5 stars for these wonderful people! My Ripley is an English Bulldog and goes there for checkups and allergies. She recently had to have surgery because she ate a foam ball and the Doctors and veterinary technicians took great care of her and send a detailed instructions for at home aftercare. I’ve never had a bad experience and all of the Veterinarians and technicians are very nice and always helpful.

The staff members are always friendly and always super helpful. We’ve adopted 2 of our 3 cats from their clinic. They care about animals and it shows greatly in the service provided.

I got up the courage to call this morning. I have a new puppy. I had a family friend recommend this practice. The lady that answered the phone let me go through my whole conversation then rudely told me they are "not accepting new clients ". Why don't they just answer the phone and tell people they don't want any more business. Wow.

One of the best veterinary practices we've found. We bring our 6 dogs and cats here whenever their services are needed. Great people who take great care of our animals. Highly recommend.

My dog got attacked by another dog and her eye was out of socket, and she was bleeding a lot. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened and I explained the situation, they said that they dont take new patients and that the vet couldn’t come in. So we left and drove to Dandrige animal hospital, we arrived their before they opened aswell but they atleast called the vet to come in and look at her. When the vet got their she stabilized her and then my dog had to get surgery. So in my opinion even though its a long drive, and a little more expensive go to dandridge animal hospital instead.

Love the people here, very considerate, and they truly love our fur babies. They also offer medicines that have been returned and were no longer needed to those who don’t have money for it. Great service here!

The front desk staff and vet techs are amazing. Now that Dr.Melon has retired there is no reason to continue there though as she was the only Dr who was kind,compassionate and knowledgeable. Brittney Harris specifically has no bedside manner or compassion in my opinion she shouldnt be in this line of work. Bad people dont bring thier dogs to the vet at all, they way we were treated by her was as if we did something or didnt want the best for our dog.

The best veterinarian clinic in the area. Starting from the time you walk in the door with the receptionist the warm welcome and the knowledge that they have about all pets. The vet techs are just the best they're outstanding everyone that I've met. They work so hard. They are so loving with your pets each one of them are like their babies too. The veterinarians themselves are great! Very knowledgeable. They take their time and really examine your pet which is our babies. I take the time to answer all your questions. And help you in any way they can. I highly recommend this Veterinarian Clinic to everybody!

They took my worries away. Daisy was a very happy fat black dog when I picked her up.They worked her in ASAP. I think the staff could feel my anxiety. Instead of waiting a week they saw Daisy the next day!Thank you, a million times over!!!

my name is Dennis Vaught. I have a 13 yr old yourkie named Bubba whom you all know well. Bubba had dental surgery roughly 4 weeks ago. When I picked him up after surgery I was handed a sandwich baggy with 4 syringes in it. I was to give him 1 syringe per day. I gave him the 4 daily doses thinking that this must be his antibiotic. BOY WAS I WRONG. His entire mouth was infected from the surgery. Calling you, you said I needed to come by and pick up some more antibiotic which I did. You didn't offer to look at him. When I was handed the medicine for him there was the familiar bag with 5 syringes and another bag with a bottle inside with a single syringe. I asked Teresa what was the bottle for (thinking the 5 syringes was his antibiotic) and she said it was his antibiotic. I asked her why I didn't get that the first time and she showed me on his chart that he was supposed to get antibiotics for 10 DAYS. I DID NOT RECEIVE SAID PACKAGE. SOMEONE NEGLECTED TO GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I WAS HANDED THE PAIN MEDICINE SYRINGES. SO NOW HE'S NOT ATE, I'M HAVING TO GIVE HIM WATER BY A COOKING DROPPER. AND COME TO FIND OUT THE AMOXICLAV YOU GAVE HIM IS WITH PENICILLIN AND ITS ON HIS CHART THAT HIS IS ALLERGIC TO PENICILLIN. YOU HAVE KILLED MY DOG. THE ONLY THING I HAD LEFT IN THIS WORLD. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO. SO AS I SIT HERE AND WATCH HIM DIE BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY AND NEGLIGENCE, I WILL CURSE YOU WITH EVERY BREATH I TAKE FROM NOW ON. I HOPE Y'ALL ARE HAPPY WITH YOURSELVES. HIS IS ON YOU..Bubba passed away October 23rd 2023 because of your incompetents. I will hate your practice till the day I die

I just would like to thank all of the staff and the doctor for the compassion and support given to my daughter and our family on such a difficult day. On Monday 4/24/23 we had to say our goodbyes to our precious granddoggie Bella. The professionalism and caring attitude really made it so much easier to cope. At one point we had 5 cats and 6 dogs and all were cared for by white pine.We no longer use their services.We didn't leave due to pricing or problems with the office staff.As their business has grown compassion, flexibility and concern for animals has diminished and the relationship between the doctors and our family deteriorated.I'll drive farther, pay higher prices for the relationship that develops when you can trust your vet and they can trust you.

Very affordable and amazing staff ! I take both my kitties here :)**Edit to add because I saw where someone said don’t bring your pets here.My cat was recently attacked by 2 pit bulls. Split her stomach wide open. They took very good care of her! Stitched her up and gave her antibiotics, her infection from the bite went away in a few days. She definitely would’ve died ! Taking her back tomorrow to get the stitches removed. Will continue to forever go here and refer anyone who is looking for a veterinarian. Both veterinarians there are amazing. All the staff is.
