with lots of business. 9 people to check out and 1 person checking out. I was really bummed about the time I lost there. Not likely to stop again. 3 employees busily attending to other things while customers waited. I took a picture of the line but lucky for you I deleted it inadvertantly

Friendly employees but the women's bathroom is always gross and stinks. I travel a lot from Amarillo to Denton and I've stopped many times at Allsup to grab a drink or use the bathroom. I'd find a better bathroom but on that trip, a clean bathroom is almost impossible to find.
