5-stars all because of Mr. Bruce!Corporate needs to get their act together and make using their app and coupons and checking out easier!Now they want you scanning the QR code on the app instead of plain using your old fashioned phone number, for the coupons to work!Bruce was a gentleman helping me out so early in the day, before customer service desk is normally open. I was so frustrated because this was the second time the coupons didn’t work. He got my charges and discounts straightened out and he is so pleasant to have encountered.I’ll continue going to this store just because of Bruce. Thank you, sir.

Today I went to Albertsons for their fried chicken advertising on sale. Usually out by 7am. They told me not until 10 am. It doesn’t say that on the sale ad or in stores about the deli hours. I feel like it’s false advertising. And wrong

Case of banquet beer the yellow Coors cost around $23.50 tax included it's okay but kind of expensive actually, but of course back in Los Angeles and I don't shop at Albertson's for alcohol or liquor I would go to either Food 4 Less or or El SuperMercado. U know what I mean, billy Jean?

I give them 5 stars because they are there only place that I've found during the Christmas holidays that had raw turkey wings. They would have gotten a ten if they had chitlins😁

I only really shop here occasionally, and last night 11-20-2023 was one of those occasion. When checking out we went to the cashier Marcus, who has no customers service skills whatsoever, and was extremely rude when trying to engage in a conversation with him. My husband then informed me that he was the same one who was rude to him when he asked him one day if he was available to check him out, and his response was.... you see my light on? I take it that this young man might have some type of disability.... if not then he definitely needs some training in customer service skills. I know good employees are hard to find and keep, but it's even harder to keep good customers with rude and unprofessional employees.

I don't shop Albertsons often, but I do visit for a few specific items. They're literally up the street, so I tend to visit for my quick grocery trips.There's a good produce selection and the meat options are decent. Some items are more expensive than I would like, but they tend to have coupons available.The team is cordial and that makes the biggest difference.

Sausage was on sell .50 less. Cashier found item on discounts for week manager said you have to use phone app coupon then said. "You loose". Left with bad vibe about it. I don't get it all the sausge was spoiling seems they'd try tounload it.

I normally love coming to albertsons. I like the products I like how clean the store is and I like quiet shopping. Today however, the woman running the self checkout at this particular location in the morning at 8:15 has an incredibly rude attitude. She talked to each customer coming through the self-checkout in a very patronizing and disrespectful way.. I definitely won't be using self-checkout if she is there I'll find a different cashier.

I visited this location on 8/16/2023 around 7:30 pm, one of the so called "clerks" by the name of Emily is racist and discriminatory, she was harassing the customer during the check out, this clerk needs to be fired!and has no experience what so ever with customer service that her boss Darla has lied about and covered her wrongful doing. Do not visit this store the employees are not professional Customers be aware!They are engaging in illegal activities that violate customers

I'd say that Albertsons as a store in general is decent. The customer service aspect definitely depends on the store you go to. I feel like the store is overpriced and has been that way since I can remember. I go for it's convenience and the fact that, although small, they do carry some great flowers at good prices. The store that i go to does have great customer service and it's never ridiculously busy that I've seen.

The customer service desk (Sharon) is terrible. She's unfriendly, unhelpful and obliviously hates her job. She got irritated with the gentleman in front of me because he cash $70 in scratch offs and depleted her cash register. What's the big deal? I'm sure there's some more cash somewhere in Albertsons.

Normally I dont shop at Albertsons but I was in the area so decided to stop here. The employee at the Self checkout was so upbeat and was dancing with us as we were leaving the store which made it a great trip. The prices are a little higher than some on most things I normally buy but otherwise it's a good store.

Big shout out to Kristen in Floral. When I needed flowers for my sister's memorial service, Kristen was very kind and listened to me when I described what I wanted. The arrangement turned out beautifully. Kristen provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. Highly recommended!

Came in an hour before closing and needed help for a hair stopper for my drain. I was looking everywhere until I finally asked for help. And to my surprise, they were super friendly and even walked me to the hair stopper without complaining! Thank you!!!

Now I remember why I don't shop here. The staff is rude (particularly at the deli), the produce has obviously seen better days and the chicken (both from the deli and meat section) are horrible. Specifically the "fried" chicken. I felt like my teeth were about to come out of my head it was so dry and tough. The lady behind the counter stated, in a very rude tone I might add, that it would take 12 minutes to cook and acted like we were inconveincing her. Then the place is over priced for what you get. Though this is right next door to my gym, I'll make the trip down the road to Kroger from now on. At least they know the meaning of "customer service."

The store is clean, staff is friendly, it can be a bit pricey, but sometimes they have free items (coupons on the app). I'm often disappointed with the fresh chicken. I only purchase the chicken breasts from the deli when there is a sale and it always has an odd shredded texture. I've never had this issue from other stores.

My visit was very unpleasant.The store had a black mold spot on a ceiling tile at the front of the store by the fresh cut fruit and vegetables. The pies in bakery looked pass the sell by date, because the pies looked real dry and stale. The ice cream looked real bad too due to real thick ice and frost on the cartons. Either the employees are not rotating the ice cream or the filters on the freezer is dirty or the freezer is running out of refrigerant. This will affect the quality of the ice cream. I would not buy ice cream from there. The store lacked cleanliness a presentation by management and employees. The only pleasant thing about the store was the cashier at the customer service desk. I did not get her name, but she was very friendly & nice. But I will not go back there again.
