They seem to have a very limited supply of merchandise. The computer inventory showed two of the items I needed to be in the store, but after 30 minutes of searching, they determined that not be the case. It was about a month ago when that happened and they still do not have any in the store. I just ordered five online.

Stopped in with my uhaul trailer searching for a hitch pin lock after dead ends at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and multiple Uhaul stops. I don’t know the name of the guy who helped us but he was amazing and even came out to make sure the pin lock fit what we needed! He was amazing, and we’re fairly certain that it saved our trailer. When we woke up next morning at our hotel in Albuquerque our trailer clips were undone and the lights were unplugged. We’re certain that the only reason our trailer wasn’t taken was because of the lock in place. So thank you to the unnamed man at Northern Tool - you’re our hero!

Nice to finally have one in Amarillo. Good alternative to other tool stores that has a good selection of name brand and off brand items. Prices are average and vary on items compared to other locations, but the sales are pretty good.

Great selection and great people. The only complaint that I have is that they are over priced. If you are in need of a high quality tool right now, they're great. If you have time to shop at Home Depot, Lowes, or online, you can almost always find the same item for 20% to 30% less.

I dropped off a generator in November of 2021 to get the faceplate repaired. The gentleman in the service department took a look at it after I had to pay a diagnostic fee. I let him know that we had a trip planned right after Christmas. I spoke with him about getting it done before then and he said it would not be a problem. I still don't have a generator and every time I call and ask about it I get the runaround and the last couple of time I have called he got extremely upset and told me he would call or text me when he has time to look at it. Today I was told that if they could find my generator then I could go ahead and pick it up. NOT REPAIRED

The store people were great but the credit care company was a joke. Our credit score is 850 and you said we habe no knowledge of you but for some we were told some one was checking our credit score

Was looking for three way toggle switch. Couldn't find in store. Very nice lady(works there) helped me out. The one I was looking for had to be ordered. She got it all line out for me. Paid for it and I was on my way. Be here shortly🤠

I was impressed with how clean it was, it however took a while to get help, my friend and I walked the entire store twice before we found anyone other than the cashier. I like that Nothern Tools has more items than Harbor Frieght, it still was a bit pricey. Overall not bad.
