Was a little disappointed on my visit to Rocky mountain chocolate factory. Normally they are very attentive with their customer service, however this time I ordered a certain candy apple and walked away to grab some other chocolates and they gave me the wrong one. They normally deserve higher ratings I'll have to give him again.

This place has top notch chocolate treats and confections. My husband and I always get a candied apple of some sort when we go here. We have tried many varieties including Pecan Bear, Rocky Road, and most recently, Snickers flavored candied apples. All of the candied apples are granny smiths, and the tartness perfectly counterbalances the sweetness of the toppings. I also particularly enjoy their dark chocolate candied orange peels. They bring back fond memories of my childhood in Germany, and they are also one of my mom's favorite treats from this store. Today, we also tried their rocky surprise to go bag of goodies including two brownies, four rocky surprise treats, and a drink (we chose diet Coke) for $5. It was a nice surprise as most of their treats are a bit pricey. I would recommend this place for serious chocolate lovers and confection connoisseurs.

Delicious chocolate but most of all great customer service. The girl at the counter tonight was great -I can tell she’s a hard worker and cares!I hope she gets credit for it. Was there 2/22/23 in the evening right before closing

I have shopped here many times in the past but because of looking up a number and a confusion the manager/owner was rude about a situation that needed to be fixed as if she did not want to fix it. Its a great place to get chocolate but if she is there don't expect a great attitude over a fixable problem.

Listen to all the one star reviews left on this shop!!! My mother and I walked in and the second we were in the shop one of the girls (that wasn’t even behind the register, she was in the front leaning back on the counter on her phone!) immediately asked us if we were ready to check out. Mind you it was our first time in there and we had no idea what they had.. We then asked for strawberries which she simply replied we don’t have any because they aren’t in season… LMAO uhmmm it’s almost valentines don’t lie to your customers for your incompetence. Gratefully the location at the Fountains Mall was much more professional and the wonderful lady that works there made us the freshest and biggest strawberries they had. Needless to say this location needs work on their customer service but by the look of the reviews I think a new staff would be better .

Being the only customer in the store at the time. I tried to buy a pound of something, I asked to buy all of one product and in shock.. I was asked you want to buy all of it? When I offered a $50.00 bill, I was then informed that they don't accept any bills larger than $20's! So in addition after asking for your first born child for candy. They only accept pennies!

I went in with money prepared to purchase $35 worth of delicious chocolate, I patiently stood in line(only4 people at a time) ... Once inside, I made my selection of variety of truffles...at register the two young ladies would not accept my cash!, Saying it would leave them without change?!! I told the girl to go get the change..she refused and told ME to change the bill at some other store!!? Damn! Apparently they don't want any business. I exited without a purchase.

Chocolates were good, service was a bit overwhelming with lady in charge not allowing worker to go to lunch and telling the poor young guy to have his mother bring his lunch, it wasn't busy when I returned from another store to buy a gift. She had him cleaning the wall. I asked the cashier if she was the manager coz if she was I want going to give her my service, then when I asked some questions about some chocolates, he answered what I already knew. I asked him if he was upset coz of his boss and he said, "No I'm not upset" and his attitude improved. I bought my gift and left and told him to have a great day. The other young man did not have anything to say, he was probably starving.

I love this place, I'm a chocolate lover so every time I see one of these stores I need to stop and get some treats. My favorite is the bear cub apple, s'mores pops and pretty much everything. Chocolate is very rich and creamy.

I used to always come here for a couple different treats. After this last time I doubt I ever will again. Y’all could at least check the apple before you dip them to make sure there is no mold growing on them.

This place is always great. I love the Tiger Bark. They can be pricey but it almost always worth it.... especially if you have a sweet tooth.

My son absolutely loves the selection of candy apples here! I only gave it 3 stars because the chocolate is very expensive for what your getting.

Very good quality chocolate . Went there over the Valentines Week and ofcourse it was busy , but the customer service was sloppy and i felt rushed to make my order . I will go back because the choices are great and the chocolate is yummy , but i shall avoid holidays .
