Shower #8 drain is clogged and wasn’t cleaned properly. Seen an employee dry the floors with the towels you use to dry urself. Wont be coming back here again.Store was fully stocked lots of options and mcd was clean and had fresh food

Whether you're a trucker or a family traveling, this is a refreshing stop. The employees are mature and super friendly. The store is neat, clean and well merchandised. Restrooms, while not spotless, are clean and well maintained.

I think a random man fell in love with me at this truck stop. That alone earns this location three stars. The fourth star was earned by the overwhelming tickle of the senses. You will smell the sweet aroma of chocolate cinnamon buns while your eyes delight at the sight of the game room available at the restroom entrance. Kids of all ages will be begging their parents for a quarter. Well played, pilot, well played. I see what kind of games you mean.

Great Location In White Pine, Tn. Very Large - Lots Of Truck Parking(Mostly Paid). 9 Fuel Lanes & A Cat Scale. Has A McDonald's & A Cinnabon, Plus Ck. Out The Table W/The Fresh Baked Local Sweets. Restrooms & Showers Very Clean. GREAT JOB PILOT!! There's Also Another Pilot Across The Hwy. & It Has A Wendy's. Not Too Often You Have 2 @ The Same Exit, But They Got Ya Covered.

You have a 50/50 shot of pulling into a gas pump that actually works, and it varies day to day on which one works or not. Not marked as inoperative, just have to find out for yourself. When you get one that actually takes your card, you have a Chris getting the wrong fuel grade, push the cheaply, pump decided you hit the middle grade instead.

12/20/23 5 a.m. these 2 employees are the most unmotivated and useless fast food workers I've ever seen. 4 of us waiting in the lobby waiting for someone to take our order and nothing. The heavy set woman with short blonde hair should be fired she is completely useless no work ethic. Never acknowledged us either

Shower toilet had traces of fecal matter on the toilet seat and the wall next to the paper holder. Not cleaned at all, new towels and moved on. Disgusting, especially when you’re paying way too much money to start.

The workers here are very friendly! Shout out to our fellow native Floridian Ms. Traci!🤗 Showers were fairly clean, the maintenance guy was very kind and accomodating. Discovered these natural energy drinks made with real cane sugar and full of B vitamins tastes kind of like 7-up. Delicious!! And they have my favorite cake here!😋 If you are ever Blessed to come by here please indulge your taste buds with some Mountain View baked goodies. Delivered fresh several times a week your palette will thank you!! I am all about homemade goodies and these Amish made cakes with no preservatives made from scratch will Bless your soul!!❤ Stop in and get you some!! Yum!!

Love this place. My family has been stoping here for yrs everytime we travel by it. Has other business on site. There are alot of fuel pumps for cars as well as big trucks. They have a table with homemade Amish treats from the locals(definitely a must try)

Nasty!! I went here twice in one week, both times the toilets had feces splattered inside of them. You pay for a shower and STILL don’t have a clean toilet. The “clean” towel had blood on it from god knows what, but we only used it to walk on because I just knew I would find something wrong with it. This is not a truckers paradise or regular customer. Microwave handles and knobs were not clean either. The standard is clearly to have a dirty facility. Staff were friendly but that’s about it. Two washers were also not working. I have been at some pilots that were immaculate, I was very disappointed. I didn’t even want to brush my teeth inside with all the swirling bacteria in the air; brushed them outside.

Typical Pilot truck stops, lots of pay-per-noview(RP) parking spot😞clean store, restroom,and surroundings.McDonald’s for food,snacks,🍎🌭,selection of drinks and coffee.Looking for NASTY MAN???,man that leaves his nasty bottle of urine and trash on the parking lot,or gallon of urine against the curb for someone’s else dispose it for him THAT’S HIM THE NASTY MAN!!!

I tried to do the right thing by contacting personnel first but nobody wanted to talk to me so they left me no choice but to go with this route. I like the little breads that they sell I think $5 is a little bit high on the price but I bought this loaf of hummingbird bread And when I got it home and unwrapped it I found it covered with mold spores on the bottom in other words I just threw $5 out the window that I'll never recoup because nobody wants to get ahold of me so at the very least I'm able to advise others that if you buy these breads you may be tossing your money down the drain also.

I WATCHED as I was doing my laundry, I had just come out of shower 2 and the employee went in, flushed the toilet and walked out and reset the code for the next driver. YOU'VE GOT TO BE FKN KIDDING ME. there was a pubic hair in the toilet when I got in, trash under the sink it hadn't been swept shower looks like it's never seen mildew cleaner. THIS PLACE IS NASTY. If Management sees all these comments and still continues to employee the person cleaning these showers then BOTH NEED TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! Drivers bring your cleaning supplies with you and Make sure you have slides or flip flops for the shower floor. Usually I leave 5 to 10 dollar tips but not here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Not just this location.ALL PILOT FLYING J locations bleed drivers for every penny they can get away with.$18.00 to park18.00 to showerWashing and drying a load of cloths is at least $7.00These scumbags are like the mob, shaking down anyone they can.The garbage they sell as food isn’t fit to feed a dog, but the pricing leaves no doubt they’re proud of it.I’m forced by my company to patronize them for fuel, but I wouldn’t spend a nickel of my own money at their locations.

I've been stopping here for years to pick up Bill pay money orders. Was informed by an employee today that, and I quote "I've worked here for over a year." "We don't do them." The store is generally well kept. Usually, it's a convenient place to stop.

I can't believe how unbelievably rude the people that work in this location are. I have been going to pilot locations all my life and I am a card holder as well. This experience has caused me to not only no longer patronize this location but to cancel all my rewards and cards with them. The bathroom is very dirty and the employee acted like they would do a favor to "get right on it" The amount of condescending looks and eye rolls were uncalled for. Avoid this place.

Excellent experience..friendly staff, convenient location. This was the first time I took advantage of the shower facilities and I was very pleased. A unit was available right away, it was clean, and I also liked that it was spacious and comfortable.

Fairly easy in and out for gas RVs. Inside had coffee and snacks. A small selection of yogurt and fruit. Lots of bakery options too. The employees were helpful and efficient.
