I stopped by this family dollar since I was close by on my way to Arlington. I must say the exterior lightings suck and don’t work. It’s so dark outside in parking lot. Someone can get robbed or hit by a car in parking lot.

Just need to update the online hours several cars in the parking lot at 7:40 but they’re closed and opens at 8 according to the sign on the window. Good customer service though

1/11/22 , 10:10am worst family dollar I’ve been to. Very messy and cluttered inside the store. Everything is all over the place. There are workers throughout the store but none of them felt the need to greet me. The African woman who checked me out was very rude and her demeanor was as if she didn’t care nor wanted to be there. No greeting at all she just rang my items up with a frown on her face, stuffed all of my items in one bag which included a 3lb cat food bag, 2 paper towel double packs, and other items which caused my bag to tear. I had to ask her to give me another bag because she didn’t care at all. Just very rude. I will not return to this location ever again.

Unfortunately I am considering not going to this store again. There's some nice and helpful employees but most of them are rude and have attitude. They are not accurate at doing the store pricing and are constantly assigning the wrong price tag to the items. You request the help of an employee to clarify the issue; they tell you one price and when you get to the registered is another. You tell the employee and they reply that is going to populate at the end of the transaction but it doesn't. You show them that you are right and they get upset for fixing their own mistake..!! Really..!! I rather drive a little bit further and give some other stores my business. Horrible customer service.

It's a store that you shop because their prices, on many products, is less than other stores. It is difficult to shop in quickly because the aisles are tight and it is difficult to see where items are. They also had a long checkout because of only one cashier working. For a decent price on products, you pay the balance with your time.

This is my local family dollar I really dont have a complaint other than everyone loves coming to this particular family dollar. So in the evening times and a few afternoons ive visited its been really crowded. Other than that very friendly staff, and the prices are great. Keep up the good work Family.

This store had no baskets hand or push. How do you shop like that? Cashier was friendly. Store was packed with products and it was a tight fit.

Probably the slowest worst family Dollar in Arlington. The lines always long. They don't enforce social distancing and all the girls that work there look like they hate their life so they let themselves go and take it out on the customers. I would give it - stars but I can't

Not only did the associate have her face mask hanging off her ear checking everyone out but didn't say anything about the customers with out face coverings on... I didn't know we didn't have to wear them anymore.

The two double doors that you have to get your cart through is very difficult and there's always trash all over the parking lot. The employees are nice.

This is the worst crew of employees ever! They sit around eating chips and talking about nonsense. I waited in like for 10 minutes because the cashier was chit chatting with the girl in front of me about politics. And on top of that the manager entered in the conversation. Never again, its a circus!
