CVS provides an easy method for getting photos made locally. The attendant was very helpful and experienced with the equipment. They say a little help goes along way and Joseph was way more than a little helpful. Thanks much for your patience and experience!

Rude employee in pharmacy drive through... I know it's hard to find good help but cvs can do better. I can't wait for an HEB to pop up here so I don't have to deal with it. If it weren't for my insurance giving us discounts and extended refills I wouldn't even get my scripts there.

Avoid Mary at all cost if you want to be treated nicely. As I was speaking to the manager off to the side while Mary was checking customers out, she kept yelling at me from across the store. Then she would turn to the customers and tell them unkind words to them about me. I will never be back at the store again. I know it’s not a threat to this store or this company but maybe and just maybe other people will think twice before going back to the store and before I end this rant, they say they don’t scan QR codes for Amazon to return items but I spoke to the CVS hotline, while reporting Mary, and they state they do. They are just store that does not want to do their job.

This place needs to learn customer service. Got a text that my prescription was ready, went to pick it up, waited in line for 15 minutes to find out that it wasn't ready because they were still out of that particular medicine. When informed that my prescription was ready, the lady told l said, "Well I don't know who texted you but it wasn't us." Guess it's the random number that's been texting me every time I have a prescription at this CVS the last few years

Negative stars!!!!!! The staff is extremely rude! Over the course of years, it has gotten out of control. I have dealt with it long enough. They put back a prescription because of an error on their part. When asked why, the person literally sighed and rolled their eyes. Long story short, I had to get my doctor involved for them to give me an important prescription. CVS did not even apologize for the inconvenience. They speak to you as if you are beneath them and constantly talk over you. Lily and Amy are horrible. I have overlooked their rudeness for far too long because they were close by and local. But not anymore, HEB, will have to be my go-to now for my medications. Even though it is farther away, at least I can expect to be treated nicely and given my medications.

This is the best CVS store I have ever been to. Great customer service. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I go to this store it is a great experience. Keep up the great work. And thank you to all of you. Pharmacy is the same. Great customer service with a friendly smile.

Your website never works it always shows a message saying that CVS is improving the website which never seems to happen. Wish there was a Walgreens in Canyon Lake Texas

I just called the pharmacy and asked if I could get a prescription earlier since the phone service said it wouldn't be ready until late afternoon. The first time they hung up on me when I barely got a word out and the second time the person answering the phone was extremely rude. I was told that there's no way I can get it earlier and that they're short staffed. I totally understand that, however, we are customers and we should not be spoken to like that. You are on the front line speaking to people who are sick and/or in pain. You are the face of CVS. Please remember it is not the customer's fault you are short-staffed. That's called poor management. You also need to remember when you're speaking to your customers you should be sympathetic to their situation. That's what we expect out of professional pharmacists. If you can't handle the job, then don't do it.

1 star is too high of rating to be true & correct. The very existence & so called "policies" point out their lack of care per ANY level... For WC, they fill 5 days only and throw away the rest of your prescription, even if Dr. writes it for 7 days. Boycott CVS.

Amazing customer service from this young man named Ricky I believe, he knew where all the items were and helped me process some photos as well. If this young man isn’t employee of the month I would be so surprised. I haven’t been there in about a month and when I use to go the customer service was pretty lousy, but I’m so glad they are starting to hire people with skills such as his!!!! I will definitely be coming back more often

This i believe impacts all CVS pharmacies, but maybe only locally? But I believe it’s ridiculous that the pharmacy closes for lunch. Why can’t the employees stagger a lunch hour?? I know myself and many others I’ve spoken to have had to go back to pick up prescriptions, and some were for very important meds that needed to be started immediately. All businesses I’m aware of staggered lunch hour for employees, why can’t CVS?Just wrong in my and others opinion.

A little disorganized, but most pharmacies are.Pretty sure they’re extremely short staffed, don’t quote me on that though. I like it when Brauns working, she’s sassy and it’s great. They’ve always manage to make things right or figure stuff out, even with the disorganization. They try, and that’s what matters. Also customer service sucks, and the old people are some of the worst ones to deal with, so I feel for these people.

Thank You CVS for providing the COVID vaccine! I shop here on the regular and always have a great experience! Today when I went in there was a mix up and they were a little behind. Gretchen was fantastic! She was so sweet directing traffic and updating people waiting in the loop of what was going on. I had to get in another line at the pharmacy due to issues with BCBS insurance and she was so sweet! Excellent service!

