The new management have taken a hands on approach to making the work environment better for the workers. They are constsntly asking for ideas, opinions, and suggestions. They want to keep good people and you can feel that when they speak with you.

Great place to work, if your intention IS to work! Easy pay, guaranteed 40 hrs a week and you actually get noticed for the job you do. I've noticed a lot of people apply to work here, but they dont last long because they want a quick handout.. If your willing to show up on time for work and at the least call in when your going to be late or miss you'll be fine.

That place to suck to work that company. I would tell any to get a job there. They write over any little thing. They don't for even go to bathroom. I was new person just start out learning. Made one little mistake over baggy dog treat. She wrote me and told if I did again send home 2 day no paid. Tell you don't go work there. Not worth it. There very picky about little thing. They fired over thing. They very high standard. I would tell no body to apply there. The not worth it. Because treat you like dog.

Don't waste your time or money working for this company- especially if you are a local vendor/contractor. THEY DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS! Even though the DCOA and City of Abilene gave them a 9 Million Dollar "Incentive package" to come to Abilene and provide jobs, they screw over their vendors by NOT paying their bills. They don't return phone calls, and if you email them you just get a generic automatic reply stating that if it is important that someone will call you (which they don't). I'm at the point where I am about to have to take legal action against this company.

They are being watched like KIDS at school very RUDE place to be worked there one day and I wouldn't ever go back yeah they pay good but they hounded you the Shift leaders from 6-2 are RUDE and have there favorites you can't talk but they talk have there phones out just stand there why everyone else working there assess off , just saying I wouldn't work here it's the worst you even have to rush back from breaks these place was not for me there all very rude and stuck up !!!
