Came in for an overnighter. We were welcome here with our five dogs. The people running the place are super friendly and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable - in fact I think they should charge more. Clean, grassy sites and nice well kept grounds. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice quiet setting. Drive through sites. Nothing fancy, but very clean, and the park manager is very kind and helpful.

This is a well-established full-service RV Park which is located right along the highway in Carrizo Springs TX.They have sites in a variety of lengths, including very long pull-thrus.The Park is ideal for a quick overnight stop, however there did appear to be quite a few semi-permanent residents as well.The Owners were very nice and extremely helpful.

Its not a resort, but its a good utilitarian RV park. Has laundry, bathroom & wifi. Nice big pull through spots FHU. Can handle long rigs! And best of all good pricing for daily/weekly or monthly stays!

Stayed here four months while working in the area. Definitely one of the best parks in the area. Competitive rates and decent WiFi with laundry and shower.Management lives onsite and are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this park for long term stays and overnighters.

Very nice RV park! Owners are friendly and funny! All pets must be on a leash, it's for their safety! If we had to come back to Carrizo Springs, this is the place where I would want to be!

Very nice RV park, large pull through spots, grass, tall trees and the manager is very nice. They also have laundry on site (though I havnt used it yet).

Very friendly staff. Large sites. Traffic noise early in morning. Only one bathroom that is locked up between 10 PM and 6:30 am. Only $25/night.

A nice RV Park. But, no TV or Radio reception. Free WiFi. It has Water, electric and sewer hook- up.
