For a while Brookshires brothers in Cameron tx had 4 mobility shopping carts. One disappeared from parking lot or they couldn't find it, left three. Now they only have one working, don't know what's w ring with the other two but they don't work, so if you are disabled like me. You have to wait for the only one that works to comes back so you can use it, why can't they get them fixed, they just sit there, handicap people needs them, I have a bad back and can't do a lot of walking I like shopping at Brookshires Brothers because of the chairs and great prices, but I'm beginning to think Bb' s don't care about their customers very much especially the handicap ones....for me to walk the store shopping is too hard on me with my bad back, disabled people needs those chairs to shop

Poorly managed, service is rude. False advertising. Trying to pull fast one on cereal deal, glad we checked before we left, as we got general Mills cereal within parameters, but then after we checked out customer service said it was only on 2 box's, which was advertised no where. Just another reason we choose to shop elsewhere majority of the time.

This place has some of the worst customer service in the Deli. Lots of people at the deli to get chicken after church and the deli case was empty everything was dry , no chicken and the suppose to be cook was in the the kitchen washing dishes....super super sad. The person waiting on people is also a cashier and her attitude is horrendous. She needs to be fired. Brookshire brothers Deli needs to fire and re-hire

Nice grocery store. It has a wide variety of options to get in all sections of the store. It was nice to get larger selection of fruit and snacks for my kids. Also, they have a good quality of beef, chicken and pork. I'm glad I went to this store today.

It's a small town store so if your just looking for necessities it will do but it is more expensive. I will drive the 30-40 miles to HEB for better quality, selection and prices on everything. I honestly don't know how those on a budget can afford their prices. The employees are very nice though and when i just need milk and eggs is a good go to store.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went up here to get a rotisserie chicken and when I got home it and opened the package it looked like it had been run over by a truck. Barely held together by butcher's twine and every single bone inside was broken. It's borderline criminal to sell a food product in this condition, especially one that contains bone. I try not to shop locally anyway because of the price gouging, but after this I'm definitely never coming back.

This was my first time in Brookshire Brothers. To be a small grocery store the selection was very good. It wasn't very busy and it reminded me of grocery stores of the past. I loved it and will be going back. Everyone who worked there were very nice, and pleasant.

This store is very convenient because it is one of two grocery stores in the town of Cameron. However, if you drive 25 minutes up the road to Temple you can get prices that are a lot cheaper. I like shopping here for specials only.

I went today to buy some groceries.Over all the store was fine but the checker was so rude. She bagged my groceries and left them on the counter closest to her.Would not put them in the buggy but just turned her back and was leaning on the counter waiting for me to leave.I finally told her hey I paid for them can I take them home now?She turned the belt on and still didn’t help me. I had to do it myself.This is why I hardly go there.

Im thinking the reviews are from the manager and other employees. This store is disgusting. The smell is horrendous when you walk in and the store always has expired products and old produce. I cannot believe for a second, that this store is being given honest reviews. It is horrible. The employees are okay with the exception of a man that rubbed his armpit, smelled it and then continued to stock items. ew. And the prices. Someone said the prices were good. That is bs. You can drive to heb in temple, pay 5 dollars in gas and save half on your groceries and get better meat,.produce and overall food selection than Brookshire. Cameron needs an HEB. Not this struggling store. And Arlans is Brookshire's ugly cousin. JUST TERRIBLE.

I WAS THERE AT THIS PARTICULAR SEPTEMBER 3,2020 AND THE WAS CLEAN ALL THE WORKERS WERE WORKING AND FOUND EVERYTHING ALL THE .WORKERS WERE POLITE.THE EXIT DRIVE WAY ON 190HWY SIDE HAD DEEP DIP IN IT WEAR YOU SCRATCH THE FRONT BOTTOM OF YOUR CAR WHICH IS NOT GOOD SO IF SOMEBODY FIX THAT WOULD BE A BLESSING THE CUSTOMERS.GOD BLESS

Brookshire Brothers is a grocery in a nice little country town. With no Walmart within 20 miles Brookshire is a good choice. Clean, efficient personal But the prices range between 40 to 60 cents higher on everything I looked at than the nearest big store. But hey if you need groceries quick in this little town it is fine. You pay the high prices and be thankful it was close to you. I didnt mind the higher price, I was in a hurry.

Just a nice place e to shop. Prices are kind of high but they do have an app you can down load and save $$. I just buy the store brand which in most cases is just as good as the name brands.

UpdateI got a reply back acting how concerned they were and to email them because they wanted to fix this. I did and never heard anything back. I’ve now talked to two other people that have gotten expired or moldy food from here.I’m no longer shopping at this Brookshire Brothers. Three of the items I purchased from this store my last trip were expired. Two cans of meat were expired and I bought milk that was expired to. Plus when I checked out the cashier was talking on their phone the whole time. I actually bagged my own stuff. I won’t be back.

For such local place, they do have collection of good things. 4 star because their bathroom is not handicapped accessible, on the second floor and stairs only. Friendly staff.

I love their deli and the extended menu for different times of scheduled meals. Makes it easy enough not to have to prepare dinner from time to time.