I'm normally not a 1 star gal, but drive to New Braunfels. We have had 2 VERY bad experiences here. Last year my husband (a type 1 diabetic) bought OTC insulin because it was after office hours and he ran out and needed a refill on his script. He went back to double check a few minutes after purchasing (near closing) to verify it was fast acting and they assured him it was fast acting. He got in the car and verified online and they were wrong! They had sold him slow acting insulin - could have killed him. By then everyone had clocked out and they didn't care. I ended up having to race to NB to an open pharmacy to get the correct insulin.Today, I picked up 2 glucose sensors for him. They had faxed the dr office for a refill. I got home and he stuck it to his arm and it would not connect to his device. They had given him the wrong sensor. I called and they said it was what the dr wrote, so we would have to take up the refund with the dr office and now we could not bring the unopened sensor and no, they would not give us a discount on the device to read it. They were incredibly unhelpful. Ambivalent. They don't seem to care if you live, die, have the wrong prescription, etc. Stay away!

The last few times my family members or myself have been in here we've had nothing but problems with the pharmacist. Other employees are nice but the lady pharmacist that works here is very rude, condescending. We will be moving all of our business to a different place, gave her a chance thinking she was just having a rough time and it's gotten out of control.

You’d think they would accidentally get my prescriptions right once in a while. But nope they find creative ways to make new mistakes. Such a waste of time and frustration!Oh and watch out, my insurance caught them charging for prescriptions on file that I didn’t ask for and they tried to mark that it had been filled, even though I never received it. Upon finding this out and asking them to fixing the ‘mistake’ they asked me to drive around repeatedly for 45 minutes while they fix it and then the mistakes they made while fixing the mistake. Several times in a row they failed to fill my prescriptions correctly, coming up with a new way to mess it up each time.I recommend you, my friends and neighbors, try Lonestar pharmacy in Sattler. What a refreshing change good service, friendly and efficient!Goodbye Cvs and thank you for the years of laughter that you’ve given me and my friends and my family as we reminisce and share the different experiences that we’ve had watching you fumble one order after another.

On the expensive side.Recommend you divide your purchases into 2 orders that way on your 1st purchase order you get good discount coupons for products and usually a $4.00 discount coupon on your next order with your receipt.That you can use when you ring up your 2nd purchase order.

If I could give this store a negative one rating I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE PHARMACIST AND STAFF! VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I had stopped using them and had no choice but to use them today and I regreted it so much. Just having to deal with these people and the pharmacist give me such anxiety. He is disgusting 😡. His behaviors is inexcusable. How do they think they can get away with such disrespect. Try not to use them if you can.

Don’t bother, go anywhere but here. I just spent more time on hold than it would have taken me to drive there and back. Something needs to change about how this pharmacy operates. I feel that customer service is last on the priority list. I’ve had better service almost everywhere else so do yourself a favor and use lone star it’s better and they seem to care.

really like this pharmacy everybody in my family he gets one or two prescriptions and it's right down the road from the house this staff for the most part is really awesome Ramon the head pharmacist he's amazing anytime there's any issues with any of our medication things or issues with insurance or cost he always finds a way to make sure we can get our medication Christina and Brody they are technicians and they are absolutely amazing very friendly very efficient they really know what they're doing and they're always willing to help always have a smile on their face no matter how many times I call they never have a rude tone or make me feel some type of way they always make sure that we are taken care of and we've had a few issues with our medications and stuff but they've always made sure to make it right make it up to us and just really great service that I have to say

Staff from the pharmacy was horrible and very disrespectful and rude. I drove over 45min to get to this pharmacy and the people didnt pay attention. Very disappointed because cvs has always been my go to store. I'm not from texas and I wouldnt reccomend going here.

It’s always something with the pharmacy. They can’t figure out insurance, they don’t have the meds, they can’t transfer prescriptions. One lady called to tell me they had to special order the “cough syrup” she said I was prescribed... it wasn’t cough syrup it was anti nausea medicine... how do you not know the medicine you called me about? Very underwhelming.

CVS in Canyon Lake Tex, management you desperately, need to hire more employees in the pharmacy area..the service is the worst I've ever experienced in the 61 years of my life anywhere..They never answer the phone.. being kept on hold for close to an hour is outrageous!!.they are very rude..they loose prescriptions. I mean seriously some body needs to do something!!
