Love this place! Laura and Michael take good care of my fur baby. I've been taking my dog there over one year, and he returns home happy and beautiful each time. Even during the COVID pandemic, they practice distance rules and provide high quality services.

I could not be more impressed with the staff and their obvious love and care of each animal. I have never been the one to have to leave Gromit so I had some anxiety based on his experience of coming home from other places in the last. When I came to pick him up he looked amazing and they took time to tell me how he did, things to watch for etc. Gromit has officially found his personal hair stylist and will start a regular routine based on how well things went. I know that with another visit or two under his belt he won't be so panicked. Thank you to all who posted your experiences both good and bad as it really helped in picking the team at Studio Pampered Pets!

I had a 10/10 experience getting my morkie groomed with Laura at SPP. I brought photos of what I wanted (puppy cut, round teddy bear face, ears trimmed short, tail long enough to wag), and got exactly what I wanted -- a perfect haircut.Actually, it was only 95% perfect when I came to pick up. They brought him out and asked if everything was okay. I said that his moustache was just a bit too long at the corners (I wanted more rounded), and Laura immediately took him back and reshaped those corners. The way she understood my request and immediately made the change made me really happy.His haircut was $50 (reasonable) and I paid $5 extra to have his nails filed (very reasonable).My dog is stressed out by new places, unfamiliar people, strange dogs... but he was much calmer and happier than usual after this haircut.Studio Pampered Pets is hard to spot. It's in the same strip as the 7-11. If you're driving southbound on Marsh, you have to turn left onto Spring Valley, and immediately turn left (across oncoming traffic) into the gas station parking lot. The sign over the door simply says "Pet Salon."They take credit cards, and you can book an appointment through their website: studiopamperedpets.myonlineappointment com/Booking

Artist | Professional | The BestI just moved here from Florida and have a miniature doodle I know it’s hard to find someone who will not cup his eyes out and make him look like a raccoon so after reading the reviews I just had to give Michael a try.Micheal exceeded my expectations, from the cut, the way it is growing out, the heart to heart talk finally someone was bold enough to have with me on how my Teddy acts with groomers and timing for the spa cut time.I respect him more because he had the hard talk most wouldn’t and man is he the best I have ever been to for my sweet Teddy.

I live in Dallas proper and have been going to a local pet salon since my sheltie's mature coat grew in. Our last experience at that salon (in February 2020, prior to the stay-at-home orders) was horrible. They nearly shaved down my dog after I requested a light trim for her outgrowth. I do my best to rake her out multiple times per week, but by the time I felt comfortable leaving my home to get the poor girl groomed, she was a matted mess and her double coat was almost in dreadlocks. This time, I did my research for a groomer experienced in herding dogs, and I landed on Studio Pampered Pets. I wasn't thrilled to drive all the way out to Addison, but their reviews and customer photos were great. I'm so glad I decided to make the drive. My dog came home looking beautiful, and I could instantly tell she felt more comfortable than she had in months. I was very pleased with the precautions that were taken to ensure the safety of all parties as the COVID-19 pandemic persists, and the groomer also called me to let me know they'd need extra time to ensure a quality groom and that there would be an upcharge due to the state of her fur (completely understandable). I appreciate their transparency and it was the best grooming experience I've had...not to mention, miss Auden has gotten a lot of compliments on her new haircut during our daily walks. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall really disappointed with our dog's grooming appointment. Scheduling the appointment online was really easy. My husband dropped our dog off and he sounded a little unsure of the haircut that he and the groomer discussed. I called just to confirm the details of the groom and found the groomer curt and a little rude. He started off by saying our dog was completely matted. I was aware our dog had a couple knots but I brushed her the day before without issue. Then the groomer asked what I wanted in the haircut. After discussing, he asked me if we've ever been told our dog was bad with blow drying. Our dog is only a year old but this is her 5th groom and we've never been told she had any behavioral issues while grooming before. We were told she usually just shuts down during the groom, which has been our experience when bathing, brushing, or blow drying her at home. When my husband picked up our dog he was informed she had been injured while "flailing around" on the blow drying table. Her dew claw was ripped out and the groomer didn't notice until the end of the appointment that she was bleeding. We were told to clean it out with peroxide and the groomer downplayed the injury. We were not charged for the groom. It's disappointing because grooming wise, her haircut looks great. However, I'm not confident our baby was well cared for during this visit.

I love taking my pup to studio pampered pets. He always comes out looking so great and handsome. The pricing is reasonable and the the staff is always very friendly and professional. I’ve tried a couple of different groomers in the past but there really has not been anywhere better than studio pampered pets!

