This store is ridiculous between their “personal shoppers” crowding you or pushing you out of the way to get their orders done and the stocking crew carrying huge stacks of stuff on pallets next to where your trying to shop it makes the store not safe. They also stack so many pallets of stocking material in the isles you can’t even move through the store to get where you need you have to walk half way through the store. To get to the other side of the pallets. Walmart shortened their hours of operation to allow for better cleaning and stocking of materials when customers are not In the store this particular store has decided to just push customers out of the way and stock while the store is open for operation This store doesn’t care about their customers or the safety of their customers. DO BETTER WALMART.

Although my checker..not myself..was slow I still prefer a person doing it vs myself when I have a basket full of items. What I don't like is being stopped like I'm going to steal something. Especially on Sunday..like 90% of your patrons are coming from church and doing their shopping. You did have all the things I needed so thank you for that..hence why you got the 4 stars.

This place some how seems to get worse.First off the Frontier or whatever sales thing that they're renting out has gotten so out of hand. They let them stand at the only entrance to all the registers to harass customers. This is purely the management doesn't care about its customers and its helping fund this horribly managed store.The Fresh department is one of the worst I've ever seen. It's never stocked, dirty, associates are never on the floor and if they are it's a group of them to stock one section or when manaent is frantically making them fix an area that's gotten out of hand . I'm really tempted to shop elsewhere cause its not worth the stress. I'm already buying my general merchandise online from elsewhere so I can avoid this place. Since Fresh is almost always out of stock of something I need its not worth the bother

Picked up snacks and solar glasses for the eclipse! Very helpful staff. Clean restrooms.There was a crow in the parking lot that followed me while I walked and it made the oddest noises.

This is the dirtiest, messy, unorganized, and most poorly stocked Walmart I have visited in the metroplex. Empty boxes in almost every aisle. Broken freezers or coolers are a regular occurrence. Expired products on shelves. Useless help in the garden ceter. The floor is barely serviceable and is pealing. Someone from corporate needs to visit.

Went at a less busy time, which was nice. I used the app as it makes it faster to find what you need since it shows where items are located. Still very few manned checkout stations, which means a longer wait time - and directing a customer to one in which they have to wait in line, and then directing the next 2 customers to one with no waiting that was supposed to be closed, is not good business.

Would give 5 but the rude woman selling internet on 3-4-24 around 8pm called me over being rude off the bat. Thats not sales. Ive been in sales for 7 years now and she is not doing anything right.. hire someone new or get whatever subcontractor you have out because their training is clearly not doing the trick especially when they're standing on a moral highground during the whole conversation making you feel insignificant..

Poor service. Charged my card for propane then said the transaction could not be done at self check out eve though the system did c it. Would not refund or give me the propane. Staff is un trained. Manager sucked at service could care less about being out the money.

Wow I didn't know that walmart employees get first dibs on hotwheels toy cars before they hit the floor. When boxes were brought out all the treasure hunts and supers were all taking out. Good job walmart and walmart AP"s

Thought I had seen everything. Went to Azle Walmart at 6am thinking it would be more relaxing, which it usually is. And I can understand having to use self check-out at such an early hour.When I'm almost finished an employee standing around with a handheld device asked me if I had "scanned the case of water, it doesn't look like you did yet" I looked at her and looked at my water and said "are you standing behind me checking up on me? you might as well be checking me out then!" she said, "I'm just doing my job"side note: the case of water was like the third thing I scanned with the scan gun.

Barely staffed, you need an associate to buy simple things, and part of the parking lot is taken by a Starbucks. Just go next door to Albertsons. They have a better Starbucks inside, better produce, and is decently staffed.

I’ve been trying at least a dozen times within the past month to place a grocery order for pick up at the AZLE store.“We’re having technical issues, please try again later” is the response. I tried contacting the store for help but after trying several times (to different extensions) all I got was a non answered telephone ringing.A successful order WAS placed and picked up in December so I don’t know what the problem is.

My favorite Walmart because of the extra large self service checkout.  I shop 1-2 times for the week and buy a lot at once making fewer trips.  When I checkout I feel like I am in a very spacious wide open kitchen with lots of counter space around me so I can spread all the way out.When I am there shelves are usually fully stocked and rarely are there long lines unless I come here after church on Sunday, then of course I get what I deserve.  They are fully stocked right now on Easter candy, Easter eggs, Easter bunnies and other stuff and seem to be the cheapest in town.  If I have to go to Walmart, I go here.

