I had gone to Temple Texas and decided to stop by this HEB on the way home. It was really stocked up and I got a good selection of veggies. Even more amazing were their dress selections. Loved all the spring dresses they had for just 20 to 30 dollars. Really affordable. I also think the staff was really helpful and very kind. They also had a great selection of Easter and St Patrick’s day decor. Loved browsing through everything. Planning on stopping there for my groceries whenever I get a chance.

After grabbing everything we need we were shown the best and most personable customer service at the register. While looking for an open register, we were directed to an open register by a very sweet lady. She seemed to be a manager, I did not catch her name, she was wearing a yellow shirt. We were greeted by Kas and Chelsea (I think I spelled her name wrong). Both of the girls were super sweet and quick. We will keep a eye for these 3 in future visits as they were all fantastic!

Was just leaving here in a torrential downpour. They had lots of folks outside with umbrellas escorting you to your car and then using ponchos to unload your cart. This is all super unnecessary but very much appreciated! The older Hispanic gentleman employee whose name I did not catch had a good system going. Sunday, April 28th at 1pm. Thank you!

HEB is a good market, but I still had to visit another to get everything I needed. Produce generally looks good, large selection of other products. I wasn't impressed by the turkey sausage selection and added my own spices for a better flavor. There wasn't much in the way of chicken sausage so I bought ground chicken and made my own. Huge selection of meats, less so for fish and seafood. Pharmacy, kids toys, household goods, pet food...all pretty standard.

LOVE HEB. Lived here for over three years and have always loved shopping here but today they went above and beyond. Alec helped me bag my groceries and asked if I needed help out and I refused at first but he insisted and explained it was part of the job and helped me so much getting to the car. Thank you!

I just love my local HEB! I'm a busy person and I'm not really fond of cooking so their variety of delicious heat and eat meals is a life-saver. They also have really good sushi, rotisserie chicken, deli meats, cheese and desserts (their macarons are to die for!). I also love their limited edition chips and ice cream. Their pharmacy also have the nicest staff.

They need to roll out some good whole wheat tortillas and pita bread too. The pita they sell is too bready! The sourdough is too much like plain bread, not sour not crusty but them prices be high. Lots get the bakery dept going gang busters again folks.

I don’t have a H.E.B where I live so when I come to Belton I love getting to shop at H.E.B. We are having Tamales for dinner and they have really great ones! I really like the pork Tamales! The store is large enough you don’t feel crowded. And the employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel they are a great value.

This store is running low on several items. The prices are ridiculous. They do have plenty of candy for the trick or treaters. The prices for them are reasonable. On a better note, the wine and beer isles are full. Felt like opening a bottle just to lighten the mood at the checkout. Think the next time I will get a bottle first. Then, maybe the shopping experience won't be so bad. Awww, my happy place.

Come one it's HEB what's better. The fact is I've been around the county and lived in over a dozen states best grocery store is HEB simple. I'd even recommend moving to Texas just for heb. HEB is life.

I expected more out of this store with the amount of good reviews that it has. I am incredibly disappointed with the oversight of the quality of items being put on the shelf. Lately, it has been an almost weekly thing for something to be moldy when I get it home. And it's multiple departments. Someone is going to get sick from the condition of the products being sold. It has been smelly meat, moldy produce and recently moldy pita bread. None of which were out of date or opened. Please do something about your quality control so that people aren't wasting money on food that they can't even eat.

My family and I really enjoy this HEB. They are well-stocked, have friendly staff, and the items and food are fresh and displayed in an orderly manner. My concern is that they allow dogs in the store. A woman brought a Rottweiler, not a service dog, into the store. My young children and I avoided the produce department for 20 minutes until she was gone because, well, there was a Rottweiler there. The management told my husband they would not tell the woman to leave her dog outside the store. What is HEB's policy? Does HEB really allow 120-pound Rottweilers to roam loosely tethered around the elderly and small children in the store?

Love this H-E-B! Anytime I’ve ever had an issue at the register it is always taken care of. I used to have to go to another store to get everything my family likes but in the last year I’ve noticed they added the string cheese my kids like and the hotdog buns my hubs likes. Only thing I need them to add is Timothy hay:)! I also love that they don’t make me feel like a criminal when I leave the store by checking everyone’s receipts which makes ppl feel less valued! Rare to find an employee here that isn’t helpful! Everyone is so nice!

I never thought I would see the day that H.E.B is trying to commit a robbery to all customers in general with their price tag🤣🤣 I give it a 5 star's because I find it funny and it will show it first then a 1 star would because how are you selling a 22oz Kraft mayonnaise for 2.85$ and selling a 12oz Kraft mayonnaise for 4.53$ talk about robbing the people 🧐

H.E.B. has a whole lot more helpful employee,s than Walmart, and I still don't have to sack my grocery's! Lines open quickly and less waiting time than Wal-Mart and grocery pick up takes up to 20 minutes sometimes to pick ur grocery order up,yet that leaves time to grab what I forgot to order. IAM already here!

Get rid of the rude personal shoppers. They act like they are the only ones shopping and practically run customers over. I don't appreciate the rudeness of them. I know one person griping won't change a thing. Also maybe they should use regular shopping carts like the people that come into the store use.

After careful consideration glad I did not get the position!Considering the dumb questions at the end of how grateful am I to do a video interview and ask me things like would I suggest this to someone else "agree or disagree" and as far as applying for another position why would I bother at this point could just have offered something then make me redo the whole thingThanks!! yeah just waste my time with dumb irrelevant questions that would be fake answers cause nothing to go on after making it mandatory to do the interview within 48 hoursNah I'll move on thanks 👍🙄

I love HEB and am a customer for over 20 years. Team members are usually very customer service oriented, so I want to bring something unusual to your attention that I noticed for a while. The Staff in the Deli section (cold cuts and cheese) needs some training. I frequently wait on someone serving me, while they finish prepping trays or orders to fill up the prepacked cold cuts in the fridge. Rather then saying that they will be with me in just a minute, nobody acknowledges that you are waiting. Sometimes there are literally 3-4 people with their backs turned to you for 5-10 minutes.This happens frequently and other customers in line have pointed this out to me as well. This is very unusual for the high level of customer service that HEB usually provides. Hopefully this can be addressed with additional training. Thank you!

I couldn't find no one to blow up my daughter's balloons. I was very upset due to having to cancel it in the first place cause she was sick. Your staff was very kind and helped me calm down. I was a little disappointed that my balloons was deflated by 9:00 p.m that night. But my daughter loved them anyway just hated I paid so much and they still fell down that night. Love your staff they was very professional all 3 of them. The 4 is still good but the others I just hung from the celling to have the effect of still floating. I can't remember there names but I came in August 28,2021 morning and there was two ladies and 1 gentleman working. Thanks y'all!

I LOVE shopping here at this location. The store and bathrooms are always clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help you. They have THE best customer service of any grocery store I’ve ever been too. Their produce and meats are top quality! Their sushi is really good too! They have a wonderful assortment of different cheeses to choose from. The bakery items are always so good. Also, If you want to save money and have great quality, try their HEB or Hill Country Brands.

I Absoulity love HEB ! Y'all have everything anyone could want in your store plus H.E. B. has the friendliest employees . Just like a week or so ago I was shopping at the H.E.B. in Belton Texas and I was a little short on cash and I didn't have enough money and I had begun to put some items back and when the cashier called a manager over to help him with how to take said items off and ?aa comes a manager
