A dear friend of mine was Discriminated at your store today because the white male cashier refused to listen and understand the difference between a school backpack and mini purse backpack are not made in the same material and it's outrageous that the owner of the company does nothing about the white male cashier rude behavior with the two hispanic female customers if he keeps up with his Ignorance the company would lose a lot of valuable Customers that in the aransas pass dollar general store.

Bought 4 pillows for $9.50 ea. a couple of weeks ago and they fell apart after washing them. They need to give them back to there vendor and give me my money back. Will not buy pillows here again!

I've always loved dollar general! They have new management and a new set up. Its still sometimes hard to find what you're looking for but the new staff that work there are always good at helping you find what you need. AND! They have 2 registers now which is nice when it gets busy. They only had the one a while back before the new management came along.

Great specials for Dads. The clothes; shorts, t-shirts, shoes all 50% off. I got 2 shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and one long pull string sleepwear for summer. So much stuff. Store was clean and very friendly personnel. They also had gift cards, I bought one for my dad at Whataburger. Had a blast and the a/c is working!

I went here to get awesome. It's a cleaner, that I don't think you can get anywhere else. It's very strong, and works very good. Store was clean, manager was in the back working. A decent place for quick needs.

Found some bargain items here super cheap. Had night manager price check items. She lied and said they were full price, I continued shopping and overheard her telling the other employee the items rang up a penny. Told her i wanted to check out and she tried to manually enter the items and charge full price. Asked her to please not alter the price and she started screaming at me. So I called the district manager who told me to wait there and he would call her and have her sell me my items. Meanwhile she called cops and told them I was kicking ice machine and throwing things. Cop spoke to district manager and then walked me back inside to purchase my items that rang up a penny each. Hope district manager fires this crazy rude woman!

Terrible service from cashier. First time here to stock my house. And they didn't give one of my bags off the turn deal. Went back to ask for it, and they acted like I was dumb and they didn't have a clue. At least 20$ stolen from me, thanks!!

Awesome that they discounted the toys I was able to buy more for a Tommy moose toy drive put on by the Aransas Aransas Pass Texas Moose Family Center and I was quite happy to see if they were collecting toys to be donated to the children of St Jude's

I walk into Dollar General with my mask on as a door directed I asked the attendant word Pacific item was they directed me right to it I was in and out of the store and less than 5 minutes for the smile on my face and the items that I wanted at a reasonable price had a smile on my face thank you Dollar General

Dropped in on Friday evening to kill time while doing laundry. There were a lotsa mixed items marked 50% off both outside and inside. The sign said 50% off already reduced prices. We chose several items but when we went to the checkout it turns out that was not the case. They gave us some mumbo jumbo so we left.

Usually you can be the only one in the store,mind you realize that and that means you'll be hunting down a salesperson as well. After 5pm to 7 or so,AVOID! 1 LINE,10 TO 15 people deep+,not unusual.m-f.
