I had contacted the bakery section to ask if spice cake was offered, the person I spoke with had hung up on me. I called back and this same associate answered and was rude. Did not provide a pleasant tone and hung up on me again, this time after answering the question. I spoke with mgt Aaron after this encounter, they assured me it would be corrected. I am leaving 3/5 stars because mgt Aaron was pleasant, accommodating, and reassuring that this behavior is not the Krogers way. Thank you Aaron for being there for your customers and providing them with basic human decency/dignity. If not for you, I would only be giving 1 star. You deserve a promotion!

Absolutely disgusted from the human behavior of the staff at this location WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE most of the staff look strung out on drugs and have their heads so far up their a** they can’t answer simple common questions or respond normally , save your money and go somewhere else not to mention how questionable their poultry looks at this location idk what I got but it’s definitely not chicken thighs overpriced and not worth it throw out a whole package of meat because of the poor judgement call someone somewhere down the line didn’t do their job right …. Shocker EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED no excuse for any of this do better

The night crew there is a hassle to deal with. They are all very rude and clearly want the customers out of the store. I totally understand that, but as I was checking out 20 minutes before close (which, if you’ve ever worked in retail at all, that’s plenty of time before closing for a customer to be checking out…). Walking into the store, the young lady collecting carts rudely cut us off before grabbing a buggy. That takes two seconds to do, and she stood there for easily 3-4 minutes and looked at me many times while standing there trying to get a buggy. I gave her a smile, trying to be friendly and she didn’t even speak a word to me. TERRIBLE customer service right from the get go on this trip. Then, as I’m navigating the app deals and store shelves, I’m finding that a LOT of my items and sale choices were not matching up in store. I’ve dealt with this many times at this specific Kroger and the employees, daytime or nighttime, are always rude about it. Anyway, as we got to self checkout 20 min before close, we were trying to hurry as to not be a bother to the employees trying to go home. My husband couldn’t see the screen at self checkout said “closed” and I tried telling him the light was off but he really couldn’t hear me over chatter in the store. Apparently, the young lady manning self checkout on 9/26 even told him it was closed but again, he couldn’t hear; but as he got to that register he heard her make smart remarks to him like “alright then, whatever” because she assumed he was ignoring him? VERY insensitive and rude to say something like that. What if he were an actually audibly impaired person? That’s ridiculous behavior from CUSTOMER SERVICE employees and I truly hate shopping at this store so I guess I’ll just boycott it after that employee smarted off to my husband. There is only one employee at this Kroger that’s EVER been friendly and it’s the cashier with short short dark hair and southern accent. She’s always so friendly but I haven’t seen her lately so I guess I’m just done with this store. Bad, bad, bad customer service.

We went to put gas in the truck. Had 20 cents on fuel points. Pumped 6 dollars and the pump stopped. Told the lady and she said they had been having problems with that pump and go use another pump but without the 20cents. We would have to call and tell them what happened. We got 23 dollars without the 20 cent discount. When we got home, I called and was so frustrated, I said forget it and hung up. I've never been that mad. I will take my business elsewhere. That's ridiculous! It was like, it was done on purpose.

Always very helpful at self checkout if I need it, which I usually do. Love how the remolding is going. The ice cream shown here is delicious ‼️😋😁😋🤪

Okayish if you never need to stop in within 30 minutes of closing. Otherwise the employees hound you to leave and make sure you know to be outta their hair well before the actual posted closing time. Walked in thinking ok I’ll hurry cuz I noticed 1 door blocked off.. then heard 2 we are closing reminders over the PA in about 10 minutes. Then had an employee walk up to me to remind me to leave on time when I still have 20 minutes and would’ve been out within 5. Next time I’m checking out at 10 till then acting like I forgot something to see how much it bothers the employees. The man at the cash register said the reasoning behind all the reminders is because they’ve had people hide in the bathroom to try to steal after the employees leave…. So it’s ok to treat everyone like they have bad intentions instead of just checking the bathrooms right after closing? I was just trying to make sure my kid had milk for his cereal in the morning and snacks for all the inevitable “Mommmmm I’m starvings” that will come tomorrow. 😒 Wasn’t trying to steal any over priced food from employees acting like they are guarding Fort Knox. For the record I was backing out of the parking lot at 9:53, 7 minutes before closing so not even like I was cutting it THAT close.

This Kroger is so bad that it makes me not shop at other Kroger's. I'll go out of my way to skip Kroger. I had to go in to pick up a birthday cake. Stood there at the bakery for 10 min. The only person to talk to me was selling credit cards. He had a Kroger shirt. I said I need help at the bakery. He said he didn't work there. Had to go to the deli and have them look for my cake. I was in there 30 min.

