Went in for my vaccine booster. Both the person who checked me in and the head pharmacist were unfriendly for no apparent reason. The pharmacist didn’t even tell me that I was supposed to wait 15 minute before I left; I found out after I drove home in traffic. Won’t be going back to this location even though it’s the closest.

I go to the CVS on Brown Blvd at least once a week. I get 6 to 7 perscriptions a month. They are always professional and helpful. I'm always welcomed when I walk in and told to have a good day when I'm done. From the front of the store to the pharmacy. Best CVS EVER!!!

20+ Minutes before anyone at the pharmacy answers the phone seems to be very normal. I tried to call customer service to see if they could help me to get ahold of the store and the first thing I heard was a message that the estimated wait time was greater than 15 minutes.

I was give a Rx for a medication that was discontinued. I was going over and over with the ER dr whom could never be located. I was helped by a young lady named Iva . She has called the ER doctors and helped me get this nightmare handled . She is what customer services is all about. Great job!!

Horrible service today I stood at the counter couldn't get any service. Wouldn't have mind waiting if someone had said, "One moment please. Keep in mind I was the only person waiting. I guess I was invisible to the pharmacy staff. Only reason I gave one star is because they have a contract with my employer.

I needed passport type photos and here I got them very quickly and they put them in a memory you can also take or they will sell it to you
