The hours for the store are 10:00am to 9:00pm. Friendly environment, amazing and attentive staff. The customer always comes first. If your not interested with what is on the menu they will be glad to assist you with whatever you might be craving. Drive-thru is fairly quick to get your order to you. And if it's quite a line in drive come on in and they get the to-go orders out just as quick if not faster than waiting your turn in drive. Great staff and and great service. Serving their small town community is what they are all about.

I've lived here for 4 years, and I've finally been burned enough. Texas is supposed to have the best DQ's, but this has got to be hands down the worst in the country.It's not the 15min drive thru wait, its not the cheapest quality ordered, its the lack of any care by the owner for letting it get this bad. When the employee's complain about management holding off on basic repairs such as the drive through sensor, you know its bad.Picture of my meal is the quality you should expect from here.

I love Anahuac Dairy Queen! It's always good food, excellent service, and employees are always very nice!Seating is plentiful, and always expect good conversation with locals dining in. Small town that gives you all the home-town feels. Keep it up, Anahuac DQ team! You all are awesome and are doing an excellent job!!!It doesn't matter if you're in the mood for a sweet treat or an actual meal, DQ-Anahuac doesn't disappoint. Food is always hot and fresh, and the employees are on point as you are finishing up your meal, giving just the right amount of time before your dessert is ready. This is the only DQ I've ever been to with phenomenal service.Tonight, I missed out on a strawberry sundae or their amazing banana split with extra strawberries.Parking: Parking is plentiful! The drive-thru can get backed up at times but often moves relatively fast. Remember, food is hot and fresh, so keep that in mind.Kid-friendliness: DQ is always a kid friendly establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has handicap parking and wheelchair accessible outside & inside the restaurant.Even several parking spots that are not designated as, handicap, but will definitely be safe for any persons that require assistance with the use of a walker, cane, wheelchair, scooter, etc.The only thing that I could see being a challenge for any person that is wheelchair bound is being able to freely reach the fountain drinks, tea dispensers, lids, and straws at the drink station.In this situation, the employees are very attentive and will assist without hesitation.

This location was the best Dairy Queen we had ever been to.! Our family group of eight were allowed to eat in with social distancing at the tables/booths.We were traveling from out of state and were very very impressed with the friendly service, cleanliness, and the accuracy of our big orders. It was so refreshing to leave a restaurant so satisfied. We had meals and a variety of Blizzards. The quality of the food was excellent too! Wow!

The employees were really great tonight. Everyone had masks on and we're in great mood. The young lady at the window was super sweet. We only had a small ice cream order and they did a fine job.

Girl taking our order was extremely slow at it. Every employee at drive thru we're all just standing at window inside and having a conversation that didn't appear to involve their job at all. This used to be a great place to go to but in the last year or so it has gotten worse and wait time longer. Sometimes the line at the drive-thru will go all the way out to the highway it's gotten that slow.

Terrible experience. 3 cars ahead of us. Ordered 5 dipped cones. 20 minutes later we get our turn and pull up to the window where we are handed half melted cones in our brand new ride. We asked if we could have fresh non melted cones and were told no but instead given a huge stack of napkins and a "sorry"

This beautiful young lady Capri I think, she is just amazing and such a good worker. Gave me the food and ice cream quick and was just really smiley. I think this place has really changed since she has came here and she has a good style. Check out Dairy Queen in anahuac and make sure you get Capri!!!

Lazy manager! Very very very poor management! Miss Amy comes in and goes smoking while there's only two workers doing their jobs! Very busy and no one comes to help! Makes inappropriate comments in front of customers! Not professional at all! Please.. there are children that comes here with parents! We don't need that kind of management! Last Friday Amy let a young girl trade a condom for food in front of buyers and gave her an application afterwards. In a place of professionals... shes not good at her job. Please fire her or you guys will be hearing from the FDA and other business related industries to keep this place in check. Lose customers or fire the lady please and thank you!

Worst DQ ever. I have photos and a video of the owner cussing me out when I couldn’t hear through their drive-in speaker to place an order; I don’t hear well, especially with a idling diesel-engine truck in front of me. Discriminatory, horrible “customer service” and mediocre to awful food and food service. Best to pass this one by and go somewhere else.

Your hours show y’all closing at 10 pm. But y’all closed @ 9pm. We were in the drive thru at 8:55pm and the young lady said we are closed.

They are fast and polite, but they do not open early enough. I think at least the drive through should open at 9am. Sometimes a good shake is the "pick-me-up" people want in the early a.m.

I have never in my life experienced more incompetent dumb slow and did I say incompetent people in my life. I sit behind a car with the lady getting two ice creams for 35 minutes. I don't know if they're too young inexperienced or what's going on with that dairy Queen but that is the worst dairy Queen I've ever been to In My Life.so upset with my experience

Food is good never had any trouble with how long it takes. Only downside I dislike is that they no longer give a receipt of what you bought just a receipt of the price and the price is sometimes suspicious cause I tend to get specific same things everytime

They ALWAYS CLOSED EARLY!!!! We live here and the door clearly shows that they close at 9pm (idk why Google says 10--that would never happen!) . We try to run through the drive through at 815 or 830 after a long day and all lights are off, sign is off, chairs are up! Cars are still there but I would be LIVID if this was my business and employees closed early!
