I cannot recommend Hiltons Flooring enough for counter/floor/tile work! We recently completed our 3rd renovation work using Hiltons. First, was our kitchen, next was a secondary bathroom, and last summer, we completed a major master bathroom remodel. We replaced the countertops with quartz, the floors and completely rebuilt a very large shower. We worked with Lauren on the overall design and selection of materials. She was very helpful and knows what works best visually together. We had the excellent team of Dion and Uzi for the tile installation. Dion is a true artist when it comes to knowing how best to layout and cut and piece together the tiles in a symmetrical eye-pleasing way. This was a very complex job that involved 4 foot tiles, inside and outside the shower. The floor and ceiling were tiled and two multi-shelf niches and a bench were installed. I have included pictures of the overall master bathroom, before and after, as well as a couple of pictures inside the shower. I have also included a picture of the secondary bathroom shower that Dion and Uzi did for us a couple of years ago. Hiltons has very good pricing on their quartz counters and the pricing for tile materials and labor was also very reasonable. All the work was done in a timely manner. We will use Hiltons again, when we are ready to finish updating the rest of our house.

Lauren was the best design coordinator we could have asked for. All of the coordinators performed their duties in a timely fashion & addressed any minor details which needed to be changed or updated to complete the installation. It was the best outcome we could have asked for & we absolutely love our new countertops & kitchen design. Thanks to all the staff who tirelessly worked to complete the project.

Hilton’s Flooring is very professional, from the sales floor person, Alexa, to the installers. We purchased quartz countertops and a new backsplash from Hilton’s. They make my kitchen sparkle! And the workers meticulously cleaned up after themselves each evening when they left. Hilton’s had very affordable prices. Don’t bother with the Big Box stores; you will pay too much and won’t get as good value in the product or the installation work. This is a family owned business who takes pride in their work and in their name. The middle photo was taken before the backsplash was installed.

We showed up last year to price out changing our carpets. It wasn’t the right time for us then, but we recently came back and Sami remembered us! The manufacturer discontinued the carpet we liked, but Sami pulled new samples for us and helped us find one we really liked. She was patient with us as we took samples home a few times before deciding. Installers were friendly, clean, and quick. We love how it turned out! Everything about our experience was amazing, and that’s just so rare these days. We will be back!

A few years ago we selected Hilton's to conduct a major remodel in our home, replacing all flooring and countertops. I purchased my home 2 years ago and the backsplash in my kitchen was not nice to look at, it looked like a DIY project that went south! Since I am new to Arlington I didn't know where to go to have my backsplash replaced so I went on the Nextdoor App to ask for recommendations and Hiltons got an excellent review. I decided it was time to act so I went to Hiltons and picked out the product I wanted and Lauren came to my house the same day and measured and by the end of the day I had a price! I think it has been less than a month since day 1 and backsplash is finished! The men who installed were great to work with and my whole experience with Hiltons was a delight! Thank you!!! I love my new backsplash!!!!

Came to the store and was helped right away. Hope Anderson was my sales person and she was very helpful. She came out the next day and measured the backsplash job. I also needed a little tile work around a toilet I had replace and she sent her tile guys over the next day. I love the backsplash. It looks great. We had our kitchen & bathrooms updated with new Quartz countertops as well as adding a tile backsplash in the kitchen. Also had our guest bathroom shower area completely updated by Hilton’s. Plus we purchased our flooring from them and couldn’t be happier.Hope, was our sales person and did an amazing job helping put everything together. Thank you for all of your time and help with our remodeling. You mean the world to me! And Chris, thank you for your professionalism and trying to resolve the issues . But the grout in our bathroom is 4 different colors AND the chaulking around the tub and in the kitchen is already cracked and is absolutely embarrassing. After many attempts to make it right I threw my arms up and said “I give” I’m tired of it all.

After pulling samples for an hour, I took two home to compare and made a decision. Order arrived exactly when they said it would. I went with Rococo Sea item number VIC-1903. Came out great, posted finished product, check them out.

Chris and his crew never once pressured us into buying and was always friendly and helpful even when we changed our mind for the seventh time. Granite Counters. Excellent service. Randy & Hope from Sales supported us throughout the process and were excellent to work with. Crews that do the work are very kind and excellent craftsmanship. Day of install they were very helpful in mindful of not making a mess throughout the house and protecting our floors and cleaning as they went. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and appreciate the companies ethics having contacted us and keeping us appraised of a small detail they wanted us to be aware of before install. This is our second house renovation using Hilton's flooring. They were so great the first time, we went back! They're currently helping us with floors for three bathroom reno's, tile floors and wood floors. They can do anything! I love that they're a family owned business conveniently located in Arlington. Every time we go in, they're always kind, patient and professional. Planning a major renovation is difficult, but they have worked with us and helped plan my ideas. The prices are reasonable and they get the work done quickly and it always looks great. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Hilton's replaced all of the floors and baseboards in my town home after I had significant water damage. Their attention to detail was amazing. Hilton Flooring had a good selection of granite. We had 5 quotes from various providers and Hilton Flooring was the lowest. We committed on Monday, measurements taken on Tuesday, and the granite was installed on Friday. The work was excellent and the installation done in a professional manner. Outstanding work and serviceCannot say enough good things about this company. The workmanship and customer service and care we received from Kateri and all her staff was outstanding. We had new granite counters, sinks and hardware, two showers retiled and new tile floors installed in both bathrooms. In the kitchen we had new granite counter tops put in. Everyone we dealt with was amazing as was their attention to detail. Kateri came by several times a week to check on things and was always available for questions. Work was done in time frame promised and everything was left clean and tidy each evening. Have and will continue to recommend this company.
