It was easy for me to make an appointment for my dog's grooming by Chloe, a dog groomer who genuinely likes our dog, and who our Precious is comfortable with. We dropped Precious off at the appointed time, and told Chloe what we wanted. When Chloe finished grooming Precious, she sent me a text message, and we returned to Petco to pay for the service, and to pick Precious up. Chloe did everything that we requested perfectly, and Precious was happy and not stressed at all!

Chloe and her team are extremely patient with my boy Zane as he is hyper active. He always leaves happy and clean and relaxed. This is a team of professionals who take the time to address your concerns, answer questions, provide helpful tips etc. Thank you for always taking care of not only my boy but all the other fur babies out there. Top Notch service and we will def keep coming back .

I was hoping his fur was not going to be shaved as severely as it was. I also did not expect to find extra charges other than the price of $88. I have been to a lot of groomers and I have never been charged a materials fee of $5.99 and an additional fee of $10 for shave, brush out and scissor cut. Isn’t that part of the haircut and bath fee?

A little frustrated...groomer had dog for 4 hours; told me to be there by 5 because they were closing early, but the dog was far from being done; his haircut was very choppy, and I still paid full price. Other groomers should have stayed to help...

The past two times the haircuts have been asymmetrical and look lazy. I spoke with the manager. We'll see how it goes.On a positive note, the staff is friendly.

I've been coming here for years because they could get my new rescue in the next day and at my regular groomers it was a 5 day wait and I couldn't have that for my dog. She had knots all over. Also, I feel like family there, they are extremely, extremely friendly. Just recently (my dog has an eye issue) they were able to trim her and give her a bath so I could bring her home and dry her as recommended by my Vet.

The grooming team is always friendly and accommodating. Jess does a great job getting my dog's nails nice and short without nipping too close (not easy with black nails).

Overall horrible experience. 0/5 professionalism. I called Petco Dog Grooming and made a nail trim reservation for my (2) dogs a week in advance. I show up for the appointment and they can't find my reservation, not written down anywhere, and not in the Petco computer system. They immediately start trying to Gas Light me: "You probably got us confused with PetSmart, you know, the one across the street", and "You 100% would've received an email confirmation", when I insist that I called and I definitely made an appointment, they double-down with excuses like "well, we're not IT people here" and "you should've called to confirm the appointment before coming". No apologies from the staff, no offers to reschedule, just excuses, nasty looks and sarcastic tones from start to finish. I will never be coming back to this Petco again.

Jessie has always been the best for my dog Honey and John is great with Rex. I live far away and have tried other groomers but usually end in disaster. I will continue to drive all the way to Cedar Park just to get Jessie and John as our groomers. Thanks

We love petco, but on a recent visit this location’s professionalism and care was lacking. My dog, who is relaxed & gets good “grades” at other grooming places, was visibly stressed when we picked him up from here, barking nonstop, and distraught even at home. Would recommend the great hills trail petco location instead

Jesse always does a great job. Linus' nails are clipped, his clipping looks terrific. He doesn't seem to mind at all when he goes.
