Milo came in after being in a cone for a bit, needing a haircut to return to looking as handsome as normal. In other places we have gone, he comes home a little bit anxious due to the environment and having to be in a crate for most of the day during his haircut, but he came home happy and excited after his haircut at Petco!

The first time I went here, I fell in love with whatever product they used on my dog, so I decided to go back. 2nd time, I asked that they not cut my dogs fur, just trim his face and legs a bit, and they cut his fur 😒 did a good job but didn't follow directions. Took my other dog she's 3 pounds, and the groomer changed her size in the system from XS dog to small dog. Called to inquire and was told I'd get a call back, but of course, no call back. Sucks because they have some good groomers but may have to take my fur babies elsewhere.

My labradoodle had a severe ear infection a week after her grooming appointment. The vet said her ears had not been cleaned. I paid $120 for grooming and $1300 for vet bill. The vet tech told me not to go back to Petco and I will not be. Go elsewhere for your pet grooming needs. It’s not worth it.

I took my teacup Yorkie in for grooming today. The grooming service was fantastic, but the customer service I experienced was INCREDIBLE.I was politely greeted by Isabella and told they needed updated vaccination papers. I told her my dog was in 3 weeks ago and we had provided them then. She said to bring them in when I picked up my little guy and she would review them then.She looked at the folder I brought and offered to go through them and find what she needed while I paid for the services up front. She informs me that the papers were for his infant vaccinations and they needed the current ones.Isabella said the groomer, Angie, saw Maui's vet papers in the folder AND that Angie was going to proactively call his vet to get his current records and update his chart. It has been an incredibly challenging week for me personally because I had to spend 10 hours on the phone with T Mobile and 5 hours in two of their stores in a 3 day period (with no resolution to my issue).The simple offer that Angie made to call the vet herself restored my faith in humanity. It may seem so small, but you never know what someone is going through. T Mobile broke me and Angie, Isabella, and Petco restored me.I could not stop thinking about this at dinner and rushed back to the store to share my appreciation. Isabella and Angie had left for the day, but I met Andrea. I told her I had positive feedback to give Angie and asked if she would be willing to call her on speaker so I could share the impact she had on me. She did! I got to tell Angie directly how she changed my week and I could tell it made her day as well.When we hung up, Andrea shared how happy they get when customers share positive feedback. I got the feeling that hearing gratitude like mine was rare.Small things make a big impact. I encourage anyone who has a positive experience to share it. You never know the impact you can make on someone else's experience, mental health, and overall outlook on life. Also, it helps further encourage teams to continue these small acts of kindness.Thank you Isabella, Angie and Andrea. Thank you also to Aaron for providing feedback on Maui licking his paws constantly. And thank you to Charlene from Blue for your kind information regarding the best ingredients to look for in dog food.

I am a Petco Reward member. The grooming team including Angela, Isabelle & others are very good. My 1 star and non-professional service is for one of the Managers in this store named "Binny". He is extremely unprofessional and rude. There was a discussion with exchanging an item and he did not have the manner to handle customer. I called the Reward Service and they immediately understood. Then one of the employees was trying to help me and Binny came to the check out and was mad at him for helping me. I guess he needs to learn additional skills and training to handle different types of customers, perhaps some may look different from him.

My husband picked up my dog and he came back looking the same as when I dropped him off. His teeth had been brushed, his pads trimmed, and his ears cleaned out. But that was it. I paid $85 and he wasn't shaved or groomed anywhere else. I had to re-groom him when he got home. So, I paid $85 to groom my dog myself! I was highly disappointed in the service that I paid for.

Paid for services not received. Package (bath, etc..) price was paid for specific service (nail trimming) which was not performed. Unfortunate grooming experience at a store location that I’ve frequently visited. Will return in the future, not for grooming.

This place was really good. They gave my dog a haircut and it was almost how we wanted it. Everything was amazing but the tail wasn't as short as we would have like. Make sure you specify! They people there are really helped and nice to the pets though. Love this place!

Kind staff, but didn’t follow my instructions on the trim. I have an Airedale Terrier, and they shaved her beard off…that’s part of the classic look of the breed. Wish they had asked for a photo.

About two or so years ago, my family and I moved from Michigan to Texas. It was the NextDoor App that suggested I try your grooming services. The people there highly suggested this location. After my first visit there, meeting Angie, actually both Angies that work there, I knew my three boyz would be in excellent hands. The entire staff, from the cashiers to the groomers, are always so warm and welcoming! The remember my dogs by name and always ask how they are doing or take the time to love on them when they are with me. But for grooming services, both Angies are fabulous! Angie, the darker haired gal, has always provided excellent service and gone above and beyond especially for my boy Buddy Bear. The other Angie, red headed, was so gentle and welcoming too when Buddy Bear first arrived with an array of skin issues that I needed a groomer to help me with. Both of their guidance, along with many many vet/allergist visits, for Buddy Bear I know helped him to heal and enjoy his grooming experience each time he goes to see them. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this location and the people there. I think they should all be given raises. If I was managing I would certainly make sure they were all well taken care of. Their excellent customer service is the heart of this business. With much appreciation, Rebecca Marquez

We have 2 large pitbulls and these ladies love and groom them like their own. So proud of Petco for allowing us to bring our dogs in for routine grooming. Many other groomers turn their nose up at us due to our dogs’ size and breed. It sucks and is unreasonable that Pitbulls get such a bad rep because they are some of the sweetest and goofiest pets if you raise them right. Petco def understands this and treats this breed with love and kindness. Thanks!!

I called and spoke to someone. They told me that they didn't have a person to drive their mobile dog wash and they didn't know when they were going to get someone. I couldn't wait to see if they were going to be able to get my dog taken care of.

The people here care about your pet. I went to the store 2 days before my appointment because my dog gets nervous. The groomer, Drae, came out and sat on the floor with him, feeding him cookies, to earn his trust. That means the world to me.

Worst location of the company. When this location opened it was stellar. Since covid though they can't figure out what business hours the want to keep. All the other locations are back to closing at 9, this location closes at 8 and sometimes earlier.
