I worked for George at store 73,I didn't get paid my overtime pay for Christmas 12/25/2023,brought to attention to Thomas at store 73,but was told to talk to Brandon at store 55 in Westmoreland tn, which I tried calling but no one answered Brandon phone so out of frustration I deleted Brandon and Danielle numbers, just wondering why I didn't get paid my overtime before being let go, I love my job .just wanted explanation for not getting overtime, I'm not upset about it anymore just need to know tho,,, LYNETTE WIMS

Usually it's a fine experience, but this is the 2nd time a cashier has shorted us on cash. My husband went to get a cup of coffee, a monster, and a pack of cigarettes with a $20. He came back with 4 dollars and the lady working said she gave him a $5 bill, but he was looking around, emptying out his pockets and couldn't find it while at the store. I asked him if he saved his receipt and he said she didn't give him one. (Which they never do.)

I work at store 55, I work alone and was under the impression that the drive thru could be closed.I never shut the window down because of cold weather. It was closed only when working by myself. It's difficult to get to the window in a timely manner when you have many inside customers. I realize it's an inconvenience, but hopefully it can be rectified soon.We at store 55 emphasize the importance of our customers and greatly appreciate their business.

Usually a five star store, but today stopped in for hot food and there was one egg roll. The cupboard was empty, not even a slice of hot pizza to be found. Disappointed and hungry.

This gas station never has the machines working outside so I can get my receipt from there. Therefore I have to go inside and wait in line. It would be so much simpler to make sure the machines had paper in them.😠

Just a very disappointing expirence. I hear talk about how good there chicken is which it is but how are you going to advertise dinners and have signs out but not have enough inventory to cook the food you are advertising?

The last two times that I have been gone there, I was overcharged on my sale both times. If you use a debt card check your receipt.

How is a drive thru window out of service so my husband asks why is the window closed she says oh it's to cold for me to open the window well lady I'm a manger at a restaurant and over worked drive thru since 5am this morning freezing cause that's my job...may not return to this one again