I come here for the specials on sale. But a.lot of the times they are sold out really quick. I like to check them for their clearance items.I have seen in the last year they are cheaper on a lot of things than Walmart.But they need to.put the cashiers back, people should not have to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. I am not going to checkout a whole buggy of groceries myself. I don't work for Kroger.Should give an incentive if you want people to check themselves out, like 300 gas points or so much off at the checkout. Not a little amount either or it isn't worth it.

The store is well stocked and reasonably clean, but isles are narrow. They say to maintain the social distance but you can’t maintain in narrow isles. I have seen bigger, nicer well-lit Kroger stores at other locations. I like the one at Bowling Green, KY.The customer service is very poor. Few cashiers are nice but most are rude. The General Manager (I don’t know the exact title) of this location is super nice. The cashiers never smile or greet.

I like the management as they are visible and helpful. Worker asked if we found everything and since we could not reach pizza sauce from top shelf, we told her and she immediately got it for us. I like that workers are wearing masks as I am also.

I went to this store today. The self checkout lady was the rudest. I pointed out the price was ringing up wrong. She went on to tell me that the price I said was on display was not that price . I told her where the item was on display and she totally overroad me. I went and took a picture of the display and price and, she contuined to argue with me. I have never been disrespected like this at a store. No one should be treated like this over a simply price override. Buyer be aware!

Every single employee I had the pleasure of dealing with today was extremely nice and helpful. When leaving I forgot my items in a cart. An honest employee gathered them up and they tucked them away in the office until I returned. I wish I carried cash because I would have given her a reward. Thank you Rain and the rest of the staff for all of your assistance today. I appreciate you very much

Horrible service. Arrived at 9:30am to pick up scripts, was informed only had one called in and it wasn't available because it was in inventory. I asked about a time it would be available and was told in a couple of hours. I got to my car in the parking lot and had a text confirming the second script was indeed called in per Kroger pharmacy. I called and inspired and was assured they would be ready as well in a few hours. Well here I sit 8.5 hours later and my meds are not ready. Poor customer service.

I was to this Krogers awhile back when they were doing renovations. It smelled awful and was totally not organized. This time was awesome, they're done with renovations and the smell is gone and the place looks great. The bathrooms are clean and been renovated as well. I gave it a four instead of a five cause it's an older store but totally different from last visit.

Utilized curbside pickup for the first time today, overall a decent experience, until I arrived at home and saw this beat up can of coconut milk. The rest of the order was in good shape with excellent produce, but that can is something I would never had selected when shopping for myself.Update for pickup, lost another star on the review. Peaches had mushy spots which covered a third (on some) of the peach. Also, be on the lookout for dates, although everything was in date, the hotdogs (Oscar Myer) are very close dated.

Usually good sales, only problem I've had is due to it being a small store, they're usually out of certain items that are a good deal. Rain checks are welcome but who wants to go back shopping for one item? Other than that its a good store

The employees are nice and very helpful, when asked. The store itself is ok, but dated, with narrow aisles. Several times, however, while in the back of the store, the (ammonia) odors from the fish / seafood department are extremely off-putting. I grew up on the east coast of North Carolina, knowing fresh seafood, and I have relatives who are commercial fishermen. I would never, or recommend anyone else to, buy seafood from this Kroger.

I religiously shop at this store every two weeks for pick up. Every two weeks they are out of more than a handful of my items. I NEVER put substitutions as I am ordering what I am ordering for a reason. I got my order today and two of the fruits were moldy, they substituted on two other items. One of which was corn and they gave me asparagus. I am allergic to asparagus!!! This is why I never allow substitutions and go through the list to be sure it is not checked. Upon my visit today my husband and I have decided to shop elsewhere, which makes it difficult in a small town and the person behind the counter does not care.

I went to get a cake and need somebody to write on it. There were two employees at the bakery which were cookie bakers they said. I asked if they could write on my cake I was going to buy and the older lady instantly walked off and didn't even try to help. The young gentlemen told me he could atleast try and I really appreciated it. He wrote on the cake and it wasn't the best but it definitely got the job done. Thank you for atleast trying. He said he only working there a week. Effort goes a long ways.

Kroger is always one of the better grocery stores around the shelves are always stocked and even if they don't have something we can ask and they usually get it within a week or so specialty items. Also there checkout system is by far the best very seldom a waiting line there as they have almost all their registers open. Another real great feature is their use of points to save on gas at the gas station or Shell stations
