This Store is a complete MESS. I went a month ago and didn't write a review because I figured they were just busy or eventually they were going to put stuff away, but boy was I wrong. It looks even worse now! You can't even walk through the walk ways. I attached pictures and you be the judge. Out of the three DT in town this is by far the worst when it comes to the shelves being stocked. It's unfortunate because it wasn't like this before it only declined in the last couple of months.

So the nerve of workers think they can get on to your children! After an adult in my party has already got on to my child! I did not need a worker getting on to my child in front of me checking out, mind you my child is 7, and when I stated not to get on to my child in front of me thats my job!! Gloria the worker stated she was not getting on to my child when in fact she was! Workers need to stick to there job as a casher! If she wants to take care of kids work at a daycare! But I will in fact stand up for my child in any bullying situation! Just BEAWARE OF THERE WORKERS THEY HAVE NO SELF CONTROL.Also my child was not harming any thing stealing or even throwing stuff he was just messing with a few balloons and wanting everything!

All the employees are super nice and helpful every time I go in.To the person concerned about the store conditions when there’s only 2 employees working & both stuck on register what do you expect we’re shopping on Christmas Eve they can’t get off register. I’m sure the store will be back in tip top shape soon after.

Just left this dollar tree 10/28/23 Gonna vent a little.It needed zoning ,stuff on the floors, bathroom stunk .And I love when I go shopping the Mgris yelling and being rude to her co-worker🙄 who was helping customers. Telling him over and over take your break!😒🙄 he was helping a customer.Dollar tree training needed.That's not good customerservice.Or showing respect to her co worker or customers.PEOPLE IN GENERAL like a peaceful expereince while shopping and likea clean organized store.Dollar tree you can do better.

Went in today and was expecting the usual mess of crowed aisle and unopened boxes. Boy was I surprised! Organized shelves with some thought put into it, aisles clear with boxes yes, but set aside out of the way. Did I mention lots of busy workers opening, stocking and straightening! I was stunned. Not to mention, the store was fairly clean. Kudos to the staff for working hard and making the store enjoyable to shop and creating a very pleasant shopping experience. They all should be commended for their work ethic! Well done!

I guess I will be pegged as a Karen, but I am going to make a complaint anyway. The cashier was ringing me up and ran across an item which was onion powder that he thought wouldn't ring up, so he scanned a scrub brush which I only had one of twice since the onion powder wouldn't ring up. When I got out to the car, I checked my reciept and found that the onion powder did in fact ring up and that he over charged me by ringing up two brushes when I only purchased one scrub brush, one baby bottle brush, and one hair brush which all were rang up on the receipt. His respons was his manager would be back in 15 minutes if I wanted to take it up with him. The response should have been to go and get another brush or another onion powder instead of you can wait 15 minutes to take it up with a manager. I watch every dollar I spend and I know what I purchased. I shop there because I do watch every dollar I spend. I left there feeling very upset. As bad as the economy is right now, no one should be taking advantage of their customers, even if it is just a dollar or a dollar and twenty-five cents.

Wonderful. Very polite showing me where stuff is since I am disabled. So helpful. In regards to the lady about her dog . There is a City ordnance that says dogs must be on leash at all times you are not to take them in a store unless you are totally blind. All service dogs must have papers that you fill out to get registration. Then special halter will be mailed to you. Well done manager.

I can NEVER go in there and come out with just one item. I'll grab a hand held basket thinking I won't get a lot of items. Buuut Noooo! I fill that basket FULL!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣One of my favorite places to shop.There's 3 ladies I just ADORE in there. I'm sorry I can't remember their names but it's 2 young Hispanic girls and that tall thin chick. I love the heck out of those 3, they are so helpful and friendly. Thanks ladies for helping me when I need it and making my shopping experience very pleasant. 🤩 🙏

Manager rudely asked me if my dog was a service dog then told me I couldn’t have my BABY PUPPY in the store because he wasn’t. There are no signs implying or stating dogs are not allowed AND the employee that greeted me told me he was cute when I first walked in.

So glad this location opened. Perfect for weekly trips vs going across town or heaven forbid into college student territory (where most of the time what I want/need is gone already) once a month cuz it's an ordeal to get to the other 2 locations. This location has what I have on my list 98% of the time and the workers are always so genuinely pleasant

Went in to look at Christmas decorations and while I was on an aisle, I heard a male employee by the name “Krazy Boy” as his name tag read, tell a female employee “don’t get hit again” and it made me very uncomfortable. Won’t be back.

Very rude manager. Just went in there bought 30 dollars worth of stuff when i asked if she had anything to wrap the ceramics in rudely said no. Slamming stuff around. Guess cause she had to work who knows what was her problem. Very unprofessional.
