The people were friendly. The store was well stocked easy to check out low prices and very friendly people lots of good items on sale lots of items for $1 highly recommended. If you want to save money

Would not have given one star, but you have to push it inorder to leave comment. Cash only, all the time, digital coupons never work, always out of products, mismanagement from the top down. Never step foot again in any of their stores. I will spend the extra 5 mins, going to Walmart.

When I went to this location a few days ago, luckily they had everything I was needing in stock. Which that is usually rare, something I need to get there is almost always out of stock so I was pleased to at least be able to get everything all at once in just one trip. The store was fairly clean, somewhat disorganized but I was there a little later in the evening. The restroom was clean with tissue paper and paper towels in stock. The customer service was simply non-existent, none of the employees said a word, offered to help find an item and there was absolutely no conversing with customers whatsoever as they checked them out at the registers. I guess some customers like it that way, just silence, and some would rather have a bit of back and forth exchange.

I think the employees are doing a great job considering there is only one other store in our small town. They can get very busy and crowded. I usually shop at night and have no problems. They seem to be doing a better job of keeping more cashier's on hand here lately.

SHOPPER BEWARE! I often go to this location a few times a week to pick up a few things I need outside of my usual shopping trips to Gallatin. On 3 separate occasions the prices on the shelves did not match the price that items were ringing up at the counter. When I brought it to a managers attention they simply change the price for me and move on. No apology or promise to remedy the situation by changing the shelf price. Called corporate, again no apology just a simple: we will watch the prices. In this economy with the high inflation, does DG want to be known for scamming people out of money. For those on a fixed income who do the majority of their shopping at DG to save money, those price discrepancies add up! If the price is more then fine but do not advertise one price on the shelf and then charge me more at the register. Do better DG! And shoppers, please compare prices! Because they are ripping you off!

They are very ruled and never have anything stocked. I usually end up going to another one to get what I need. They do have a couple of people who are nice and don't mind helping you, but most of the one's that work days have been very ruled and don't care if you need anything or not.

I've not been to Walmart in years now! All I ever go to is Dollar General! This location has always got friendly & helpful staff. For some reason, they aren't completely stocked like they used to be (but I've noticed this at all DG locations). The only negative thing I can say (for all DG's I've been to around Sumner County area) is they would sale "Dollar General" brand bars of chocolate 🍫 that was only $1 & 100% of the proceeds went to Literacy Foundation. The flavors were milk chocolate, dark chocolate & SeaSalt caramel chocolate...well to find these now is almost impossible!! I may find 1 flavor once in a while, but we used to buy these by the 10's. It is the best flavored chocolate - better than any name brand and for only $1!! Bring 'em back in full force again ya'll!! Especially the seasalt caramel!! Not just 1 box every few weeks 🤦🏻‍♀️! Lol

This store is awesome. We go to another store and they don't have half the selection or anything close to their prices. We're definitely going back there eventhough it's a little further but well worth the trip.

you are only allowed 1 cash back transaction... how annoying. the manager looked me dead in the eye and said as such. so if i need to get out 100 i can go kick rocks? this world is stupid nowadays.

Newer store and a little cluttered. Although they seem to have better deals than nearby Dollar General's. Has its own parking lot and groceries with some frozen foods, milk and eggs. Convenient neighborhood location.

It's a good , clean store with friendly employees but for the last month every time I go in there they don't have any milk. None of the Dollar General stores in the area ever have any milk.

Aisles are cluttered and narrow and just junked up. Employees are overworked and evern though they put on a brave face, some of them say they're looking elsewheree for work. Working conditions are dismal and pay low.

I haven't visited this store in several years. I do recall they had just remolded. They had a great selection of refrigerated and frozen foods.
