Very professional staff, they always give me price options so I am not caught off guard. They truly seem to care for the animals which is extremely important to me. When my little one had to stay a few days I was welcome to come visit her at any time the office was open. I highly recommend.

12/2022 - Had a minor concern, and they got us in, in a week. Very happy, since Christmas is a few days away. I love that the staff is so friendly, and I have never felt like they are rushing us out. In the contrary, even when I remember a question at the last minute, they take the time to answer and/or address the concern.5/2022 -Brought our pups for routine puppy visits, and we're very happy.1. Happy that they were able to see us on our puppies' schedule (when they were booking 2 weeks out).2. The vet was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly.3. Very happy with their pricing.4. Lobby & exam room were both very clean. No "smells", that can be common to a vet's office.5. We are only in the area part time, and are happy they could accommodate the pups' schedule as well as our travel plans. We're more likely to continue to schedule the majority of well-dog visits here, than our primary residence.6. Everyone was friendly & helpful.

My cat is now lost, roaming around Waynesboro somewhere unknown thanks to these people. I'm not sure why anyone would think bringing a scared cat indoors by hand (because the carrier was a little big) would be a good idea, but apparently some confident expert here thought it would be. Well, the cat got spooked, squirmed away and bolted into the woods. Great work!

I had been out during the day on Tuesday and when I got home at 4:35 and noticed a problem with my dog and called them, they said come on somebody will stay and see her. That meant so much to me. I was so grateful for the vet Dr. Bell and great staff stayed over past closing to take care of my sweet Maddie! And a shot and next day up and at it!! I can't thank them enough! Everyone there was so nice.And Dr. Bell is great!! Thankfully we have a great place to take our pets!

Pretty good vet if you’re in a pinch and avoid Dr. Bell. He has no tact or natural kindness toward animals. Way too aggressive and frightened our already nervous Pyrenees when he slammed her onto the table. They charge $4.55 just to approve a prescription - which is ridiculous! They also charge a new patient fee — which no other vet I’ve ever encountered charges. Ask for Jamie Franks if you need to go here for any reason - she is awesome!

I absolutely love everyone here especially Dr. Bell. He has seen all 4 of my cats since I have moved to TN 2 1/2 years ago and now I live over 30 miles away and there are several local vets I could go to but I still take them to see Dr. Bell and the staff. They definitely care about our fur babies and making them feel better. Great group of people and always professional! I highly recommend!

I liked Dr. Lott but staff weren’t impressive. Whoever scheduled me last week forgot to put me on the schedule and just found out that they accept walkins so I waited a whole week for nothing. And the lady I spoke to on the phone assured me that they regularly see chickens and told me about some successful injured leg stories- but when I brought in my baby chicken ~7 weeks, one of the techs rolled her eyes as if I’m real to bringing a chicken in. I felt wasted for driving 2 hours to get there. The vet was nice and if I lived closer, I might give them more businesses for rest of my fur babies but I wouldn’t want to go out of my way to go here.

I have never felt more welcomed at any animal facility. They welcomed us both with arms open especially Gizmo. I felt my dog was in good care and the vets and staff always calm, lovable and experienced.

They genuinely care, are extremely affordable, honest, compassionate, and loving to all of the animals in their care. Hands down the best Vet Clinic in this region!

I love Tri County Animal Clinic. I have used Dr. Bell for almost 20 years. Once you have a wonderful vet its hard to go to any other. They are there for the animals, and not just your money. Honesty really speaks out in Dr. Bells office.

Allan Bell SLAPPED my mother's cat directly in the face, HARD because it was scared to death (first trip to the vet for the kitty) and was hissing at Allan Bell, so he literally SLAPPED the cat in the face, with force, looked at my mother and said, "You can't tolerate that type of behavior." Well, I agree with you Dr. Bell. I cannot tolerate YOUR behavior. You should only be allowed to be a veterinarian to FARM animals, since you have absolutely no skill or care for domestic house pets.

Dr Jaime explains what's going on with our beloved pet in a way we can understand She takes her time & she listens! Dr M literally saved my uncle's dog last year after being bitten twice by the cottonmouth snake...so yeah, he's good too!
