The first impression upon walking in, was wow look how orderly the place is. I went into the restroom on the left. Everything is broken, the toilet seat, soap dispenser, toilet paper dispenser and I nearly scalded my hands as soon as I turned the water on. So then I walk over to the deli and look into the area, fairy messy and no one greeted me, so I bought packaged sliced meat and cheese. All the employees I did speak with are nice, polite and professional. The store is overall very organized. But please adjust the temperature in the sinks in the bathrooms so that a child or anyone else does not get burned, and fix the broken items. Even the lottery machine is broken.

Childress Texas United’s manager Justin Pierce is an amazing supporter of our community. He is generous in so many ways. You won’t ever see him just standing around or sitting at a desk. You will, however, see him greeting, sacking, carrying out groceries and stocking shelves. He’s a doer. We are blessed !

We've been driving from Dallas to our deer lease in the panhandle for over a decade. We always make sure to stop at this United specifically every time we go. Great selection and great staff. We especially look forward to seeing Thomas. He always puts a smile on our faces and is becoming a staple of our hunting trips. God bless this store and its management.

I'm shopping for my mother today at United. evening shift, I had the worst experience I have ever had in there. the young lady that was sacking my groceries smashed my daddy's fried pies. chucked grocery bag at me, told me to sack my own groceries. and i had to Cary my own groceries out .!! there where 6 young people standing together talking on there phones. And to each other. only one young man working the register and there was a line. Responsible older person needs to be on shift so the school age people take there jobs seriously. AND the young lady needs to be fired!!!!

after shopping at Walmart I found their meat prices to be a little high after going to United supermarkets I found their meat prices were reasonable and they did have markdown meats which is what I go for a lot of times. I was an electric car doing my shopping and when I got done shopping at one of the gentleman there walk me out to my car and volunteered to take the electric read back for me. Exceptional employee attitude very helpful.

Went for prescriptions.Usually a small wait, but when it's late in the afternoon, all pharmacy places are busy.Still, we always are treated as friends or family. This pharmacy is our choice! We like the staff. Very well organized. The pharmacist consult is very thourogh. They take great interest in all they do. Thanks so much for your quick response.

Review below is an old one. Well I gave it a shot again. Bought some hamburger meat. Good sale. It had bone in it. Went to return. I didn't have receipt. Which I don't normally keep receipts after a couple days. But apparently United does NOT honor their money back promise. I will be moving my prescriptions from their pharmacy also.I will not shop in United again.Was told meat sales really good, especially the BOGO. Yeah, not so much. Went in this week for the hamburger sale. 5.79 pounds for $30. Even with the get one free not a good deal. Do the math.I can go to Walmart and get 6 pounds for under $17.Well I gave it another shot.Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

United Supermarket in Childress is a great supermarket to shop. They have plenty of employees to ask for help in finding items in the store, their shelves are stocked to capacity, store is clean and free of litter. They have a deli to order food, which is really delicious. Employees are friendly and checkout is a breeze. It's a wonderful shopping experience.

Their prices are a bit higher than most places but they bag your purchases and take your cart out to the car for you. The store in Childress has a butcher so the cuts of meat are better, as is their produce. They also have a point system, buy so many dollars worth of stuff and get another marked item from the store free. They even have knife sets and stuff you buy one piece at a time with points. Don't expect to get anything though if you can't afford much, points you've earned from one month doesn't roll over to the next.

Produce was horrible. Blackberries and raspberries had mold. Not like a couple containers, ALL of them. The employees were too busy talking and playing around to care about anything else. The meat deal is about the only thing I will go back for.
