The Cisco store is an excellent place to do all your shopping. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and the manager is on top of her store and products. The self check out was a great addition to the store. Very seldom do you have to wait in line. Just scan your items and pay...in and out. Some older people who don't know about self check are kindly helped by the associates, even the lazy people too.

This place will have 2 employees working but the only thing they are good for is to stock the shelves. They just stare at you until you go to the self checkout. Do I get paid for that shift at work? I'm done with dollar general poor management and employees I'll just make the trip elsewhere.

I refuse to go into that store if the manager is working. Her name is Cagney, and she accused me of stealing something within 3 minutes of me being in the store. I always pay for my things, never would I take from a dollar store. Any store for that matter. That’s too low. But every time I go there, even before this incident, she had been disrespectful and mean. Every. single. time. They are losing business because of that lady. And as a manager of a store myself, I read reviews, so I know she will see this. Do better. A shame.

The lady that tried to checked us out her name is cagney the manager I believe.Their registers were both messed up apparently, we had food items. When we were informed we couldn't use food stamp card we set aside the items. Carney then proceeded to practicality dove three bottle of coffee creamer forwards my face. Ends very rudely told men to take it back to the fridge. I informed get that I'm disabled and my knee could not make it back over there., then even more rudely she soccer it toward my husband and said well them YOU take it. She then yanked our bags back a and refused to key us pay for it....She was extremely ride enjoy it we did not

I refuse to go into the store if the manager is working. she is extremely extremely rude and hateful. The card reader wasn't working, so we said we didn't want a couple items.. she told us to go put it up.. like really? She yanked the bags away and said she had the right to refuse service to anyone she pleased. I believe her name is Cathy or cagney. Now, the new girl with blonde hair blue eyes is always a sweetheart with a smile that's contagious. I really wish I knew her name. She deserves a raise and a pat on the back. Oh I do have to admit the manager does keep a clean and clutter free store.

When you only need a few items, this is the place. You can usually get in and out with little trouble but when there are several people needing to check-out and only one person at the register, well, that's an inconvenience.The school and office supplies are a little limited but still adequate.Bread and hand soap are two items that are hard to get but not their fault. Other than that, I will continue to shop here.

The clerk was not helpful at all. I asked if they had an item I needed and he replied “I dont know”. I then asked where can I look and he said I dont know. Willnot be back if u dont care about your custoners anymore than that.

It's the only store I go in and the line is always a 10 to 30 min wait. One associate on register and other one is usually always broke down or they are extremely short handed. The store is filthy, never stocked of what is in demand and a fire/ safety hazard due to the products being left where ever someone left off stocking and never returned to their task. This location seriously needs a reset & employees that are properly trained in the industry of retail.20yr customer

I liked the old place. When they remodeled the prices went up and the employees got even creepier 👀 the stocky male cashier always stares me up and down and makes weird noises while watching me shop. I have a small daughter and find this behavior unacceptable. I choose Family Dollar.

Always have to wait when checking out. They should keep both lanes open and stockers should come up to register to help customers when there are more than 3 ppl in line.

Waited for about 20 minutes before somebody would help me to get the discount for the digital coupon. The Tide digital coupon was not on the app. Staff members took the time out to help me after she realize that the Tide coupon wasn't there.

It is a nice store you can get some things cheap. You might get out of there faster than Walmart. Sad but true. People are helpful and nice to help.

Dollar general is just that a cheap store filled with marked down stuff mostly made in China. You always get what you pay for here. Facilities are always being restocked so kinda hard to find some of the items I was looking for. Unsure if they are short handed or maybe the other employee was out to lunch. Generally always a longer line to wait to check out.

Good for being the only main retail store in Cisco. Sometimes the isles are cluttered from staff busy restocking... But it's the only main retail store in Cisco, and they stay friendly :)

Cisco Dollar general is usually awesome, the past few months the aisles have been very crowded with carts, must be the change in staff but overall one of the better dollar generals

LOVE the Cisco location. They're always so nice and helpful. Eastland location, not so much. I go to both but I'll probably stop going to Eastland. Cisco for the win.
