Checked put around 10p.m. tonight and the scruffy guy at the door taking his time checking someone's receipt tells me I can't leave until he checks mine. When I kept walking he ran after me and kept telling me I'm not allowed to leave and basically I'd get in trouble for stealing even though I didn't steal anything. He also said that was his entire job was to check everyone's reciept, and explained to me that it's company policy that I be detained before being allowed to leave the store. I worked retail for 6 years and I know that walmart doesn't have someone that stands up there and checks every person's reciept. Buggy racks filled to the brim and you've got a guy up there playing police officer having a power trip. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to be treated like a criminal without doing anything wrong. It's bad enough we have cameras pointed at our faces the moment we enter the parking lot, can't even use the self checkout without it telling you that you need an employee to enter a code for something, and half the time the thing will go off on you anyways if you buy anything electronic. Now I'm not allowed to leave the store with my groceries I paid for until the certified "door receipt checker" gives me the ok? If he's there again and decides to chase after me again telling me a bunch of lies he's going to chase me to my car and out of the parking lot and it'll all be on video.

Dislike all the self check outs. It was crowded. As it normally is this time of the year. No problem with that. The problem I have is the people shopping for the online shoppers. I know they are just doing their job. But the isles are not big enough for everyone and them with their big carts.

I live in Shelbyville and come to this walmart maybe once every 2 months or so. Just when I come to these other stores and need to grab something on the way back. It's organized, clean and has many great features I don't see in others yet. Like the pickup tower for online orders. I have gotten to use it and think it is awesome. Also the self check out lines that actually have the place to put out your things like a normal one.. a plus also. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is bc they do not offer a variety of products. I mean they carry the basics but when it comes to international items they come short. I do believe there is a great amount of that community in Tullahoma so wonder why they dont offer mych more international items in their isle dedicated to that section. I know alot of people who have to go to next city to other walmart for this same reason. Other than that. Nothing bad.

The Walmart store on South Church Street is a joy to shop. The shelves are stocked, checkout areas are quick, customer service is usually around and when I asked for help, not only did I get verbal directions I got a walk along and personal assistance. None of the other Walmart stores can compare to this one.

Public service announcement: CHOOSE A DIFFERENT WALMART LOCATION!The Tullahoma TN location is trash. This location has the worst employees. They always have an attitude and they are always rude. Specifically the older bald woman. Always an issue with her. Sorry lady, but you aren’t fixing to grab my receipt out of my hand over some apples. If you do not trust your guests to scan their own items then hire more people to run the registers. It is a whole lot of not my problem. I ALWAYS have an issue with that lady. By far the rudest Walmart employees I’ve ever encountered. Everyone, do yourself a favor and just go to a different location. Don’t waste your time at the Tullahoma store. You will thank me later. And Walmart, do your company a favor and escort that woman out of that store. Trash. All around trash. It’s the employees at this location that give Walmart a poor reputation. Do better. Be better. I got to store 667 Tullahoma Walmart I arrived after work at at 10:43 and was doing my grocery shopping and went to check out the store hadn't closed yet it was it was 10:52 pm. 11/13/23 when I went to check out and I ring up my food and my EBT card wouldn't read so it had to be done manually and they told me they couldn't do it they shut the registers down before closing and I had to leave my food there because they refused to open it back up To punch in my card manually so. $60.00 worth of food is wat I had. And. Walked out empty handed cause I had no cash. Only my EBT card. . And 11pm is closing time not 10:52pm i will never be back here to shop worst customer service. And experience I have had to ever deal with !!!

