My first experience at the Container Store. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Associate advised of the rewards program. Greeted by each associate I passed while browsing. Find three items I wanted to purchase. Asked a new hire for assistance and she paged for assistance. Two associates responded within seconds to assist. They pushed my items up front and then to my vehicle for loading. Each associate encountered was courteous and professional. The store was organized, aesthetically pleasing and clean. The team worked well together and seemed to have great chemistry. I have a few org projects in my future and I'll use the store app for additional ideas. Great experience

I have been buying products from this store for years. I went in to buy the Caraway baking set from there to use gift cards plus cash. I wanted the Sage green but could not order it with different cards. Miranda the manager got involved and let me tell you she is amazing. She was determined to find a solution to make this happen. I have been in sales over 30 years and it is rare to see that kind of customer service any more. She went above and beyond to make it happen. I can't wait to get my bakeware set in Sage! Thank you Miranda for making me soo happy and for making me believe that there is still amazing customer service out there. To corporate office of The Container Store she is an outstanding employee in my eyes and knows the true meaning of what customer service is. Thank you Fidelia Escalon.

The home office was just refreshed, so I knew I needed items to get it organized and smelling good. I read The Container Store was now offering candles, so I had to check it out.My home office now has a signature smell! I also picked up a new desktop calendar and other products to organize the entire office. And somehow I started working on the garage...If you have to get organized, this is your place.

Dude..freaking toy store for big kids with OCD tendencies. Got some random item and need some place to stick it? That came out wrong... Need a great niche storage bin for it? Need to design that closet that you want to live in? Got an older house and need a kitchen pantry? This is the place. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and you got questions, they have answers.

The process of creating my closet/workspace went smoothly with the help of Brandi ! She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. My installer was very nice! And fast! Plenty of parking IF you park on the West side. The ONLY entrance is on the West side otherwise you have nice walk ahead of you. It'sa nice place to visit for any storage need. Can be pricy in some ares, but my collection of 10 clear plastic clothes hangers were a buck a piece, the same price found at one of their big box competitors.

Best customer service anywhere. I was looking for some drawer dividers that I had found on clearance online and noted that they had 12 in stock. They were not in the clearance area. After looking in the backroom the employee alerted the manager. The manager found them on a top shelf not even near the clearance or where they would have been pre clearance. Y'all are great! Thank you

Love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the kitchen area. The canister selection is wonderful. The pop top canisters are perfect for people that don't have the strength to do twist tops and still need the seal for freshness. Keeps my ground coffee so fresh I get that just opened can smell every time I open it.

I have to comment how AWESOME the service was during my recent visit. From our entrance to our departure, we were greeted by several employees. I have to brag on LEXI :) She walked with us, and helped us find every item we needed. She had excellent suggestions and answered the MANY questions my "needy" sister-in-law had. 🤣She even carted and loaded our entire purchase.Lexi...you ROCK !! I've visited this location 3 times over the last month because I was moving and desperately needed different options for storage. I made multiple visits as I was unsure what all I needed, but each time I stopped in there was always an associate who was ready to assist me with finding items I was looking for and answering any questions. I thoroughly enjoyed how helpful the associates were and the selection that was available. I'll continue to come back to this location.

This place has everything you need when it comes to home organization. From drawers to shelves to custom closets, it has all the things needed to make the best use of your space and create maximum storage. My only complaint was that I didn't get welcomed in by the associate near the door and all but 1 associate walked right by us without speaking. But they do have a great selection to choose from.

It was my first visit to The Container Store. They did indeed have a very good selection of containers of all sorts. I thought that some of the prices seemed a bit high, but a quick check online for the item that I wanted to purchase (a spice rack) showed similar items for no less than what The Container Store's sale price, so I bought one.

I was just in this store and watched them kick someone out for not wearing a mask. The lady had a medical condition that prevented her from wearing one. Mind you the mask mandate ended 9 days ago. On the way out I looked for the mask required sign. The one I found could be covered with my hand. I the lady was on the way to the register. Shame on you Mercedes (employees name). After seeing this I hope anyone that enjoys freedoms finds elsewhere to shop.

The customer service was poor. I was not greeted upon entering and had to search for an employee to assist me. The workers were all huddled up talking about personal stuff. When asked they only pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for instead of taking me to what I needed. I made a purchase, however will not be returning to this location.

I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. After doing the paperwork, i was quickly taken in and the doctor proceeded to work on my back and neck. I felt great after i left and am continuing to feel great. Highly recommend them.

A unique and very handy concept in marketing, the Container Store offers a niche in high quality goods that are priced as one might expect in a specialty store. But the extreme service they provide, even on small purchases, gives the customer what they pay for. There are numerous items here one cannot find elsewhere and that makes picking up a handful of other needs while you're here too convenient to ignore. May they stay in business long and prosperously.

Fiance trying to organize the house a little better so we went there the lady was very helpful in finding what my fiance needed. They have parking on both sides of the building front and back very clean very good customer service.
