Always a bits of a mixed bag here. They have a mix of low quality products and some quality brands. The staff is often not knowledgeable about their products or even what they carry. They are friendly, but this is my last resort on shopping compared to other options in town.

Greatest store, with the best employees that I have ever seen! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a zero turn mower that they didn’t have in store, the manager and employees called several other stores, located one and the next day, they went with their own vehicle and picked it up for me! No other place has ever done that! They now have a life long customer!!!👍🏾

I love tractor supply but some of the shelves were empty and they didn't have what I was looking for for the price I was looking for. Plus I feel like the cashier lady probably talks about the customers when they leave .. for sure. I'll just shop it on Amazon next time. :(

Well, Today was unusual, We went to Tractor supply and we actually had a rude employee … Most of the time the employees are nice.. But this Mr. Gregor was rude.. I have never was made to move my truck.. I was getting propane and I always park my truck at this fence and turn the engine off.. They are heavy so don’t want to have to carry them that far.. We are a truck load of girls.. So I told we are not caring the tanks that far to the truck.. I will back the truck up.. He actually apologized to another because he had to wait because he had to wait for me to back and load.. which we don’t take long to do the loading.. and move..

I went to the Carthage, TX location for the first time on 0315/2021 and was VERY pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and willingness that employees exhibited! One young lady in particular stands out, she was near the pet and poultry supply sections, observing customers and on seeing me glancing around, asked if could help me. I answered that I was looking for a bale of wood chips for animal bedding and she indicated that the item was located outside. The sweet girl then asked if I would need help with it and I said yes because I am disabled. She then followed me to checkout when I was ready, listened to how many items I would need and made sure the larger item in my buggy was accessible to the cashier. I know that it is the job of employees to load large items and to provide assistance, but the sheer friendliness of the young lady and other people in the store was impressive given some of my experiences at a store in a different town. Keep up the great work! I'm very sorry I did not get the girls name, I can only tell you she was about 5'7" and has brown hair and was working on the floor at around 1pm.

Easy location to find and it's parking lot is just the right size for small cars as well as trucks pulling a trailer behind them to get in and out of. Convenient parking for handicapped as well as the entrance into the store. Always friendly and helpful employees ready to answer any questions that you might have or help finding an item in the store. We enjoy our smaller town store.

Goodness this place has friendly associates, and very tasty candy. There efforts to keep everything clean and sanitary during the current "cough" should be applauded. But... hey, you are here for a lawn mower blade and chances are good that they have just what you need.

I frequently visit this location and usually have a good experience. However, the last 2 trips I have not been able to locate different products that I always purchase. When I attempted to find an associate for assistance I was unable to locate anyone other than the front cashier. I had to wait in line behind 3 people to ask for assistance. Once someone was paged to assist me I was informed that the only products available were on the floor. The guy had no clue what I was looking for although I purchase it nearly every week. So I substituted my usual feed with a different type and proceeded to check out. The cashier failed to ask if I was tax exempt or for my rewards number. He was simply in a hurry and had no interaction with me while he talked about his plans for after work with another coworker. I have 3 other locations within a 45 mile radius as well as other feed store options. I do not know how likely I will be to return to this particular store.

Clean store and helpful employees. Can normally find what looking for at good prices. But only giving 4 stars because 4 times the past 3 months they've not had the feed we like for rabbits.

The staff is great. The place is clean. The usually have everything you need. My girls love it when they the chicks. I also love how I can bring my fur babies inside on a leash.

Made an unexpected stop at Tractor Supply in Carthage, Texas to pick up horse ointment and was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff, specifically, Elijah. Further, compared to other Tractor Supply stores we have visited, the store in Carthage was well-stocked and a shopper's dream.