I know they are busy, therefore I felt very lucky to be able to get my corgi in after reading the outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint. My girl is silky, clean, beautiful and very happy. She smells great. Someone mentioned that they love animals and I definitely got that vibe there. To anyone who can't get in right away, I would say it is worth the wait. I think you definitely want to feel that your pet is being cared for and pampered and not just going through an assembly line on a conveyor belt of pups. My pup will definitely go back and have another spa day. She was truly pampered. :)

These guys are amazing! Our Izzy came home after a bath and nail trim smelling phenomenal and her coat was SO SO soft. She also came home dry, which at other dog groomers sometimes she would come home sopping wet. Also the price for a bath and nail trim is outrageously reasonable and the people are so nice and understanding. We were 30 minutes late and felt absolutely horrible, but they still honored our appointment on a Saturday and were so kind to us. We will be back probably on a monthly basis, I’m so happy to have found such a great dog groomer in the Dallas area! Thank you guys!

They did an amazing job on my mini dachshund! I was shocked with the holidays that I was able to get a same day appointment. I got there and the team was very easy going and asked for as much as detail in my preferences, was so sweet to B who was nervous being at a new place. They texted me when B was ready and when I got there they told me how B did and quickly brought him out. He is so soft and haircut looks so good on him. I will definitely be using again and recommending them.

I walked in with my rescue not knowing how to have him trimmed. I walked out with a broader knowledge of how my pup would look and feel his best. They were patient with him and took care of him like he was their own. They gave me a preferred schedule to follow and mentioned they wanted to form a strong relationship with him so future sessions would be easier and less anxiety-inducing for my pup. Really great experience. Michael took the time to call our previous groomer in Los Angeles and find out more about my blind dog and how he does with grooming. My dog seemed to be immediately comfortable with him and he looks great. Highly recommend Michael at this salon!!

I had a chance to use Studio Pampered Pet full grooming service for my pup because my usual place did not answer the phone. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the service and did not regret the decision. This will be my go-to from now on. My pup looks and smells great after the haircut. Their place is clean. Everybody from the reception to groomer is friendly, courteous and professional. I also got a follow up call to ask if I were happy with the cut. They definitely set the bar high for customer service.

I cant say enough about Michael and his staff. Our baby Ella is a rescue and has behavioral issues. Michael accepted the challenge of grooming her knowing full well of her history. He has been grooming her for 4 plus years now and is so kind to her. He takes the time to really make sure she is comfortable when she is there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only are they very kind they do great work and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

I have been a costumer at studio pampered pets for many 5 years. I tried lots of other groomers thinking here would be to expensive But I was wrong about that. The prices are very competitive and service in my mind is great! This is the only place I was able to leave my dog & not worry about her. I stayed the first time for about 30-40 minutes and watched people come & go I watched the folks in the back work with the doge they are very nice to the animals in their care. After that I can just leave her. Since I am handicapped ( paraplegic ) Mike the owner will come out to my car both to get & return her to me. What was initially a backup plan has turned into my first choice after just one cut! They do such a good job on my schnoodle, Moose, that he gets compliments almost everywhere we go! Once they are familiar with you and your pet, scheduling is a breeze. Highly recommended for those with small dogs!

Very positive experience, especially compared to my previous provider. It was easy to book online, they asked the right questions before the session, required proof of vaccination (which I totally agree with) and did an excellent job with the bath and nails. I paid $27 for a bath and mail trim which seems like a reasonable price. My dog is 15 lbs. wire haired.

I take my miniature schnauzer to get groomed by Micheal (the owner) and was very hesitant to switch groomers because I moved to a different part of the city. He listened to my concerns about some of things I noticed about my pet and made some recommendations on how to resolve them (ie hair bumps on the back which vets mention is common for the breed). Since changing my pets cut, I have noticed that there have not been any appearances of hair bumps or dry patches of skin. He is very professional and really loves his craft. I would recommend taking your pet to Studio Pampered Pets!!!

She looked BEAUTIFUL after grooming today, first time ever been there 1000% will return. Listened to what I wanted & great price. My dogs coat is kinda weird, double coated but shorter. Every time I have taken her to get groomed other places it felt like a waste because she never looked different. So glad I found SPP!

I hate leaving reviews but let’s just say I can’t resist myself because of the wonderful job and beautiful services I received at SPP. Bentley absolutely ❤️ this place! My dog hates going to the groomer but this is not the case with Studio Pampered Pets! He doesn’t cry when I leave him there. He seems comfortable and very happy when he gets picked up. I love love how they groomed him! This is our third visit and he looks absolutely beautiful whenever he is done. He gets more compliments after he is freshly groomed by SPP!! @ SPP Thanks for taking really good care of Bentley!!!

I took Sir Ivan there for the first time today and they did a fantastic job. They cut his poodle hair exactly how we discussed when dropping him off, and since he's not used to getting groomed yet, they provided tips on how to make it a better experience for him and were super sweet to him. I plan on making this my regular groomers, for sure!

We just moved to the area and were fortunate to find Studio Pampered Pets to give our baby a fresh cut. From the moment we walked in, we felt like valued customers and the groomer took time to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted. Michael is more than just our dog/cat groomer...he's become a family friend. My schnauzer is extremely particular when it comes to grooming, and Michael has always been patient and kind with him. I would never trust leaving Baxter with anyone else. Our cat, loves going to see Michael too...sometimes our pets go in together. We love this place and it's owner!!! Two thumbs WAY up!
