Holly and her staff are amazing. Most dogs don't particularly want to be left with a groomer, separated from you, for hours at a time; however, since Holly opened her shop, my dogs actually get excited to, "Go see Holly and get all pretties!" This shop delivers professional results at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Diamonds in the Ruff for any breed of dog you have who needs Holly's talent and kindness to your baby! Diamond in the Ruff have been wonderful to our two pups. We started taking our PWD as a puppy, and they have always done a wonderful job for her grooming, but also acclimating her to the grooming process when she was young. We then adopted a Doodle, who is skittish and nervous around new people/experiences, and they took their time to help support her in the grooming process. Overall, we felt Diamond in the Ruff and the ladies here truly cared for our pups and we were really sad to be moving out of state, and trying to find a new groomer who can live up to our experiences here.

We have been using Diamond in the Ruff for two years now, and the ladies there are awesome! Charlie loves going, has never had a bad haircut, and they are always professional and accommodating. Today, they even sent my pup home with a holiday goodie bag. There are tons of groomers in Amarillo… but they are by far the best!

It was our heeler/spaniel first visit here (second time at the groomers) and they did wonderful!! She had a thick coat and I asked them to shave it for the summer and they did just that! She was a little nervous and they worked with her! They also gave me tips and tricks for one of our dogs with hot spots until we can get him in! I will be taking all my pups here!

They treated my dog poorly - left him in a gage for over 5 hours. I kept calling to get an update and they lied multiple times over the phone. I showed up to just get him and all they did in the span of 7 hours was wash my dog. Would not trust this place with your family pet.

We absolutely love Holly! She takes care of our dogs just as if they were hers. The prices are excellent even if you have bigger dogs! She is always willing to help with tips for dogs of all sizes and I’ve never been disappointed with any hair cut my girls have had! 1,000% recommend

I am very particular with where I take my GSD and after a few trials runs I was given a recommendation to try this place! I have been satisfied with every single visit since - my girl always comes out happy and fresh! The staff is friendly and I am appreciative of their attentive care!

My husky-mix first groom was done here, he looked so good and was not all distressed or traumatized! They did such a good job!Also recently took my Yorkie, who has had traumatizing grooming experiences previously but here he looked so relaxed and content! Will be a consistent customer!!

Well, here goes my first ever review...Excellent staff here! In particular, Kaitlin is my definite go to and has been very good with my 15 yr old Maltese who is deaf and has some arthritis developing. Takes great care of my old pal and cannot be any more greatful for the care they give him. Thank you all at Diamond in the Ruff!

I descended on Diamond in the Ruff without an appointment and with 3 Three! dogs. The service was excellent and such nice people. Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the sweet sweet lady and the nice young man that helped us--but a BIG thank you to both! And my fur babies look great! We will be back.

First visit was last. Bath and nail trim was good but couldn’t really tell they trimmed any fur on Pomeranian dog. He belongs to a family member so I took him home and he got a home hair cut.