Unorganized, just looking for a couple clothing items and it took an hour or longer to locate them because they were hanging in crazy spots. Cuddle duds not even in underwear. Believe they were by purses or something on one tiny end hanging display. Never saw anyone to ask. Finally found a customer to ask where shoes were, and they had a PITIFUL SELECTION! Just happened up on scrubs I was looking for. If I went back today to get the same four items, I couldn't go straight to them, that's how confusing it was. I was a nervous wreck when I left there and I was not the only one. Saw a couple other ladies in clothing standing and looking up and down isles trying to see which direction they needed to head. Then of course, nobody to check me out!!!!! Walmart Tullahoma. I really despise going to Walmart anymore. I just shop elsewhere. Everyone wants you to shop online is what they are trying to do, but not this ole girl!! NOPE ILL DO WITHOUT FIRST!! BUT WALMARTS ACROSS THE BOARD NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER! SAM WALTON WOULD ROLL OVER IN HIS GRAVE! MANAGERS NEED A Managing CLASS, THEY NEED TOO EXECUTE WHAT THEY LEARN AND WORK ON THE FLOOR TOO. Can't ever find an employee when I need one. When I do find one they can't help me or it's not their department so when I'm walking around looking having to go down every aisle and boom every turn a Walmart worker and none of them can help me find what I need but they all can be watching me while I shop

Went to pickup an online delivery yes I was early and asked if I could go ahead and pickup and the pickup manager was there 8/6/23 and she was the rudest person . Told me I could cancel my order and pick it up now or wait . Rolled her eyes at me and had to cover her face because I asked if I could . Then I canceled the order like the nice cashier said and went to the back to pickup what I wanted. Asked the young man to get it down for me and he looks at me and says here it is . Like I can get it off the shelve that is over 6ft tall and I am 5’1. This store needs help in the customer service department!! Won’t be going back to the Tullahoma store rude rude people !!

Self check out , when I paid for $75. In clothing for my autistic grandson with my card , Payment completed had proof it came off my card , Was told key pad must be messing up and rering myself up and they would send me my money back to card ,That was Nov, 2023, never got money back so basically paid 2 times for my things ,Today 2/24/24 I paid $86.45 on my card , Once again had proof it was a completed deal .They said I would have to rering pay again and would refund me back .I just left , People don't have money to pay again , and wait for money to come back to a card that never comes and get the run around any time you call and ask status , Which should be one , I shop walmart here in town every day at least 30 bucks daily cause we always need something at the house , I cash my pay check every week , I mean loyal to walmart and, There are a few employees that are great people there but most managers are a jokeTullahoma walmart is the worst , I'll be going to other places for clothing and and food , And all 35 members of my familywho also shop exclusivelywalmart will not any more , once again , No money put back on my card ,its been 3 weeks , Walmart in Tullahoma has become a joke , I will never spend money in this walmart again , Manchester will be my go to .And once again no one from corporate has called nor will they

This Walmart is such an awesome Walmart. I really mean it when I say that the staff here is just above average nicer, friendlier and just the entire store has just something special. The attitude is good the music is different I don’t know why it is just a fantastic place I love this Walmart if I can, even when I’m 30 miles away I still go to this Walmart. Great location, great people, same products as always, but it has something extra.

We have a good Walmart here but we do not have enough cashiers to check people out. And I don't like going through the check yourself out. I just don't like doing that and besides it cuts people's jobs otherwise our Walmart is clean and nice.

Management is horrible , every daytime employee at this wal mart is very rude ., they have nothing better to do than to walk around watching customers., And my the dirty looks they give out.Not one smile , not a hi or nothing.Seems to me they need to fire a lot of employees or give them a crash coarse in “ smiling and being nice “ to customers.

This Walmart is larger with a different variety of items and stocked a little different than the Walmart in Shelbyville. No wait for entry and only short wait to check out. Employees seem friendly and conscious of customers and willing to help if asked.

Great deals, they have some bulk items or family sized quantities. They are a huge store to cover walking. They are becoming more automated with technology. Their restroom maintenance has improved but it still needs serious service. For the largest retailer in the world, you would expect better sanitary facilities and larger capacity. They need more handicap parking. So if you want those slightly lower prices and the availability of variety options, be prepared to work for it.