There is only one cashier that is friendly. Her name is Janet. All the others was just standing around and talking net even helping the customers. I come in several times a day and no one is very helpful...I give only Janet a five star no the store.

Most annoying Walmart that I have been to. Treated as a thief if you have anything to return, even with a receipt. Which I have 90% of the time because we purchased the Walmart Plus membership. Purchased the memories for free delivery and they are always out of at least 1/4 or more of order. Anytime they substitute an item, the item they sub for cost a lot more then what was requested. Do not receive all of our items regularly. So it was a waste of $100+bucks.Trying to find an employee that will actually help is next to impossible (even managerment) and self checkouts are everywhere instead of cashiers. They need approval for everything, so you are left waiting for someone to come swipe their badge.Specifically giving 1 star because the manager is a j**k. They promised the local pto I was on that they would do a price match (when Walmart still did price matches) for an item and knew the total number of the item ahead of time. But when we arrived to pick up pumpkins, not only would he not price match (as discussed beforehand and done with other managers for years previously but said he would not sell the pumpkins to us at all because he wanted them in the store. Funny thing is, after Halloween there were pallets of unsold pumpkins on clearance. Went to the Haslett Walmart and not only did they price match but they eagerly helped load the pumpkins for us.

I love knowing this hometown Wal-Mart is the one we go to! We just moved to this area in August and wish more Wal-Marts and stores would take a few lessons on friendliness, kindness, and compassion from this stores workers. I love my Wal-Mart!!! Now if you would just get larger than 10lb bags of Gravy Train. Lol

Good Supercenter, it's clean, down the road if you live around Main Street, Silver Creek, 730 ect,. Affordable in my opinion with multiple things to purchase compared to Albertsons and Brookshires ( I feel those are good for pre-made dishes such as dairy, TV dinners, bakery, side dishes) I shop here all the time. So glad I live 6mins down the road. Fast checkouts

Walmart is what it is. Only difference is how the employees are. Most this day were pleasant. Have a dedicated Walmart plus line that they were allowing anyone to use. Disappointed, but not a huge deal.

I cannot be the only one asking for wide mouth court size freeze jars and when I ask them why you never have it since covid the answer back is well that's just what they ship us and we have no control over it is no excuse there should be somebody to talk to you've got all kinds of wide mouth jar lids sitting on the shelf ridiculous

The rotisserie chicken is always undercooked. Don't get me wrong it's actually really good and it's my go to when I have to prepare dinner last minute BUT it's always undercooked. Yall are gonna get someone sick.Another thing is stop labeling products as WIC if in the cashier it's not going to accept it. I've done WIC here atleast 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME something always goes wrong. Feeling a bit annoyed with azle walmart.

Ordered a bday cake for my 4 year old. On the website there are three options: two tier, flat layer cake, and cupcake. I called in my order and requested the cupcake version. Go to pick up and it is just cupcakes! Not at all what the picture showed online. I told the ladies and they asked if I requested cupcake cake? I said I requested the cupcake version on the website. They said well you have to be specific. I am like how would I know to be specific if there were only three options and now you are telling me there are actually four options. If they know there is a difference why wouldn’t they mention that on the phone!

They have a new staff, and have added additional items to their regular stock. It is a welcomed change!☆☆☆I have changed my opinion of my last 5 star review.It now will get a 3.If they want to be a24 hour store, why must they close all registers but 1 and let 11 people stand in line for 35 minutes?What made it worse was when i got out side..... there were 7 associates sitting up against the building smoking and talking.ALL those customers in the store and 1 cashier 😠😩

Rock bottom prices on 30% of the merchandise, cost + on 50%, cost +++ on the rest...typical megastore pricing. Look at some of the customers in ANY Walmart nationwide and you will recognize why "Medicare for All" is a REALLY BAD idea!

This store needs serious help. The wait to check out is insane! Management really needs to step up on keeping stocked up on products. Not to EVER forget the atmosphere in the walmart is like walking into a cluster of trashed out people that are in much need of addiction rehab! Come on WALMART CLEAN UP YOUR STORE! AND AZLE HAVE SOME PRIDE AND GET THE DRUGS OUT OF AZLE! CRAZY.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever seen, l worked for Walmart from 1986 till 2008 211/2 years and yes when Mr. Sam Walton was still around and David Glass was President both of those great retail minds would be ashamed of what this company has become.
