We had received a $10 off coupon on at least a $20 purchase. We found exactly what we needed went to check out showed our rewards card. Showed her the bar code on the coupon. The manager said it had already been used . He had just received yesterday. The manager would not except!!!!! Extremely disappointed. The manager made us feel as though we were a burden to her. Nothing ZERO that we needed, that was on their website, but not anywhere in the store even though they were supposed to be. Waste of time, and money, and gas after a 45 minute drive to get there.

I found box fans & stand up fans on sale for 19.99! I bought 4....what a great find!!! I bought my brother and nephew a fan. The selection of yard lights/chairs are really good. The store is stocked...really clean & very good deals. The furniture is very nice too.

This is a great store for the Big Lots family. It is always clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the lack of stock in the food section.

Very upset. Went in with a 20% off ad coupon and it didn't take it off. The 2lazy employees a guy and girl just made up excuses when I had the ad right in front of them. Left the cooler with them. Will buy one at another store.

It's a Big Lots with some good quality items and some lesser quality than the expensive stores with a large variety that makes it an asset to our family. They have a nice assortment of Broyhill furniture. We purchased a nice electric recliner for my mother and at eighty eight years around the sun with many opinions, she likes it!

I found one item a little cheaper than Walmart. I was kinda disappointed. Last time I went to Big Lots they were a lot cheaper than anyone else. Now it appears they're trying to keep up with the Joneses..The new store was very clean and organized compared to the old store.

Sold me a bed. Came back to get it and they did not have it! Would not give me display. Had to get a refund and drive to Tullahoma (45 minutes). Got there and the card was declined because of the charge in McMinnville. Their response "oops, sorry" Wasted the entire day and went home with a frozen credit card and an ulcer! Managers refused to help. Never again.

I love the new Big Lots location in Tullahoma, right beside Hobby Lobby. It is definitely a big up grade. There's a lot to choose from and everything seems to be pretty good quality for the price, I have bought a few end tables that I absolutely love. I highly recommend checking out the new store. "The old K-Mart store" also they are offering some pretty great deals right now. After purchase, you get a $10 off your next $40 for their bounce back promo deals.

Very disappointed. Saw they had the same drawers as Walmart. Went to pull one out and it said $80 bucks. I was in disbelief. I pulled up my Walmart app and scanned it and it came out $57...I took a screenshot as you see here that I loaded with this review, and asked the manager and he went into stutters, saying that they don't price match because it's not always the same product. I said I scanned the product code on my Walmart app IT IS the same product. He says no price match and stomps off to another isle...I thought this store was called Big Lots, not Rip Offs...no more for me...lost a customer

I like the new location. Store looks clean and organized. It occupies the old "Garden section" that once was part of Kmart. I miss Kmart. Lol
